Loved the new No Smoking building. Registration process was great. Room modern, clean, security good as you need to swipe your access card in the ELEVATOR to get out on your floor. Took a minute to learn the process, should have informed us at check in. Need more slots but the ones they have were fun to play. Will return if I get the chance.

The Island View casino is a great place. Especially the beach side. All the slot machines for you to zombie out on, and some gambling tables where you can laugh with your friends while handing the casino guy money. What fun!!!You NEED to drink - a lot. Just tip the bartender whatever you want. The drink is usually free!Everyone you talk to is very friendly. The guests are mostly well dressed, and Im pretty sure that most of them arent strung out on meth or heroin. Its all diabetes meds and blood pressure controls for these party animals! For a place this big and nice, there are a lot fewer single working ladies than I would expect to find, so, its like, you know, family friendly.Oh yeah, this hall, situated between the new beach casino and the not as new beach hotel smells like someone caught a pinhole in their catheter drain bag, and then, walked circles over every inch leaving a light, but pungent, bodily fluid odor behind as the liquid evaporated.Updated!!! This hallway no longer smells like spilled pee bags!

Had a great time. Huge floor of slots. I stayed on the tenth floor facing west with a view of the gulf and hey 90. It was a beautiful view. The shower was glass with glass door. All amenities. Couldnt ask for better experience.

Our prior visits were fun. We would tell others about the fun we would have & how they had the best play backs & comps on the coast.Well, all that has changed. They are getting as bad as the others.At one time, seniors only needed 40 points 2 get 1/2 off of a Buffett. Now, one has 2 get 80 points to get half off a Buffett. By the time one get the 80 points, they might as well pay for the meal. Dont the owners realize if it werent for the Seniors, they would all go under.So many of their customers are complaining to each other.Also, they must realize that Word of mouth is the best advertisement!.The Beach Blvd Steamer has the best seafood & crab meat. Oh my goodness! I highly recommend it, & they have the best staff there. The know my husband are very good customers.

Dont go there they slots are so tight that i saw a woman put 300 dollars in one slot machine and didnt go into a bonus.

Other than not having a bathtub in our room(which was highly disappointing) our stay was amazing! We do this every year for our anniversary and we love it. We asked for a king size room but upon our arrival they did not have any available/clean and we we given a queen room. This was also our first stay on the beachside and I was very pleased that it did not smell like an old ashtray. I felt refreshed every time I walked into the building. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Even though there was no bathtub the shower we had was very impressive. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Review is for: Hotel beach tower, Newly built, so everything is fresh and new. Know that only west side of hotel has gulf views. Comfortable rooms (No bathtub though, just Huge huge glass walk in shower) staff is extremely accommodating. Parking on beach side includes a Long.. walk ...to hotel. If you catch Valet to pick you up you’re lucky, Especially at night. They’ll pass you by, leave you walking, while taking each other to valet parked cars. Or sit at the end doing nothing ... Note: parking lot on West side of beach tower is Not Island View property. Park and walk at your own risk ...

The beach side rooms were very clean and luxurious. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We were all disappointed with the buffet. The quality of the good was poor. The taste on some items was horrible.

I enjoyed playing the slot machines. I have to use the ladies room quite often and no matter which one I use the attendants keep them clean and are friendly.

The gaming experience was pretty good and I always enjoy my visits to Island View Casino and Resort, so much so that when I launched my line of jerseys called Jerseys by Guru I had to create a special jersey for Island View Casino & Resort even if just for myself to wear. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from. New smoke free casino is great. As with any casino, gambling is not a sure bet.

One of our favorite casinos to visit and stay... they offer a non smoking area with the new beachside rooms that are comfortable and spacious..the food options are good something for everyone and a plus is that its only minutes away from downtown gulfport restaurants...Downside is its not kid friendly because they limit access to pool to adults only but the beach is jus right there and it is close to everything else u would want to drive too...Been here 6 times this year (2018) and our shortest stay was 2nights longest 10 days...I highly suggest staying at this location instead of opting for the congested biloxi area casinos...

Other then the fact that my health doesnt really allow for the wait in line to fix my card when it acts up, this place is awesome.
