Lovely, public outdoor area with pavilions that can be rented out for private use. Great for getting out and experiencing nature and especially lovely in the fall with the changing leaves. Dog friendly as far as I can tell too. Also, host to many wonderful events over the year such as the Pumpkin Patch Walk that is perfect for families with kids.

The park is soo clean and lively and amazing events they do in the summer and fall.

Went to see a string quartet. Had a very nice time.

Glad that they are still able to host sports and remain open during these times.

Great place to meet with the Westmoreland County Republican Committee for elections

Great place! Always well kept. My friends and I play volleyball there on a weekly basis. Net is great, grass is well kept. We played for hours tonight, great time. There were outlets from the stage so we were able to set up some stage lights to play into the night time.

Hempfield township offers so many great programs and events at their facilities. We are very happy with the way they use there funding they receive. There is stuff to do with our family year round, indoors and it.Never disappointed in the events they have and the employees and volunteers they have working always do all amazing job.

This is a very nice place that offers a little bit for everyone. They are fixing up the address and building some new fields. They have a concert area and can use it for outdoor movies. Ive heard that one can even sled ride when it snows. Plenty of parking too.

Accessible park with several pavillions

Very nice park for the whole family. Different events going on all the time for kids and adults. This time we went to see the 28th infantry band. And they were outstanding. They played a very nice variety of music and even sang a few songs. Was a great show. Even got the kids involved a little. There is a lot to do at the park. From adults to children you can have a great peaceful time or a wild play day.

Hempfield park is a great place to head out to if your looking to enjoy the outdoors with your children or just out for a nice walk or run. There are several baseball fields, a large football field area, soccer fields, and more sports fields are currently under construction, as well as plenty of open hillside fields and nice grassy areas to relax, picnic, or bring your dogs for a stroll. Plenty of pavilions available to rent out for gatherings or events. There is a concession stand open daily from 5-8pm also and several public restrooms. Park IS dog friendly to bring mans best friend out for a nice walk. Parking is free here as well..

Really nice park and fields, need to update and repair parts of trail though. Love the sports and camp they offer for kids. Even though we are about 30min away now I will continue to sign my kids up for camp, great price and great trips and plans for them for the summer!!!!

Great park offering many different pavilions for parties and events. It also has a beautiful baseball field, a nice softball field, and quite a few soccer fields. Overall great place to visit on a nice day

There are lawn tennis and basketball courts. The information desk is friendly, polite and helps you with your queries.There is ample parking available at the location. The location is easy to identify while driving.

A beautiful Park & Sports Complex located just outside of Greensburg very easy access from all directions. If youd like to get out and play baseball, soccer, or just take a long walk this is a great park for you. Two playgrounds for small children and over a mile of walking Track make this a great outdoor spot for locals or anybody visit in the Greensburg area.
