Went for the tall ship festival. A little touristy, but the park itself was quite nice, that whole downtown area is an amazing transformation from what it was 20 years ago.

We headed down to the park for a hot air balloon event the other week and had a blast. There were vendors selling just about everything, food stalls, art projects to make for the kids, live music and tons more! At dusk they inflated a dozen hot air balloons and lit them all up at the same time, it was brilliant!There are a number of events at the park each year and all are worth going to. There is lots of room to sit on the grass with a picnic lunch or something from a local vendor to eat. Parking is cheap, or free somedays, and within easy walking distance. There are also a number of great downtown businesses that you can wander through within a block or two of the park.

Pretty place. Had lots of fun. Will go back. (The museum nearby was sad and nearly empty, luckily it was free with another pass I had)

Nice looking Park. I mainly go to it during the Tall Ships Festival and fireworks displays. Its close to a Parking garage for event parking which is nice.

The farmers market is not that great over there. The parking over there,its always so hard to get through the other side of the road.

Tall ships fest is super cool event here. The view of the bridge at night is stellar. Colored lights are cool. Cyropia dance performed and was amazing, despite the rain. The view of the river is great. Fireworks show was in good view from here. Drums were too loud though

I caught a lot of big catfish here.

Went here for the Levitt Amp music series, and its AMAZING! Great performance and a great variety of food and drinks (including alcoholic ones). Its certainly quite the experience! Id love for it to continue on next year!

Best place to experiance downtown Green Bay. See the tall ships (each summer), bridge changing color lights at night! Enjoy nice short paved walking path, boating/fishing docks.

The tall ships were awesome, but they need to do something for parking. Remote parking and shuttle. Would be great for older people..

This place can be nice but u just have 2 be careful because a lot of home less people hang around here which usually no one bothers each other but me and my wife have been here on occasion were a couple homeless guys have got kinda agressive

Leicht Memorial Park hosts many fun events, including the tall ships we attended this past Friday. This park never disappoints.

Was very nice. Tall ships she was run very well. Weather was beautiful. There were plenty of facilities at the park.

The Best To Go with family and Friends and a Best to Go Fishing

It felt like you were in a continuous dust storm. Went to go sailing on the Windy tall ship which was disappointing. The ship never went into the bay and turned around before the rock water break.....the engine was running during the entire sailing adventure. Certainly was not worth all the money we paid to hope we would go sailing.

Went for the 4th of July, it was very crowded both at 1:30 PM and again after 8 PM even though the fireworks went off prematurely. The food was good so thank you Charlies for the single sliced pizzas and cotton candy and the taqueria truck, as well as the folks with the cheese steak sub. See you next year.

We came for the kids day festivities and I have to tell you, we all had fun!

Beautiful and right on the river. Nice spot for fishing, picnics and just relaxing.

Had a good time dow town here for the Air Balloon event, plenty of fun free appearances for kids and adults to enjoy. Had many food vendors setup that offered a variety of options. Local radio stations were giving items away and police were here interacting with the community. Balloons were beautiful lit up at night.

Very quiet spot if theres nothing going on. Lots of activities in the summer. Ship show, 4th of July fireworks etc. Theres a dock for boats or fishing. See the big ships come in. Right by downtown and restaurants. Nice park. No playground equipment.

This Park in Green Bay, WI hosts a lot of events, all of which are worth checking out. The Tall Ships Festival, concerts, & more. Keep an eye out on the Green Bay Event Calendar online. If the IG Night Market returns to Leicht Park in the Summer, one can hope they will have the Hot Air Balloon Glow. That was a sight to see!
