First of all, this was the ONLY place in Green Bay downtown area that had anything going on. There were literally hardly any people out and about. It was eerie! We heard music coming from this bar so we headed that way around 8pm. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was no mask mandate. There were roughly 60 to 80 people in this establishment. We headed outside where the band was and made our way to a table in the back. The drinks were good and the band was a lot of fun, almost an all girl band. I wish that I couldve felt more comfortable with people not wearing masks so we left at 10pm after the band was done. The bar was clean and decorated nicely. Wouldve given more stars if they had been following guidelines.

Happy hour 2 for 1 is a great deal. Bartenders know how to make a drink and are super friendly. There is live music, and bag boards.

Best ownership, staff, atmosphere, and overall product you will ever find! It doesnt get much better than The Sardine Can! You will have the best time of your life here!!

This is not the same Sardine Can you may remember from a few years ago. The Can has some of the most electric energy on Broadway and they embrace the fact they stray from the traditional bar atmosphere.The Can has daily specials that make any day of the week feel like a reason to celebrate and their bartenders know how to keep spirits high.Best part - The Sardine Can is out in the Green Bay community volunteering and sponsoring events. You should ask the bartenders for a Forest Fire shot. We hear they support sustainable housing ventures!

One of my favorite Green Bay bars! The bartenders are amazing and the atmosphere is like no other. The summer outdoor live music is the best place to be on a summer night!

I have to heartily commend the bartenders and bouncers here they are business minded and have gone above and beyond to keep live music coming in, and at times repairing the Can reputation. There is not enough good that can be said about the staffs patience, they are incredible!However, the owner is flat out deplorable for the way that he speaks to people; Chris is dishonest, rude, and unprofessional at best.

Could have used another bartender when we were there but still had a good time - short visit - had lots of leapin to do!!!!!

Would’ve given it 6 stars but when l vomited on the bartender she told me l had to leave. I’m sorry l thought we boot and rally in this state? Guess notAlso the bouncer told me to have a nice night but it’s like okay bro just cause your bigger than me doesn’t mean you get to tell me what to do.

Really fun place, had a great time and its definitely the place to be to party. Except my first night there I got slapped across the face in front of security for no reason by someone I didnt know and security did nothing about it. Otherwise hey, I had fun.

Best atmosphere in GB, walked in with Falcons attire on treated us like locals. Worth the 4 block walk at 18 degrees.

Amazing sound system

This is a decent place to see live music but the cigarette smoke is awful! If you come during the warmer months when they have the patio fully open, there isnt a problem but in the winter they close off the patio to a small confined area which fills with smoke and anytime the door is open to the bar, all of the smoke wafts in. Its just like before the smoking ban. I stayed for 1 drink and left with my hair and clothes reeking of smoke. I will never go there again when the weather is cold.

More like Packed in like a....They have a movable wall to make the place SMALLER that you cannot get through the crowd on live band nights, totally absurd.

For the same reasons that some love it, I found myself feeling claustrophobic!
