Full disclosure, this was my first trip to the theater since the pandemic started. This was the cleanest that I had ever seen the theater.No disrespect to the staff of the location, I know that keeping a theater clean in a small town, much less a small city, is a difficult task. But the staff was on their game.I have nothing but respect for the staff that was working and keeping the facility clean and running.

Comfy seating, clean establishment, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to this theater.

This place has done a phenomenal job adjusting to Covid. The place was very clean and has signs and directions about social distancing. They also still offered there quality movie service in the same capacity as before the pandemic hit. I would still 100% reccomend cinemark Greeley for all your movie needs.

Went to see exorcist on Halloween and dude next to us kept coughing for a good hour non stop without a mask and spitting in his cup . Manager said they can have masks off lol

Its good to have the theater open again. Made some changes for new regulations, but very manageable to deal with.

Cinemark Greeley Mall is our local place to watch movies. They are clean and efficient. Recommended.

I like the procedure put into place. Had a nice time at the movie. Super clean, staff was friendly, and popcorn was perfect.

Very clean and great employees

Small, quiet, comfy, and cozy. Place is nice and clean. No problems. Reason a 4 star and not a 5 star was because the people did not seem very happy. I work in the service industry myself, so we all have off moments or days, but everyone? No one made the experience special.

This theater is great! The seats are extremely comfortable, and reserved so you know where youll sit ahead of time.But typical of every theater the concessions are steep.

Doing a good job for COVID circumstances

Polite Employees & great service. Theater is clean. Annalee was very helpful. She delivered our drinks to our seats cause the machine was freezing our drinks. Love the comfy recliners. All around, it was a great experience except the concessions lines were pretty busy & it took 15-20 mins in the line but it wasnt the fault of the employees. Good Job Greeley!

Perhaps it was a one-time thing, but the $5 Coca-Cola was flat, one of the bathroom stalls had its door pulled off its hinges and was just laying there, and the jalapenos were almost completely out and not refilled at any point during the 2.5 hour duration of the movie.The reclining, heated seats were nice and the actual theater was pretty clean.The lack of quality concessions and bathroom disorder were the real problem.

The best part about this place is the chairs. Reclining heated seats! Awesome!

This theater always has great movie selections. Having the kiosks to get my tickets is great. They have helpful friendly staff and its always clean. Even in the restroom.

The new heated reclining seats make this my favorite theatre. Theres always tickets available to my favorite movies at the time I want to see them. Staff is awesome. Sometimes, the theatres and bathrooms arent cleaned very well. Theres never room in the trashcan for my trash either

It seems that this chain is now only interested in online ticket sales, because the last few times I showed up at the box office to buy tickets the line was out the door and they only had one person at the window. In addition, the ridiculous requirement to choose your seat ahead of time slows the line down immeasurably, and also makes it impossible to survey the theatre once you get in there, to decide which seat will work for you. I suppose this is for the convenience of online buyers, but discounts those of us who don’t care to put ourselves online for everything. I also personally don’t care for the recliners as they are too large for comfort, but that is just me. I write this based on another spur of the moment decision to go to a movie, but ended up leaving before buying the ticket. Back to Netflix and Amazon.

Giving the place 5 stars because they are always friendly and clean. However, the people that were at ny movie yesterday are less than desirable... Woman in front of me just reading/playing her phone the WHOLE time. 7 kids in the back talking the WHOLE time. Come on people. Put your phone away for a few hours, be quiet for a few hours, slow down and enjoy the expierence.

This place rocks, every theater is great. One downside is the snack bar in the back is never open.

Nice seats. Cost was 52$ for 2 kids and two seniors one popcorn and 3 drinks. In 60s that would have been 3$.

Enjoy watching an occasional movie in a quiet environment. Comfy seating; every seat is a good seat for viewing a large screen. I have to eat before I go in because the snacks are too expensive (if youre on a strict budget, like me-soc sec.) and I dont take my own because I dont want to be thrown out. I might take a bottle of water for my meds if they are due while viewing a movie. I like the location, handily near shopping and restaurants for before or after the movie. If I could afford it Id attend some of their special events. My only concern is its dark so be careful while locating your seat. I love reserved seats.

The seating upgrades really added to the theatre experience. Very relaxing and comfortable. Sound quality is excellent. The ability to go online and reserve seating is a major plus. Seats and aisles are well maintained and clean. Professional and couteous staff. Good selection of snacks.

Its been so long since Ive been to a theater, I loved the kush recliners with seat warmers! Normally its unbearably cold with out a jacket, but this was such a nice feature

Staff is always kind and helpful. Dislike their option of taking out the kiosk to print purchase tickets.

The new updated seating(heated recliners) really help the atmosphere. The only thing missing now is the liquor license so adults can get a beverage.

This location is a nice place to have a date, it is connected to a rather small mall, but there are a few sights to see before you get to the movie time. The seats have been upgraded, so share a scary movie be the hreo, and have a good time.

The seats very comfortable and pretty big

Seriously this is the worst climate controlled theater Ive ever been to. It has been blazing hot in there every time Ive been which is about 8 times. I wish Greeley had another theater to go to. Literally sit there sweating. Me and my family cant be the only ones who feel this way.! And also, who the F lets a baby into the movie IT?

Movie experience was GREAT! Seats, sound & show Saw the 6:05 showing of Godzilla- AWESOME Too bad the movie-goers that decided to overflow the trash cans into the floor when exiting the show had to be so inconsiderate

A lot better ever since they got reclining seats, however they dont have trays like some of the other upgraded theaters. All in all a good place to watch a movie.

Very comfortable seats. Reclining and heated...what more could you want? Our first visit included a very perfumed neighbor. The manager gave us two tickets for a future show and an extra 2 tickets because we had drive from Fort Collins just for this special show and had already purchased drinks. Our second trip turned out to be non-perfumed and very comfy.

This movie theater is a great place to see an movie or two, it has comfortable seating most of the newest movies playing, one of the few bad things is the price for food and drink but its to be expected that movie theaters charge a lot for that stuff

Dairy Queen the concession stand is a little high priced people are very friendly and the new chairs they just put in all recline back it is the most awesome thing to sit in a recliner like that goes all the way back at the movie theater and be comfortable loving it every time I go check them out go check them out

If youre a wheelchair user and come with more than one person you will be sitting in your wheelchair if you all want to sit together. The recliners are only in pairs Im going to Fort Collins next time.

Great theater! Mini arcade a plus for families or if your just early and want to kill time! Late night could be a little more friendly and more items on the menu like pizza and fries but good theater in general.

Love the remodel. Comfortable chairs and no more having to try and find seats. Customer service, depending on the day could improve but all in all, a nice place to chill and watch a movie.

Super nice movie theatre at the Greeley mall. Great location off of Highway 34 and 23rd Avenue in Greeley. Awesome fun and friendly staff. Very clean. Wonderful selection of food, drinks, popcorn and candy to go with your favorite movie and now they have luxury recliners which are really relaxing and laid back so you can really enjoy your movie. The mall is right there too so you can shop and get ice cream when youre finished with your awesome Greeley movie experience.

Im 16 they wouldnt let me in because i didnt have an ID i get it but they let a 13 year old go in doesnt make since but okay.Also Ive gone to see a lot of rated R movies without my ID.

Place overall is okay. Been here several times and there is some movies the sound is too low. Also the theater needs extra help in the cleaning department. From concessions to hallways to the theater. Trash every where. Bathrooms are usually a mess and without paper towels.

I visited this theatre with my cousin and her daughter. We went to see Goosebumps. I am from Nebraska. Nice theatre. Vintage, Elegant look. This was back in 2015.

The seats are very spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have is, showing up to first showing of the day youd expect the theater to be clean. There was trash everywhere.

Great place to watch newest flicks. Seating is comfortable and the reclining chairs with footrest is adequate even for taller people. Assigned seating can be kinda awkward for the ones that dont know

Went to see a movie tonight at 10 pm. A family of 4 was in the theater with a 5 year old child in a rated R movie. The child as well as the parents talked very loudly and ruined the moviegoing experience for us and another couple who were also in the theater but left early due to the constant interruptions. Tried to speak to an employee regarding this issue but was brushed off. Not very goos service
