Not all that good, it has and can be better

I drive clear across town to come here bc of the staff and atmosphere. However today, the attendant missed out on 10 bucks at least from me... Ive never had such terrible service. Granted I forgot my fob so she had to type my name in, but for being there over an hour and she didnt even bother to offer to get me a drink! I dont drink alcohol here I drink soda or water. How on Earth can you act like I dont exist?!?!?! Walk right past me many times to offer others refills even!!!!!!!!!!! Im beyond nice words about this particular female today... If shes here again when I walk in, I will turn around and take my business elsewhere. Such a shame because Jordan is a great guy and normally has amazing staff.

Ok I never really see anyone in here, and have never really gotten much playback off the machines... But what do you expect really?! On a positive note the staff here makes it all worth while!!

Great new owner. Shows up all day every day is open to suggestions of improvement. I stopped going a few months ago before they changed management. Now I go all the time.
