We were almost regulars at this bar, going up once or twice a week since we moved to Great Falls, great food, decent service, friendly people...well, the great food part went downhill just before Christmas when we went in and ordered steaks....3-steaks, not one cooked right, not delivered as ordered, and cold potatoes. Went there again a few weeks later figuring this was just a bad night...steaks had to be sent back due to improper cooking, and they gave us 50% off our bill..... Went there again last week, ordered a burger....got a hockey puck. What a bummer.

Awesome food

The R&R has a really good atmosphere. The staff is very attentive, the bartender corey was awesome, he was quick to grab what we needed and chatted with us. I will come back!

My husband and I usually have such a great experience at the R & R, but when we were there on Friday night it was just plain awful. The waitress was semi friendly but she was super inattentive. We had to get our own menus then find her for the check after about 20mins of waiting.. and it wasnt that busy. The only decent thing on the salad bar was the salad. Everything else seemed rotten. Finally came our food. We always have such delicious country fried steaks, but this time it was more super burnt breading then meat and the corn was brown and tasted spoiled. The only thing we enjoyed that night were the drinks.. We took our family there and just raved about how amazing it is and to say the least we were embarrassed. I dont think we will ever go back.

The quality of food is mediocre at best. Typically, my visits have been late at night with a small group of friends. Have found that once the place starts filling up, there is not enough help to take care of the bar crowd. The staff is usually very friendly and keep their composure even when overwhelmed with the 2am crowd

I wrote a scathing review about four months regarding the awful complete lack of service two visits in a row. I received a response within 12 hours with an apology. I decided to try the restaurant last night. GREAT SERVICE & GREAT FOOD!!!! I will once again become a regular customer...

Good, solid, affordable food. Friendly staff, fast service. So its not an up to date decor kind of place, but three of us ate here late one night and the bill was $27 before tip for three burger meals. Big portions, rustic timber, sportsmans style bar atmosphere. We had a mushroom burger, a bacon burger, and a Reuben, all with fries-delicious!

Good place to go for a home style meal. Prices are fair, staff is friendly, and food is great!Its in a pretty good place, too, but a bit out of the way for me personally.

I dont hit the bar scene often, but when I do, the R&R is always a fun time. Great bartender, a few good brews, and the best of friends is what makes my time here worthwhile.

Absolutely terrible service. We were there over an hour and not once did the female bartender come to our table. When we came in they werent real busy. I had to wipe our table down. She waited on the table next to us twice and went into the casino twice. My husband and son sat at the table while I went to the salad bar. I had to ask for a plate. Came back to our table and we still hadnt been waited on. No drinks not even water. We were there an hour went up to the bar to pay for my salad. The gal told us that she cant come out from behind the bar when its busy. She was out from behind the bar several time. Thursday nights when we go there we have the best service and its twice as busy. We place our orders get our drinks and checked on several times before we head out. Dont get me wrong, they have great food and great customer service on Thursday nights. We wont be back on Monday nights again. This was our second time. It did get busy once the softball team came in but you still wait on customers.

Never go after 8pm, the service and cook is absolutely horrible! The management does not care about customer opinions, cody Bills for dinner is the only good thing about the whole place. At the best of times, 8am till about 4pm, the food is barely passable. Better off going to Dennys.
