The manager that this place has currently is the rudest and scariest guy I have ever met!! I do not live there but was sent to pick up the mail and to check on a friends home who has his mobile home in that place way longer then that manager has been there btw... And while I was trying to get the mail for my friend he comes yelling and screaming and threatening to call the cops!! For checking the mail!!! I told him no I dont live here but Im getting the mail from my friend and he keeps yelling that I was on private property and to leave..mind you I was in the postal spot for this area .. DO NOT RENT LOTS FROM THIS PLACE OR BUY LOTS FROM THIS PLACE WHILE HE IS STILL THERE!! I was even considering buying from here before I met him and their is no way I will buy or rent from a place that has a manager like that.. btw Im one of the nicest persons you can ever meet and to get me ticked off takes a lot!! I feel bad for my friend who lives there!!!
