Maintenance is very pour quality there. Management doesnt follow renters rights, i have personally seen the head maintenance man bewittle a old lady for putting in a work order. While i was working on her place for my old job. He obviously didnt realize i was in the back working to hear his mean behavior. Im totally disgusted by the way that place is ran. I wouldnt ever refer this place to anyone.

I used to live here and its a nice quiet trailor park with alot of trees. So much so that some of the trailor park is just shade. The trailors are a decent size for a family of about 3 to 5.

A very quiet neighborhood ... Like super quiet. Makes it nice place to live. And pretty close to most of the town.

The staff and management are very nice, they are very expedient with any repairs or requests.

Love that we are on a dead end road. If you get a place in the park you have no room to park. Love our large fenced yard. Love that it is month to month because we are looking to buy a house next year.HATE THAT OUR 2 NEIGHBORS HAVE 20 CATS AND KITTENS AND THE PARK SAID THEY WOULD PUT LIVE TRAPS OUT AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. THE CATS PEE ERYWHERE AND WHEN OUR COOLER KICKS ON WE SMELL THE PEE. THATS HOW BAD IT IS.

I feel that this place could use a little bit more work the trailers are out of date the roads could be better fixed and could have less rules the open patios should be allowed to park on if there is no structure and the Windows should be replaced at the owners expense but the people here have been alright and peaceful thats the best part of being here

-* if I could give negative stars I would trailers and infested with mold the put up fake wood or dry wall to hide it the place are falling appart when u bring the mold to their attention they tell u to pay the rent for 2 more months to move out or be out in a week and refuse to give the deposit back ....if u are not white this is the most uncomfortable place ever ...I once had to wait 1 he to pay rent every time a white person walked in they ignored me to help them and they pretend like they dont own any of those trailers so they arent at fault but if u call the city they say they own them .......I have a lawyer planning a lawsuit if I dont get all the money they promised me I recorded everything so i can do something about how horrible they are if u rent here be sure to document everything record conversations because u might find ur self in my position .......if u live here and ur trailer is falling appart call the city department they will help you get the place fixed and if ur situation is like mine point u in the right direction to sue or get ur money back

Worst I ever lived I received 3 injuries and found mold told them and the refuse to fix and then threatened me with harrasment charges if I called again asking for information about the owner, my trailer and my deposit they are extremely racist I am black Mexican and Asian and Ive experienced racist before but not to this degree the lady at the front desk call my baby a mut when she was 6 months old ....if ur wondering if Im sueing the answer is yes it got so bad I never left my house so Im sure for emotional pain and suffering and discrimination

The trailers there are run down, the appliances are old and not in proper working order, and the electrical outlets are old and worn.

I can dont believe that these owners get away with the stuff they do or dont do for their renters. Raise the rent, but never do what they promise.
