Do you enjoy staying up all night because of loud music by multiple neighbors? Do you love speed bumps that destroy your car? Do you love streets so crowded with cars you have to drive all the way around the park to get to a house? How about when they raise lot rent every 6 months so they can give management more raises? Well if you love living in these terrible conditions this park is for you!

I like this place very much and find dealing with all the management easy. I’d like to suggest a few improvements such as the Swing on the set repaired, it has been broken a long time. A trash bin near the mail box to toss the excess papers that are stuffed in those boxes as a convenience! ( I’m guessing people might have been abusive so they were removed? ) a little book box built so people can drop off and share their reading materials as a community project.. maybe near the picnic tables but again some people just aren’t into being good citizens..Why not have sprinklers running in the evening? daytime is when people want to use the park facilities without getting wet! Speed bumps are Necessary, it keeps this place peaceful and quiet..this park is Paradise to many.

New Management is GREAT! It is nice to see the park once again well maintained and needed improvements coming to fruition. Some may have issues, but that is simply because they choose to not follow the rules or pay rent on time. Keep up the good work!

New owner is making herible changes and charging way more than we first agreed. Now we are forced to pay more or move.

Lived here 2 years now. Quiet neighborhood, friendly folks. Jesse, the Manager, keeps the place running smoothly.

Its a nice trailer park and most of the residents keep their property looking good. Not a scary trailer park where you arent safe

I give this park a three star rating. Prior to the new owner/manager it was a pretty decent trailer park. Like others have said, its in a great location. It has a park. Trash pick up. Irrigation. Etc. Not a bad place.However (and as others have also noted), the new manager seems to be a person who is insecure or something as to feel the need to be on a power trip. By this I mean that the new manager (Jesse) treats his residents in an abhorrent way. I myself have seen him yell at a couple of the residents during two separate incidents in his office, to give an example. Essentially, he is just a vile person.It is not my position as to guess to why but I imagine that his having of none or few friends, and no significant other causes him anguish. Im no expert, but he seems dissatisfied with life and takes it out on his residents and through exercising his authority.If youre willing to put up with the manager, its otherwise a pretty good spot!

Clean, quiet. A great place to live.

This place has the WORST speed bumps. They will tear up ones car. The quantity is not nessasary.

Speed bumps oh my goodness speed bumps I mean parking blocks. More recently they raised the rent by almost 70 dollars a month.

Total discrimination against young adults! Told them my son had no credit history yet, thats ok everybody needs to start somewhere. Took the $50 for the credit check, never called any of my sons references and waited 2 weeks to say no (said it would take 1 or 2 days for approval). Very rude in person and on the phone. Heard from people at the park that they hate the new management. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Nice place! The park has its own security guards on all night patrol. It also has its own trash service. Its clean and has a clubhouse for large parties! Welcome to Paradise

Nice quite neighborhood, but the speedbumps got to go

No ones perfect but I kinda like it here, been here many years free trash pickup, free erigation water. Rent reasonable for what you get. And city water free up to a certain amount.

The management of the park was responsive to my request to cut down a large Cottonwood tree that was endangering my trailer.
