I was a member before Covid. I decided to cancel the membership because it wasn’t worth the price anymore. You have to reserve a two hour window, only one day. Before you could come anytime and stay as long as you would like. Which was different than other indoor parks. One bright side is there aren’t as many people now. But they don’t turn lights on, so the place is dark, not very inviting. Cafe is open. But seating is limited. And what was open, was dirty. They are trying to make it safe. I saw someone with a tank full of chemicals, going around the jumpers spraying everything. Which I don’t know is very safe for the kids either.

I usually don’t do reviews but my family and I just moved here from California and we were pretty nervous on going out to a trampoline park, but we needed to get out and we were told by friends that this place was clean and a great place to bring the family. So we gave it a shot and my husband and I didn’t regret bringing the kids here one bit! Everyone was getting there temperatures get before entering the park, masks were on and the front desk staff was so helpful on explaining things to my family on what we could do and overall very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. My husband saw them sanitizing the store at least 5x or more in the 2 hours we were there! I even spoke to the manager that was there on possibly getting memberships for my family. She was very helpful and you can tell she really cares about her job my kids fell in love with her and she also encouraged my son to face his fears and ride the zip line and he fell in love!! We definitely will be returning and thank you staff and management for helping us have an amazing time! P.S I will be back for some funnel cake fries because they were delicious (:

My boys and I love coming here! The management and staff are awesome and the activities are great especially the Ninja Warrior Course. Andy and his staff are friendly and keep the place clean and nice. There is plenty of rooms for parties and a large area to relax and have food. We play hard then hang out and have slushie drinks. We have been to this location a bunch of times and it is always great (and clean)! This place is so worth a visit. See you there!

It was my son Jaxons 10th birthday and Ive always celebrated on his exact bday, so this was the perfect place and day to have his party.Im super grateful and impressed how well it was ran during this challenging time with Covid 19, the staff were all super friendly and helpful.Andy was especially welcoming and went above and beyond in taking amazing care of our party all my guest had an fabulous time and we needed for nothing plus and most important my son felt so special as the VIP.Ive been to a couple events before but I have to say the pizza and wings were top notce so delicious I mean not the ordinary pizza you get at your competitors. Right now I give this review. Urban air change my mind. Staff not watching whats gong on playing basketball. Kids/guest operating the thing next to the snack bar that spins around. Not a care from staff. Was a great place wish it was the same. More that I can say but Urban Air upper management feel free to reach out. Talked to manager there she talked to staff they didnt care either.

Took my two kids here and they loved it! Will be coming back in the future.

This place is awesome, great place to take tour kids and get some time to yourself or with someone. They offer date night specials so you can kick em out and burn rubber to go grab a beer, see a movie or do what you needs to do. A lot of shopping and foods around.

We are just about to finish our 1 yr membership commitment to Urban Air this month. When I submitted the request to cancel continuing the membership beyond October they somehow justified an extension of 2 months on my contract with out my consent. I had reached out several times via email to have a Manager call me for an explanation, as this is there only way they will communicate with you, but they have refused to return my request. I just continue to get the run around. The unfortunate part is that my kids luv this place, BUT I can no longer support this business because of their unethical business practices. I should have known better than to get wrapped up into a membership, but I gave them a chance because it seemed that once the year was up I should not have any trouble canceling. Lesson learned... In addition we have not used the membership since March because of Covid, I even continued to pay while I was out of work because of my commitment to the contract, BUT I guess making good on my original agreement was NOT good enough for them... Unfortunatley, my advice would be to beware of entering a membership with this company.

My granddaughter had her 13 the birthday there the girls had a great time, and the staff was very helpful. The party room was very nice.

Cool place the bring the kids to get them nice and tired without you doing hardly any work. They have a little cafe in the back that is very convenient to grab something quick. Kids had a great time. Will definitely return.

I will give it 3 stars based on my experience. I have a 5 and 6 year old. We went for a birthday party on a Saturday, so it was beyond busy! Too many people and rude, rowdy kids. I didnt pay anything, so that part was amazing. Lol However, I dont reccomend this for people with little kids. This place is geared for kids 8 and up. It is run by teens who honestly dont care and the food is not good. Typical cafeteria food. Pizza, nuggets,etc...Now to the good stuff. It is a really cool place for the bigger kids! A lot of fun things to do. It has an obstacle course of sorts.. place to shoot hoops while jumping, some aerial thing. It was really fun for the older and teens it seemed like. I would go back, when the kids are older.

Would give zero stars if I could! Signed my kid up for a membership about 38 days before COVID-19. He had only gone 3 or 4 times. I assumed because of this unprecedented situation I would be able to cancel but Urban Air is unwilling to oblige!I offered to pay full fee for my son’s prior visits, AND they could keep the membership costs I’d already paid so they wouldn’t “lose money”, but this fell on deaf ears. Urban Air does not take COVID-19 seriously. If they did, they’d place human safety over money but they don’t.This environment is UNSAFE until there is a vaccine, period. You can’t sanitize the air and guarantee my kid won’t get sick, or worse, get me sick no matter how much cleaning and/or spray chemicals they use. Also, how safe is it to be exposed to those spray chemicals? Urban Air offers no guarantee that my kid is safe being exposed to such chemicals.I will be canceling my membership as soon as possible and I will be discussing Urban Air’s unwillingness to do so with EVERYONE I KNOW!

Their member sign up is a Scam and freaking joke. Don’t do it!!!!!!!!! I did a 12 month contract and they told me I could cancel via member login after which is a lie I’m 15 months in now and can’t cancel online and having to go through the bank and make claims and make it so they can’t charge my card anymore which is ridiculous because guess what you can’t cancel in person or the phone. Apparently also due to Covid they changed their contract info which I don’t even think is legal because no where in the contract did it state in a pandemic they can change the terms of their contract

I already left a review, but I wanted to add that their cafe menu has changed since Covid. The only things they have are pizza, drinks, and ice cream dips, and candy. No more nuggets or wings.

First time visited this place and we really loved it. My kid was enjoying a lot and having loads of fun. Red will go back for sure. And the price is very reasonable and affordable. Definitely people should go to this place for indoor activities for kids

Ok, so Ive read a few reviews which trashed this place so I was cautiously optimistic when I took my family there. However, after spending the afternoon there I can say, without a doubt, dont listen to those reviews. This place is a blast. I see people talking about the staff and food being issues but who the hell is going to this place to eat and converse with staff?? The place is for people to have fun and it has that is spades. The kids had an absolute blast. There are several different areas to choose from so that your kids never get bored. For $25 they can go on everything (without a time limit) as much as they want. It is mainly staffed by teenagers so yeah, they may not always being smiling or whatever but they do their jobs. I didnt try the food but it didnt seem like anything special but who cares, youre not there for gourmet cooking. At any rate, the place is awesome and your kids will love it. Do them a favor and takeem. I know well be back, thats a fact.

I hosted my Sons 9th Birthday here, happy with the event!I have to say that I was extremely happy overall; from the host who helped us out during the event to the attractions the kids were able to do. I purchased the Room + all attractions package & I’m glad I did. Parents were able to sit down & relax in a not loud environment while their kids played. The kids kept themselves entertained outside.

We had a birthday party for our granddaughter. The facility is very nice for everyone. However, our package was to include a shirt for our birthday girl that they ran out of. The server helping must have been new because she didnt have water on tables for everyone either. Shes cute the cake in bite size pieces and didnt have forks so had to go get those also. Just a little disorganized for me. I would go their to let the kids play but not for a party unless I hear from others that it improves.All in all the activities was a hit. Bring the quality up on the party packages and it. Would be great.

My family loved today! Best thing in Goodyear! The front desk girls were great! In cafe Nick and Andrea were so helpful. I also spoke to a manger to help me with booking a party and she was super sweet. Great staff and great food.

It can be extremely busy on Saturday. You can hardly enjoy yourself with so many people. When we go outside peak days, the kids have a great time and can easily spend 3 hours playing.

My kids love this place!! Fair pricing and some chill time for adults while the animals get out their extra energy out. Annual membership worth it(especially during 120 degree summers)!

Cost me $350 for my daughters 11th birthday party.What a ripoff! The only reason I paid was this is what my daughter wanted. Not worth the money for what you get. This is supposed to be a birthday party, 10 bottles of water for 10 kids! Understaffed, bathrooms are filthy, cannot get service anywhere.$300 gets you a table with plates @ 4 balloons. Pizza is an added option. Never again will this place get another penny of my money.Elevate offers same thing for about 1/3 less the cost.The only good thing is kids get to play as long as they want, course this is at the normal rate, no discount at this place!

Kid had fun, a bit different from other trampoline parks

Fun for just about any age. Went here with my brothers and their families. Their kids had a blast in every part of this place. Showed them how to do some new tricks. The ninja warrior course was quite difficult.

The great thing about this place is that you can pay for your child and then go in as a parent and supervise. so if your child is old enough for they dont need you walking with them you could just park and let them play in a secure place. and if your child is young enough where you want to walk around with them you can totally do that.

Daughters bday party was there a few months ago and we planned with their corp offices the party however I guess accurate info in commonly not relayed to the the place... so pricing and the package was off however they at least corrected it. Place was fun overall but just EXTREMELY packed. Host was at least nice.

The only thing I didnt like about this place is the security measures taken to ensure that some creep doesnt just come in and try to lure a child outside. As a parent, you cant enjoy your time with the party because youre too busy following your child around with a constant eye. I know this may not be serious to some... but this is a reality nowadays. I think it would be a good idea to have someone at your entrance at all times, maybe wristbands for child to match the parent when exiting the premises... just something at least to identify who is supposed to be with that child when leaving to make sure that some random person doesnt get a hold of one of these young children and run out a door quickly because theres nobody monitoring it.

I came here as part of a school field trip, and the staff made it a great experience! Check in was quick and easy and the kids (and adults) had a great time! Most of the staff are young (maybe high school age) and i was pleasantly surprised at how professional, patient, and kind they were with all the kids. All in all a great experience. I will be back to enjoy this place with family!

My son and his BFF just came for their first visit and had an awesome time! Great Christmas present from his big sister!

My first time there today. I brought my 3 grandsons 11,13 and 18. The girl that helped me at the service desk was super kind and helpful. Its pretty loud in there and she was doing great taking care of us.I purchased the $24.00 for them.We were there minutes and they went to the trampolines to jump and the 13yr old was on 30 seconds and hit is feet wrong somehow and was injured. We sat for awhile until I finally asked 2 female employees what I could do since he couldnt walk at all and we needed to get him back down to the table. They instantly went into help mode and said they would bring a wheelchair and ice for us. Then the manager came over and asked how we were and offered her assistance even helping me get my grandson into the chair and wheeling him down to the table. They got us ice and asked if he needed anything. The did come and check from time to time also. The other 2 boys were able to jump and spend some time there and the staff helping were really great!I got us some icees and the staff at the food service were very kind I even asked for more ice the the girl was very helpful.I am very impressed and want to bring them all back when we are ableNo question about how fun the place is and how great the staff are with all the kids and parties going on. Great Job!!! . I didnt ask but I do wish we could have gotten a refund on the injured boy since he didnt even get an entire minute of play time .Joyce M.

Great place for my Grand Children.

My experience was not the best today because my friend got kicked out for (has to leave) running and being disrespectful when she wasnt talking or saying anything bad to the worker. Here is the thing they never say on a sign no running and they also said if she does it the next time she comes she will be banned. Btw about 12 other kids were running and didnt get kicked out.also many little kids running everywhere and very very crowded and DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TURTLE BROWNIE

The good: it is reasonably priced for what you get. It is air conditioned. They look like they have ample space for parties. It is clean (for now). Hopefully they keep it clean.The bad: Customer service is very poor. When you walk in, the employees corral the customers to computer tablets and tell you to follow the instructions. No explanation of anything related to the process for signing up, the attractions or the packages available. Even when I asked questions I got poor quality answers, and had to ask over and over to get a clear explanation. The Chicken Tenders and Fries are absolutely TERRIBLE!!! It looked like general employees were cooking. That is usually a sign that you are about to get bad food. I will note that the other customers around me ordered pizza. Maybe they are better at cooking pizza. But the Chicken tenders were almost inedible and the fries were so bad it seemed like they tried to make them bad.Finally, the website is gimmicky and misleading. They direct you to an “offer” link which is just a gimmick to sell you gift a gift card. No offer at all, just gift cards that you have to buy. It is almost laughable. What is not laughable is that the website includes a lot of photos of some other place that has attractions that they do not offer. Some of the slides and play areas in the photos are from some other place.

Took my son here for his birthday and we had a blast. I thought I was gonna be expensive but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. So whatever you pay for your kid to do you can do the same for I believe it was 6.00

This place is really great. I’ve been to a few similar places and this place has it figured out. Tons of seating, huge selection of activities (trampolines, obstacle courses, foam pits) and the food is reasonably priced!! No complaints from our visit and we will be back!

Awesome play place more then just trampolines has courses and other things that make it fun

This is one of my least favorite establishments of this type. If you have never been there look out for the sock police. The sock policeman I encountered was a teenager named Braden. He was hassling our 4 year old telling her that she had to have Urban Air socks. He did not have enough sense to know that a 4 year old would be incapable of understanding what he was telling her. I asked him what the problem was and he said you have to have Urban Air socks. When I asked him why he simply repeated you have to have Urban Air socks. I asked him if he was going to have us kicked out because we did not have the right kind of socks. Again, all he said was you have to have Urban Air socks. Those were the only words that he was able to speak. He was totally unable to engage in an adult conversation. Otherwise he simply stood around and chewed his fingernails. There were several other people there who were not wearing Urban Air socks and I saw two people who were wearing sandals and jumping on the trampolines.Wearing thin uncushioned socks at this facility is pretty hard on the feet. Much of the floor is bare concrete. Most of the rest of the floor is a non shock absorbing no slip surface.Uptown Jungle is a much better experience.

Do not get a membership ! I beg you ! They will not cancel ever and will charge you even if you reach out to them over and over to cancel your membership. They are not worth the one star I am force to give them !

Urban air was one of the funniest and best places me and my girls have went to in a long time.We literally jumped around for six hours straight nonstop it was amazing we really enjoyed ourselves we will be back.

Where to start with our experience tonight. This place is for sure under staffed. A fight broke out in the establishment and they did not have it under control. Quite simply they should have de escalated the entire thing outside or kick out the people causing the chaos outside, but no they let it bother everyone. This place seems to me like a drop off center for a night care. To top it off the staff members are friends with every single teenager u see there and they allow them to do as they please. Us parents with younger children cant turn your head for one minute bc heck maybe a fight might break out.

I wouldnt even rate this a one star. My cousin got hurt here here because they have zip ties instead of a ripe holding it. My cousin got a deep cut. Honestly this should be a lawsuit waiting to happen. The lady (Josephine) said it was not like that this morning. Im so sure the manager Andy need to get better staff

Are you over 20 yrs old and bored of being able to walk without a limp. Well, head on over to Urban Air and jump with the kids on the trampolines. Im an athletic guy and usually play around with the kids without incident. At Urban Air I was able to find my limit, and go passed it just enough to give myself a Grade 2 ankle sprain. Do you have a trip coming up and want to get through the airport quicker than usual. Head on over to Urban Air where youll be able to earn the need to walk with crutches for a week, then a cane. In fact, Urban Air should sell a midlife package that includes an Ace Bandage wrap, a telescoping cane, and some Ibuprofen. My trip through two air ports was quicker than ever, they see you limping and walking with a cane, and the staff become super accommodating. I was able to board with the elderly and first class passengers. Of course, the sprain didnt happen until the very last part of our visit. We had played on all the available attractions, and I just had to try out the Mega Ultra roped-off-so-only-professionals-can-play special trampolines. This was my down fall. I was higher than I had ever gotten on a trampoline, got too close to the edge, and rolled my ankle under the edge. All the features and play areas are awesome at Urban Air. The skyrider was my grand-daughters favorite. We were there early so she got several rides before it got busy. She also loved the warrior courses. I was able to beat her at the Wipeout cause I could jump over the high arm. This place is a must go-to. Get there early on weekends, by noon its packed and difficult to get around. We ultimately decided to leave because we both almost got hit my other kids not paying attention, running across the trampoline play space. Even with my ankle injury, I had a blast. Ill definitely be back, with ankle braces.

No one cleans the tables, it is dirty . The waiting for food is terrible, they are understaffed . When waiting for our pizza they called our name and someone else took it and they didn’t do anything. Not to mention the bathrooms are filthy. This is a place I don’t recommend going to.

On top of being a dirty place, if you try to cancel your monthly subscription you cant unless you pay for the whole year! NO ONE TELLS YOU THAT WHEN YOU SIGN UP! What a shame.

The play area is amazing. It is super loud. The pizza is cheese-less... Even the cheese pizza. They totally skimped on this. Another problem I have is the security. Anyone can walk out with someone elses kid. There are no safe guards in place and since there are so many kids running around... Its very difficult to keep track of your kids. The tables are directly under the rope course for the birthdays. It looks cool but then you literally have people walking over the top of you while you are eating pizza and cake. Its the same route to bring out the pizza ...Thats very unsanitary. Overall this place has a lot of potential. They need to figure out the security and serve actual pizza... With cheese on it. Dont be so cheap. And put up something to keep hair and dirt off the food from those on the rope course.

Just ordered two pizzas and had them give them away to someone else. Teenagers don’t pay attention nor do they care. If I didn’t have the membership for the kids I’d never come back.

My kids loved the place. Most of the staff was very nice and friendly,but horrible service from the front desk. A girl named Karyzmah helped us and was walking around avoiding us for the longest then when she helped us out she had an attitude and I tried asking questions about the prices and she rolled her eyes. If your gonna have people at front desk at least have people who are nice that’s who we first see walking in.

Good place for all the kiddos. 1)The only frustrating part is that the staff are not well trained. Yesterday, I signed my kid for a 1 year membership. Bad wifi or bad reception inside. The employee said its best to go outside. So I had to leave my spot and go outside to apply on my cell phone because the employee told me I had to apply a membership online. So after I applied. I go back in and had to wait in line again. I go to the same employee that was helping me. She looks at my app and says you have to sign a waiver. I had to leave my spot again and go outside so I can get a better signal. I signed a waiver. Had to go back in line AGAIN, and when I finally got it all squared away. The employee that was helping me didnt even bother to give me socks for the membership..I had to ask for it. Today, I get my son back to play here. I had to go in line. The 3 lines were unorganized. People were waiting. And 1 staff asked if there are members waiting? I pointed at my son but the person who was waiting next to me got upset because she was waiting longer and I just showed up. I had to apologize to her and had to explain. I told the staff that they need to put a sign showing specifically MEMBERSHIP ONLY not MEMBERSHIP CHECK IN! & it needs to be seen aligned with the waiting line. Anyways, the employee points behind her and at the wall and says it say membership check in. And she said SHE DOESNT UNDERSTAND WHY CUSTOMERS CANT SEE IT . If the staff & management thinks about it. They need to listen to frustrated customers & fix the problem by making sure the customers can actually see the sign. ANYHOW, To the management...organize your lines & train your staff better. Like the DMV lines. I know theres a sign up there but I suggest to put it front of the desk and a line that has cones or some type of landmark so customers can see better. P.S I left there upset because a kid was punching my sons back. My son wanted to go home. I spoke to a manager who was about 60 years old. She apologized and said there was supposed to be an employee on every station....obviously there was not because I had to tell the kid who punched my son to stop and that he shouldnt be punching anybody. Kid ran from me and took off. Anyhow, like I said, we just joined here. I hope things get better.

The date the funds were being pulled, we requested cancelation, and a refund since we would not be using the time that we paid for. We were advised that unless you cancel your membership 5 days before you are billed, they cant refund you. So, Im required to cancel my membership 3 weeks into June (without the ability to use it that last week in June) in order to not be charged for July. As of right now, I have been charged for a July membership which has been canceled, and can not be used, and its not even July yet. This is theft due to a technicality.

First time going and had a blast. Definitely will be going again

Urban Air is the epitome of a great idea with absolutely terrible execution. Among the litany of problems we have had: When ordering food for a birthday party, you must order through their corporate office and wait for the local franchise owner to get back to you (or not get back to you in our case). Do not expect to start your party on time and when checking out from a party, you must wait in line in order to pay when a very simple mobile checkout process like most other businesses would be less time consuming and frustrating. The training process for entry level employees seems to be as non-existent as the customer service; no smiles, no please and thank yous, no basic ettiquette at all. They seemed more interested in being on their phones and socializing with one another than doing their jobs. On another occasion, it took 45 minutes for us to receive a hot dog and popcorn. A great concept and ridiculously novice operation, Urban Air is fun for kids but an exercise of true patience for parents.
