Perfect for all ages! Urban air is more for teens, and Uptown is more for toddlers/elementary kids. Elevate has things for everyone and is usually less busy. Im not sure if they are newer, but they feel more clean

Came for a 5 y/o Bday, told it was going to be separate areas, it was not. No social distancing. No sanitizing anywhere. Only water offered was their drinking fountain! This places needs to be visited by the CDC.

We came to this place during covid, very clean & safe place to bring the fam! Staff was attentive & very nice. Going back this weekend!

Came here for my birthday last year and it was so much fun! Overall very clean and the staff were so kind and took their time to explain everything to us! We had an awesome experience here!

For being an adult this was a great place to go. We came during summertime when mostly there are small children and mothers who want to have a relaxing break. We bought the Groupon which saved us about five dollars which made it worth it. For two jumpers in an hour it was $11. Which I think is a good deal. The place was well-maintained however I would like to see some more dodge balls around just because it would make it better. I would definitely recommend this place is the staff is friendly and it’s very clean inside.

We went to Elevate to celebrate my 4 year olds birthday. I really was a bit worried that it would be geared to an older crowd. Thankfully, I was totally wrong. This place is good for ALL ages. From kids to grown up, we a had a phenomenal time. The staff was friendly and did a great job of supervising to make sure people had fun, but safely. We really had a blast and I cant wait to go back. Although... I have a feeling I am going to be pretty dang sore tomorrow.

Really cool place for kids. Has a shirt special for spring break this week and next week. Lots of bouncy fun for the kids. Very friendly staff. They go by the hour for price and they offer military discounts. It is in an industrial park type of area, but not to hard to find, especially with Google maps.

We had a great time at the trampoline park! Everything looked clean and there’s so much room to jump. Kids of all ages and adults were having fun. I definitely recommend this place! Especially to those who have kids because they will be so tired by the time you leave lol.

Great place for kids to play and have birthday parties. The pizza and nachos are fresh and yummy. The only down side is, it takes way too long to check in kids for birthday parties, even if they have the waiver signed in advance. Perhaps a more efficient system like Urban Air would make sense.

Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. We visited here from out of town so kids would spend some energy. They have plenty for them to do. Will be visiting on our next visit.

Really really fun!!! You can buy Elevate socks and they have a deal for your next visit!! I just had a really chill time bouncing around and trying to do acrobats on the ribbons. The system they used with the bracelets is a very smart system and I enjoyed by time there

We visit every year when were in town for Thanksgiving. Its such a great place to let the kids get their energy out. Older than 10 might prefer some of the bigger chains but still have plenty to do. Perfectly sized for the 2-10 crowd so as not to be overwhelming. Very clean and well maintained with a friendly staff

This trampoline park is the best quality, as far as the product goes, in the valley. I would give 5 stars, but when it takes 15 minutes to get two Icee’s and you have to talk to three different staff members before getting them, it’s silly. If you have to order food, build in an extra 60 minutes to your day. They also ran out of bottled water at 10:30 am and they had raid their own tip jar. Staff is really training and customer service is mediocre. But the facility is great.

This is a new trampoline park in Goodyear. Located off Litchfield Road behind the car dealerships.The area is huge - a 22,000 SQ feet facility. It has jump and physical activities for children and teens, but adults may want to take their shoes off and jump in too.Jump areas are separated by ability (kid zone vs. bigger kids approximately 5+ years old). They have dodgeball courts, a jump trampoline with two basketball hoops, a surfboard and gladiator jousting area. Lots of foam pits (big foam cubes that cushion falls). There is a challenging ninja area and one called the wall bounce where you jump and then use the walls around you to bounce off.They offer birthday parties for groups of children ranging from 10- 30 kids. Party includes a private birthday room for pizza and soda, including neon green paper goods, (45 min) and a 90 minute jump for all the guests. Add-on options are available.

This place was a perfect way to get out of our regular workout routine and enjoy jumping around. Between the ninja courses, to the rock wall it was all a great time. They have a special area for 5 and under which helped out a lot when trying to avoid little kids. It was not too busy at all and staff was great.They always have a great collection of music playing and tons of special events they host weekly!They do require special grip socks that are an extra charge.If it’s your first visit make sure you sign the waiver online to save yourself some time. They do have a set up there to use and sign the waiver if you can’t get it online.

We have been here several times and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. My kids love going here and I love that it is clean.

It’s a fun place to let the kids of all ages have fun, run and jump in the cool ac . The employees are friendly, especially loved Karrie the cashier who greeted us smiling and explained to us the specials they offer :) we will defiantly be back

My daughter and I had a good time. There is a good variety of activities and the staff is easy to identify. My only complaint is that parents arent always monitoring their children and some of the tweenaged kids were a little out of control

We went during the week, on a Monday around 1:00 there was literally only 3 other families there. We basically had the whole place to our self! It was perfect for my 2 grand children ages 1 and 3.

Loved this place! Super fun for kids and even adults ( I wanted to play too). Instead of just trampolines there are obstacles and fun activities like monkey bars, swings, rings, etc. We went Friday night because they were open til 11 for glow night. Great for our 3 and 8 year old. Will definitely go back, and definitely recommend.

Took my kids here and they love the idea of jumping non stop at all of the trampolines here. At this place even an adult can feel like a kid again.

Today March 17 my daughters 11 th bday she wanted to go trampoline park but its corona problem right now so many places closed... But I called this place and stuff said its open so we went there had fun for hr... Two ladys was there it was empty so just us :) I know ladys wanted to go home for sure but they let us play! And ladys said happy bday to my daughter! Im appreciated to ladys! My daughter was happy! Thank u ladys!

The atmosphere is inviting, excellent customer service and an open play floor! You can easily traverse the play areas, the staff is extremely helpful, I will be coming here over SkyZone!

This place is a blast. We surprised our grand-daughter with a visit. Lots of trampoline square footage to bounce and play. Get there early, less congestion. If youre like me, older, but still like to play with your kids, dont hesitate. Get out there and enjoy the time while you can.

Awesome place! Kids really enjoy it just wish we would get the full hour we pay for. We paid and received our socks at 7:15 and at 8 were told the hour was up.

Really fun and good place to take the family or plan a birthday party. They offer multiple activities and areas to use. Huge multi area trampoline section, on the opposite side, cargo nets and different style ladders to climb on or swing and foam pits underneath to catch anyone that falls. Also, you can play trampoline basketball and dodgeball which seemed to be popular. There is a specific section for younger children to play at which is nice. The process of color coded wristbands for tracking time is efficient. Enjoy a bite to eat or get a drink from the snack bar. It can get crowded quickly but well worth the fun.

I like that there is a variety of things to do for the kiddos but this place needs to be cleaned more often! The mats were so dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. Your kids have socks on, go into the bathroom, then go back to jump... gross! There are tears in the trampolines and net dividers as well. I have been to many trampoline parks but this one was the dirtiest and most unkept of them all.

My friend had her 4 YO’s birthday party here. The customer service was FANTASTIC! The place was cleanly and orderly. Prices of everything from food to drinks to jump time were all reasonable. They gave each birthday party member a pair of socks plus a T-shirt for the birthday boy. We got our own room with decor and pizza and drinks. Plus there were two staff members there who had awesome customer service and were good with kids. Was pleasantly surprised and impressed!

Had a great time! Family friendly! Most of the time you can find a great deal on Groupon. They have a snack bar. You can bring your own drinks in. I recommend bringing plenty of water. The require you to purchase special socks from them. You can keep the socks and use them the next time you go.

This place is great to go with kids, teens and adults. My only complaint would be that they dont have a section blocked off for the age group 3 yrs & Under. I think its a good idea to have just for the safety of the little ones. Although, bigger kids are usually pretty good about staying away from the toddlers. I would NOT recommend going with a toddler during the peak hours . I do recommend the foam pit for the little ones though. Its an all around good time for every age, shape, and size.

I gotta say this is one of my top 5 places to bring my kids. I like the lay out you can sit in one place and almost see the whole place. However can be a bit dangerous for smaller kids as they are almost ran over be the older kids. You really have to keep an eye on the little ones. Typical snack bar food. I would also recommend filling the waiver out before you get there to speed things up once you get to the pay counter. It can get very crowded at times.

My family loves play places and jump parks. Elevate is fine as far as jump places go. Its not the best and not the worst. We enjoy it and like to go here when weve been going a lot of times to switch things up a little.

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was extra nice. They were respectful of the large birthday party that we had brought. They were not being bracelet police and allowed us to enjoy our stay.

Im not thrilled with the customer service we received when calling to book my daughters birthday party reservation as I was denied doing it over the phone because I couldnt access a $50 off special code while I was driving. Most places would allow you to book and call them back with the code. So I stopped in to book the party reservation and another associate tells me that she doesnt need it until the day of the party. Ive also been told 2 different things on whats all included in the party package that I purchased. Had I not already promised my daughter a party here and put down a $150 deposit Id most likely take my buinsness else where but I dont want to loose my deposit. Lets hope the staff knows how to run party better then they book them.

Absolutely gigantic! Toddler hours and special pricing for special needs kiddos. A good variety of activities... foam pits, basketball, rock wall etc. It promises to return your kids nice and tired! Snack bar sells hot and packaged foods along with a variety of beverages. Bottled water essential... and this mom forgot to bring some from home, so I was happy they sold it ice cold! Only complaint is no option to lock up stuff in a locker once inside. Plenty of storage and benches though. Employees very nice and helpful.

Quick check in, smiling staff. Smells and looks clean. Music not too loud. There are plugs for electronics also! Great for all ages. There are even special needs hours and pricing! Homeschooling too. Toddlers, no problem, there is an area for them as well. Impressed.

Definitely on the small side. They dont let you up by the trampolines with food, but they dont have adequate seating in the snack bar.

Teen night, 3 hours for $18 is a great deal! My 14 year old really enjoys coming here, theres plenty of supervision (inside) and lots to do. Parking lot is a bit sketchy, but the inside is nice.
