Evergreen is a fairly large, very nice park. There are tennis courts, a challenging disc golf course, lots of grassy areas to run in, quite a bit of forested area and a mediocre kids play equipment area. There are porta-potties scattered around the park, sometimes clean and sometimes, not so much...

Best place to catch crawdads in the summer! Fun way to entertain the kids on a warm day as the creek is shady. You can just kick back while they cast a string with gum attached.

I go for the disc golf course located here. Played the course for over a decade. Some of the holes have changed due to course redesign by pros visiting the course and keeping locals happy involving lost discs flying in their yard. Its always been a challenge but if youre good enough you can still score low here.

Solid 18 hole free disc golf. Nice variety but a little tight with many holes crossing each others paths. Grounds are pretty well maintained.

Grass, tennis courts, disk golf, trail nice place for an outdoor visit.

Good park, and there are some fun dirt jumps nearby if you want to do that. If you find the jumps you will enjoy them.

I really love the parks in and around Santa Barbara. We have such great weather. Sometimes we just need to be outside and take in nature.

Evergreen Open Space is a small park with 2 play structures (2-5 and 5-12). The play area is adjacent to baseball/soccer fields and a disc golf course. It is located off Brandon Dr on Evergreen Dr.ProsThere are structures for both 2-5 and 5-12.My kids love the interlocking wheel toy.ConsBathrooms are a portapotty.The small size means limited time for older kids.

Great park, just dont let your kids run around since there are a ton of gopher holes just waiting to bust an ankle.

The best 18 hole frolf course in all of California. Also has nice playground for kids rebuilt in late 2012 and you can enjoy a cold beer while playing frolf, baseball or tennis or just take a long walk with your dog on leash.

Its actually a really nice park with a wide variety of activities to do... Yes including Frolf!
