I want to mention the great service I received today from Kristen at the clubhouse. I tried to get set a tee time on line but the system was down, and when I called Kristen at the clubhouse, she confirmed that the system was down and a tee time could not be set. I asked her if she would have the time to call me and she did(even though she was busy), once the system came up, and she took the booking from me over the phone. I have spoken to her before, and she has always been pleasant and helpful. Great service!! Thank you Kristen!.

Oh boy Prairie Club. The online reservation system is not intuitive so if you havent used it, I suggest calling in a reservation. That isnt foolproof either as our party showed up today and there was no reservation, just the errant one from the online system.The course is definitely a Par 3, but shorter. Im fine with that but everyone is playing into each other. And the groundskeeper - hes a creep.

I reserved a round for me and my 4 year on Golfnow. He was going to ride while I played on a quiet weekday afternoon for 9 holes. At check in we were told the age limit is 5. They cited a rule on their website which I could not locate. Nothing listed on golfnow as well. We left, little apology given by the front desk. It worked out because we went down the road to another course which welcomed us and were far more inviting.

Short course. Well maintained and nice scenery. Got a little backed up on the 2nd half of the course. Would recommend

One star is one star too many for this review. The starter was rude and could not be bothered to be the least bit accommodating. The fairways were cut too short and were riddled with dead spots. I would be willing to overlook the less than ideal playing conditions if it was not for the atrocious lack of decency the starter displayed. 0/5 stars.

A perfect course for beginners. Very pretty, and fun. Not for low handicappers. Not enough challenge.

I would have given more stars, but the woman starter was very rude from just before tee time to the end. It’s a shame because the course is great and I would play here again, but we can’t stand the rudeness. Perhaps one day in the future we’ll go back.

This is a good little 9 hole course. If you are looking to get in a quick 9 in under 2 hours then this is the place. You can walk this course easily but they do have carts if you prefer. Course is always in good shape with nice greens. There are a few Par 4s so you can get the driver out on those holes for sure.

Fun little course, great for walking!

One of the starters is the rudest and meanest person on the planet. He harasses me and my young kids every time we play there and he is there. I already filed complaint with 2 mgrs and nothing helped, he never apologized. Yesterday, he got into huge argument with my father in law, threatened him with removal from the course and calling police on me. UNREAL! Also, some people at the register could benefit from a good customer service training. I hear other complains from different players and I always tell them to file a complain and post a review.

Pretty decent 9 hole track. Good for beginners.

We play it super early most Saturdays. Great test for a Nine -- 31-par, links-style, tough greens, high quality track. Little sister to The Glen, a championship links course - built at the same time. Also a big, modern Paddle Tennis facility, (but we dont hold that against them). Nice new comfortable clubhouse.

This is a good, fun exec 9 hole course with 5 par 3s and 4 par 4s. The staff is friendly. The course is well maintained. The greens roll true and fast. Its played by a variety of food of varying experience. Its probably mostly a walking course, but you can get a gas cart.

Across north from The Glen Club. Great short track for beginners and veterans alike. Well conditioned and only greens left shaggy due to recent downpours preclude a fifth star.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Been here many times before and enjoyed my experience. But this last time, we walk up to the counter with no tee time. This older woman at the counter asked me and my father to check with starter on what times were open. We were in no rush so my dad said we would wait. She then stormed out to check herself and said sarcastically thanks for helping as she walked out. It got very uncomfortable with the otger guests in the room but we let it slide because it was probably busy, seeing as how it was labor day.She came back and told my father it would be about a half hour wait to which he looked at me to see what I wanted to do, so she said forget it, Ill talk to him as she shifted her attention to me to which I said we were leaving.I have never experienced such a bad attitude. I wont forget this woman.

We held a fundraiser for a local non-profit. Our hope was to raise funds to support run away and homeless youth. The facility was nice but four of our guests cars windows were smashed and items were stolen. There was one working light in the entire parking lot. The police said this was a major reason cars were targeted. I called the manger twice and never heard back from her. Beware. Horrible guest services.

Friendly staff and patrons. Course is in very good condition after a tough winter and spring. Lots of carts. No club rentals.
