I just happened to have the good fortune of spending a good amount of time at Triple T Mobile Home Park and I enjoyed it very much. Very neighborly, giving people. Looking around i felt most everyone residing there took pride in where they lived..

Ever since Wendy left, things have gone downhill since then. It used to be a better place.

Phoenix is a large spread out city and it’s hard to work out where is best to stay, but check where the trains run first. This park is very clean and has lovely long term guests. The manager is a lovely lady and helpful. Amenities are all good, great laundry too.Public transport is nearby and $4.00 for a day pass. But be prepared for TRAIN horns all night. Phoenix needs to fix this! Grand Ave is not so Grand. Otherwise this park is very nice but short on short term stays.

The restrooms and pool are well maintained and clean. There are about 10 rv spaces; the rest is a mobile home residential park. The rest room is very nice, but there is not a separate toilet, so if someone is taking a long shower you might have to wait a while. In 5 days, this only happened once to us.

Told me I was able to stay for 90 days. Then after I haul trailer there and pay it became 23 days. Wasnt even staying in trailer till repairs could be made. What a waste of time and money. LIARS!

Appearance is nice,clean and easy to locate seem to be kid friendly

I love the park! The neighborhood outside of it though, not so much. The park is very clean and quiet, even with a bunch of trailer park kitties that come and go. Me and my family have been here for about 3 months and we love it! Reasonable rent rate and pet deposits.

Wendy and Maria are fantastic managers. They have a pool, shower area, restroom, community Center. Each RV spot has a small storage locker. For the RVers is no place like home and this you could call this place home for the winter months. If you have Passport America you can stay for a week using the discount otherwise its full rate for the month. They do request that you make reservations for your stay.

The tenants are rude and vulgar yelling foul obscenities at visitors and anyone walking by

Fiance paid for our application fee, they told us a week ago that the background check would take 24 to 48 hours and then theyd call us. Waited a week, we start work in 2 days and were supposed to move tomorrow. Never heard anything back so we called 10+ times with no answer, left 2 voicemails, and emailed them. Finally received an email back that they were going to START the background check. Called two hours later only to tell him we werent approved because of charges hes still dealing with that are still pending, hasnt even been charged yet. So if youve literally ever done anything that could effect your background, dont even bother. Even though if you walk down the road you have a chance of getting shot at in this ghetto ass neighborhood. And dont rely on them to get back to you in time, like I said we called over 10 times after they were supposed to get ahold of us days ago and they didnt answer. Great management! (sarcasm). You guys need to get your s*** together. Wouldnt be so mad if they had gotten ahold of us when they were supposed to, then we wouldve had time to get things figured out!! You guys really screwed us cause you cant manage your place properly.

Older place but the girls in the office are very nice and make up for this.
