I loved it here, we have been here for 3 years now and were recently told that if we didn’t buy we had to move. It was very unprofessional and we were not satisfied the way it was handled. We heard of previous buyers that it was so easy and even with low credit they make it possible for you to buy the trailer. We were not approved and now we have to moved. Like if things are not hard enough with COVID. We regret not trying to buy before with previous manager James. We never even received a letter why we were denied. The way it was handle we thought either it was them judging us by our looks instead of our good record of payment. The weird thing is that we keep getting approved of other things and not this it just doesn’t make any sense. Shouldn’t they work with you to make it possible or they really want us out. Maybe is for the best we have been seeing suspicious activity as well. Drug dealing around us, even recently had someone knocking at my door accusing of me stealing almost called the cops. Is just not the same we are very upset.

The management is absolutely phenomenal! Maintenance is always on top of things. It is a very nice and lovely community. Its peaceful and I just love living here.

Thought this would be a great place to live . I was wrong . A month ago my neighbor told me if we dont buy at the end of our lease. We got to go. I been here almost 2 years an just by trailer the next door neighbor had domestic dispute. Another shot off his gun an the cops had to come both times. I maybe seen the cops here more then a dozen or more times. When our neighbors where kick out for the domestic dispute we got invested with roaches. Call the office an said since it was a new trailer when we got here its our problem. Our trailer was new when we got an its already falling apart. When we call the office the maintenance man comes micky mouse fix it . Days later the thing he fixes go back to to what it was before. There alot drug deals going down here as well .Seen many with my own eye. If your thinking about buy plz beware.

I have rented and know own my home. All the support I received from Erica and James was outstanding. They worked hard to get me approved. They also do a lot to bring the residents together as one big family.. thank you for everything you guys do.

This place was great back in 2017 when we first moved in...but after James Fuller took over as manager, he has been the rudest manager EVER. Hes so rude. Inconsiderate and does not truly care for anyone but himself in this community. Hes only about the money and business side of things here. We are only renters here and time and time again they tried talking us into buying the mobile home we live in. We did not agree to it because it definitely is not worth the money. Once he found out we were planning on buying elsewhere, he then gave us a rudely worded no renegotiation of lease notice, saying we had to get out no matter what at the end of our lease. I almost considered buying here at one time, but because of how poorly we have been treated here by him and all of our interactions with him have been nothing but rude...we will never buy nor stay here ever again. Also, the mobile home that sits behind ours, has been vacated. Since it has been, homeless people are constantly in and out of it, doing who knows what. Kids running through, it and breaking windows leaving broken glass every where and management does nothing about it. Huge saftey hazard.Blessings to those who choose to stay here...the location is the only thing this place has going for it.

I love it I work here and Im amazed every day by this place.

Not an HOA feels like a HOA

Pool should of been up and running a long time ago. People are too lazy to pick up their dogs $h!t in the dog area, even though this place provides the dog poop bags on a post in the pen. Some weird white lady, I think Cricket is her name. She had some obnoxious friends or family members at one point at her place. Been quiet now but they looked tweaked and methed out. What an annoying, useless family, and place. I think people and their families would rather have the pool filled and ready to go instead of the new side concrete patio thing they made with all the lounge tables and stuff. Cornball management apparently.

It seems more like a nursing home than an assisted living facility. The food is awful and the Christmas buffet was a joke. The food was put out at noon and by 1:00 it was over.if u did not go down at 12:00 u were out if luck. Hardly anybody lives there. The 1 bedroom apts r tiny and cramped. I would not send one of my relative there

Poor management, unsafe park, and dirty. Terrible place to raise a family. Homeless people and drug users walk through the park on a regular basis, Trespassing on our lot. Manager is a piece of work. They do not allow on street parking at night. One night we forgot to pull our van 15 feet from in front of our house and onto the carport. Instead of knocking on our door, manager called the tow company. They took our van, car seats and all. This was not something we did repetitively we forgot to move it ONE night. Rent continues to go up. We are trying to get our as fast as possible. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Twin Peaks is a nice place to go n have some drinks.. watresses are personable n comfortable enough to sit n talk to you while you sit n watch a game or two.. all kinda of TVs there.. service was fast...

Horrible management. Gives special treatment to only certain residents. Does not care about community at all. Asked him once if cops could use camera footage of a hit and run on my friends car and he didnt care to help at all. Told me they didnt work and Id they did they would see that far. But it happened right in front of the pool. Point being has a piece of work. Dont come and leave if you can.

Our neighbors are awesome and our manager always does a great job catering to all of our needs! Pool party for the kids last year was so cool

Nasty disgusting place to live. Management never around. Slumlord, ghetto fabulous place if thats what you want. Drug dealers and homeless people in and out of peoples houses. DEA and Police there frequently due to the trash there. Manger is a jerk and tries to intimidate people, threatens people. Roaches run the place.

Its quiet but for some reason the lot rents keeps going up..you move in with a good price..but once your in the lot rent goes up every 6 months...its like they almost force you to move back out....

I would not recommend anyone to move here or to buy a home the manger James is so rude and Confrontational. We Have been living here over 3 years now perched a bigger home there were repairs to be made. He will do any of the repairs, very pissed off home owners

Loved the location, people friendly, kids safe. Love how its getting fixed up and still nice and quiet.

DO NOT live in this park. If you can avoid it, please do. We have had on going security issues ranging from trespassing, vandalism, theft and even our home being set on fire. All of this has been reported to the park staff and left unaddressed. We forgot to move our vehicle from the street to our carport (for the first time since moving in 2+ years ago) and rather then giving us a warning or knocking on our door, the park had our van towed with our kids carseat inside. We spent $200 to get it out of the yard, my husband and I were 4 hours late for work and our kids were late for school. The park manager uses fear and threats of fines to address things such as on street parking and weeds but does nothing about broken security walls and trespassing. We are getting out as soon as possible for the safety of our family. Dont make the same mistake we did.

Place has changed and lets people park on the street in front of the home. There are parking pads for the car. The place has had cats loose through the park, the park could be more up keep.
