Its a mobile home park. Its not anything special and I have definitely seen worse.

Great place to live

I moved in here last year and everyone tells me its Under New Management you know ever since I moved in all Ive seen is upgrades New Roads new mobile homes fixing up the old ones. its also very quiet and peaceful. Very pleased.

Moved in here last year & its great. Quiet, no crime or that Ive seen. Literally have yet to have cops in here. Everyone is really nice. They redid the roads & they are great now. I plan on living here forever.

Excellent customer service. Girls at the office are very helpful, went in to get some information on a home for me and my family and they answered all our questions and were super nice. Community looks very nice and clean.

Clean no pool service down disrespectful and unprofessional staff very rude do not recomend future residing.

Managerment closes early then and do not answer phone calls.

Just visited my ex n laws.very nice cozy place to live.

I have been living here for 4 months, it has been taken over by new ownership and they are upgrading it greatly putting in used trailers that theyre fixing up trimmed all the palm trees redid the jacuzzi got the pool all straightened up, I think theyre getting ready to redo the roads, remodeling the office and painting the outside, I hear theyre going to reopen the Clubhouse soon, everyone is cleaning up their yards to look a lot more decent, the new owners are really taking control and making it a better place.

Used to be great. Now its awful. Roads are trashed. Management is toxic and lazy. They painted everything white and yellow, so it now looks disgusting. Overall a terrible place to live and I will be moving when I am able to.

My husband and I hosted a wedding reception in the Casa Feliz room in October, 2015. We chose HDS because it provided the atmosphere we were looking for. It was a wonderful experience working with HDS. We did a dinner buffet inside with a full bar outside.The staff was very easy to contact. They answered all my questions and were able to accomplish all of my requests. Our guests raved about the food and complemented me on a wonderful evening.Most of the 80 people in attendance were from out of state. Many had never visited Arizona. HDS was a terrific venue to showcase the best parts of the Southwest. My husbands family enjoyed it so much they returned a few nights later for dinner.
