Is under new management and new management is not doing so well. We bought a retirement home here 4 months ago to enjoy the amenities. We can not use the amneties more than 2-3 times a month because they are closed after 3:30 p.m saying due to Covid and EXTRA cleaning. They have NOT been cleaning as they say they are as we live across the street from the pool and NOBODY stays or comes in after the gates are locked to clean the area. A bandaid remained on a table by the pool for 3 days to show you an example of how we know this. The amount we pay for land rent and amenities (that we are limited to be able to use) is atrocious! More than what I paid for my house payment. We asked for a monthly discount until they open back up to 24 hour amenities and they will not respond. If you are looking for a place with well kept amenities that are reasonable, go elsewhere as we would have never bought here knowing how it is here. We do NOT recommend this resort to anyone.
Very nice community. Kim N. was very helpful, very nice. She showed us some homes. The only thing I did not like was if you get a home there you will have to pay for the lot rent each month. It could range between $697. -$732. So if you cant afford to pay cash for your home. You will have a mortgage to pay + the lot rent. Not to mention the property tax. (twice a year).
When it comes to the park rules they discriminate and let certain people break them while telling others to follow the rules. The park has been going down hill gor the last few years.
Horrible don’t buy in Casa del so community. They are only out for money and taking advantage of seniors. They don’t take care of the properties and raise the rent every year.
Resort living at its best. Two swimming pools, one heated, a jacuzzi to soak your troubles away.Putting green and pool tables in the club house surrounded by full grown mature trees.Maintenance is second to none. Always something going on with the community.
Been here for 5 years and have made many friends. CASA has many activities from which to choose. It is conveniently located to every possible store, drs, entertainment venues.
We booked for a long weekend here and we had a fantastic stay here. View was spectacular and the room quiet and very comfortable. Staff are uniformly helpful and pleasant. Well definitely stay here again come our next!!!
Nice park very clean, nice residents.
Had an awesome time visiting with my aunt Gail!!
Definitely a one star community. The people who reside are extremely cold and unwelcoming to newcomers who aren’t in their clicks. My family received nothing but stares and dirty looks the whole time I was there. The grounds are poorly kept, especially around the clubhouse/pool area.Don’t bother bringing your grandchildren to the pool since they aren’t allowed to swim during the hottest times of the day, and are only given a whopping one hour of pool time during the afternoon. Even if you’re the only ones there. Cell phone reception is deplorable no matter what carrier you use. I only had a max of two bars the entire time I was there and NO INTERNET! You want internet? Go ahead and put your name on the list and they will get to you in about 2-3 months or more. So forget FaceTiming with loved ones.
Best place Ive lived in 25 years
Love the place. Everyone in office is friendly and informative
Love my new home....this is the BEST..! thank you Miss.Kim,Miss Sandy and Miss.Becky..for all your help in makin my dream come true.!!!
Looks like a great little community tucked away. And Kim was very welcoming. And showed me many options to living in a trailer park
The Club house was very nice.
Ofc personnel very helpful and very kind. They have a great deal to offer. Im sure my stay will be quite a happy place to be at.
Nice grounds and residental accommodations. As long as they continue to raise rates on seniors with fixed income every year, I wont give it any additional stars . My one star is due to the terribly unreasonable and downright unbelievable treatment from the nite time office staff .My mother had been transported via ambulance to the hospital with a life threating emergency and was placed in the i.c.u. for what turned out to be several days. Her small pup was home alone for almost a day, along with her perscription medicine and a few requested personal items. While she slept, I went to enter her gated community at around 10 p.m. It dawned on me, I forgot the code, no problem, right?! I buzzed the office, explained politely the situation, and gave my full name. When i was asked for my mothers unit number..... I could not remember. I then gave a descriptive explanation of the unit, exact location (in reference to the very close office that over looks my mothers home) and not to forget the big red ambulance from earlier that day.I was told too bad, so sad...basically. I began to panic, I pleaded and spoke of the poor pooch locked up in the dark with no food or water. I was abruptly hung up on! What????? I had a key to the home, a purpose to enter, I mean this is a 55 plus community right?! It must be a common occurance for emergency medical situations to arise, right?! Frazzled, worried family, trying to assist thier sick or dying loved ones, might possibly forget the dang unit number, or ever changing gate code; deserve a bit of understanding....or at least the poor pets locked up inside do/did.I was determined to get inside, so I redialed, only to be blocked out of the keypad so that I could not try and guess/ remember on my own, the entry code.. I couldnt believe it!I waited for about 20 mins, hoping I could follow another car in. No luck. I was going to have to find a weak point or scale the wall....huh, ugh. Im no spy or even very athletic, lol. I decided to try the other gate and drove around to the other side. Bingo! I was let in by a community member. Thank you, whoever you are
Great amenities. Very lovely park with grass and trees
The mobile home park is nice and well maintained. I have 3 different friends that live in this park for many years.
Rent is way to much, going up again for the second time in a year. Park is nice and so is the staff but, residents are rude and verbally abusive the us and family members. Also rules dont apply to everyone!!!
