My sister & I were traveling to Baltimore to shop. We came across Crabtowne USA. Ooh my!!! The food was amazing. 1st the waffle crab fries & crab sliders. Main dishes salmon was cook great & the grilled scallops w/shrimps made my sister very happy. The crabs topped it off. The crabs were tasty, meaty, heavy & big without the huge price tag. Our next trip we will order some homemade cake to go. They were getting busy before we left.

We just moved from Hawaii in January and of all the restaurants we have been too in MD/DC/VA, this one has by far the BEST customer service and the sweetest people. Not to mention the atmosphere and the food is amazing. We will be back over and over again. ️

I mostly just visit the arcade. Great variety of pinball and arcade games new and old, and friendly staff. Easy to play everything I wanted, even on weekends which are the busy days. Consider getting there shortly after 4, before 4 is even better, parking can be tight on Fridays and weekends.

First time there. I havent had steamed crabs in years. They were very meaty and. Seasoned Perfectly. I will stop again my next trip to Maryland. My husband totally agreed!

There was a hiccup in the tech side of curbside delivery, but they were genuinely sorry and offered me more than they should have to make up for it. I ordered steamed oysters and they were big and delicious.

I went to Crabtowne last Sunday with 5 other ladies to have dinner and discuss baby shower planning. Seating was quick, drinks were quick. But unfortunately that is all that was. She came to get our order didnt write down anything. I worked in the restaurant business for 25 years and never allowed my servers to do that because mistakes will be made. She came back to the table 3 times verifying the order. The food took 45 min and all of it was not good. I only ordered waffle fries with extra cheese and bacon no ranch or peppers. They were ice cold when u picked up 1 fry they all came with it. So u know they were sitting in the window for a long time, note:: no extra cheese or bacon and they started to put Ranch and stopped. My daughter inlaw got crab macaroni and cheese and she took 1 bite said it tasted like burnt toast. (I had it removed from bill) my friend ordered cream of crab soup and a salad. Cream of crab she said was watery and nasty. And we had 3 orders of chicken Chesapeake which nobody liked but ate what they could because they were starving. Im very disappointed in the situation. It wasnt crowded, the server dropped off the food we had to hint her down for stuff we needed as well as the check. I would never allow food to go out of my kitchen that I wouldnt eat myself. I have never eaten here before and I dont think I will again. Im sorry but it was bad.

Great selection of beer, delicious and hot crabs, awesome arcade games. Dawn is a great server. It was a bit too dark and cold in the restaurant but we had the lights turned on and it was much better.

I had the Chicken Chesapeake and it was fantastic. Even the asparagus was cooked to perfection. It was crowded and me and my gf had to share a tiny table shaped like a beer bottle, but the food was great.

Ive been here a few times. I enjoy the oysters and other seafood dishes. My most recent visit, our server was nice and personable but she forgot one of our appetizers and our order took an extremely long time to come. However, I will be back.

Don’t waist your time going to Ocean City. This place is far better than even your Red Lobsters or Joe’s Crab Shack... We went here on a Friday night. Little bit of a wait, but Dawn (our waitress) was super nice. The gameroom is clean and takes quarters, and the machines all look to be in working order. 2 stars because while the food was good, I spent the next morning after in the bathroom unable to leave.

This was our first time here. Went on a Thursday at 4:45 pm. It took about 8 minutes to be seated with no one in front of us and tons of open tables. There were a group of four employees standing, chatting, and playing around at the bar/dessert window. A waitress, who seemed to be the only one actively working, finally acknowledge us and got us seated. Service was subpar, but the food was delicious and large portion sizes! We loved the crab dip waffle fries. My husband went with their 60 cent wing special and French onion soup; both were good! I got the seafood trio basket with hush puppies. Enjoyed everything! After dinner we took our kids over to the attached arcade. We loved the old arcade games and the best part is most games were just a quarter to play! Even though service wasnt great, the food and games were wonderful!

Called order in told me veggie of the day was roasted brusselsprouts yum mind set. Was told salad came with meal. Order seared scallops and shrimp. Arrived told me they gave me broccoli it was green and brown gross. Then told me I cant get the salad. Scallops werent seared but steamed. Container was feel of juice that of course spilled on my clothes as Im on my way to work. Also order a crabcake that was not very tasty. Will never return or recommend to anyone. Biggest waste of $28. UGH one waitress needs training 1 need attitude adjustment.

The crabs and shrimp were hot and flavorful, the oysters were fresh, and the drinks were cold!The service was great up until I showed that I could put away 36 crabs on the all you can eat menu! I do not know if this is standard practice but Corey, our waitress attentiveness dropped off significantly at that point. I had to start calling her to get service. Up until that point, we didnt have to ask for a refill on drinks, crabs or shrimp. She was on top of it all...Overall, were would go back again and highly recommend Crabtowne USA to others!

Though its my first time coming here it certainly wont be my last! There are quite a lot of fun games so bring your quarters! Most of the games are only 25 cents. But if you are to play either the pinball machines or their racing game or their deer hunting game you are looking at 50 to 75 cents to play but its worth it! Trust me, you will have fun here! I did! I played for around 4 hours or so give or take. I havent tried the food but I will have to consider it next time.

You get five stars for the crab waffle fries. Thats it.

Clearly one of the best kept secrets of Maryland! Good food, great service, clean atmosphere and you cant beat these prices. Got the 30$ seafood platter and crab fries and was NOT disappointed! They offer an All-you-can-eat crabs deal, and a variety of cakes. I was scared to right this review, in fear that too many people may start going and drive up the prices LOL

Would not accommodate a fish and chips order fried in they allergy friendly fryer. Waitress informed us that shellfish allergy friendly food was prepared in a separate fryer, at the end of our meal we tried to order fish and chips to go, cooked in the separate fryer. Waitress came back and said that the kitchen was not preparing food using separate fryer.Food is amazing. What ever they use to season their boils is top notch. I am so glad we found this place. Service leaves a little to be desired but I am happy.

The big draw here, at least for my Grandson, is the video games. After hiking all morning, he asked if we could eat lunch here. The grilled cheese sandwiches were great, as was the crab soup. Then, I introduced him to some old school games, which he played with his mother. Yes, it took a few dollars in quarters, but it was fun, and he talked about it for two days after!

I went here on a weekday before work. It is located in a strange place and the parking lot is weird. So be careful parking.The dining room is small and very tight. My husband had his signature dish hot wings and was underwhelmed. I had a steam platter king crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, and a side.The platter was small and I asked for extra seasoning and didnt get it. The food wasnt bad, but it was a smaller portion than expected. It also wasnt anything that would have me in a hurry to come back.It was oyster night and the crew was shucking then right in front of us. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I had a Ms. Pacman which was delicious and was suggested by our waitress.There is an arcade area with games and tables where you can play games eat food and drink beer. I mean original old old arcade games. That was cool but the machines kept taking my quarters and most of them didnt work.Would I visit again, maybe for the drinks.

The food is pretty good. Must call ahead to make sure that you get the crab size you want. The Steamers are awesome. The servers are attentive. The downside is on occasion you get some rowdy drunks at the bar and some undisciplined kids running through the restaurant

Warning: MSG is used here. Having said that, this place is absolutely amazing. If I werent incredibly sensitive to MSG, I would schedule trips down to MD monthly just to go to this place. We had the all you can eat crabs and shrimp.Honestly, I figured out about 6 crabs in that the all you can eat option is a bit of a trap. Its actually far more economical to order them by the crab. With so much great stuff on the menu, I would have been happy with one or two crabs and a different entree. Do unless you are really really really hungry for crabs, dont fall for the all you can eat option.Friendly staff, very good food, cold beer... I mean there isnt much more that you can ask except for good company and that kinda up to you.

I often eat here on Sunday evenings making the drive from Columbia. Crabs here are great (even the snow crab legs)! The portions are generous, especially for the price. Wings are also delicious! You cant beat the price/value/quality in any other local competitor. My only advice would be to call ahead for availability on crabs. Keep in mind this is subject to change throughout the day/evening (shipments are common throughout the day). Also, we have had many different servers and by far the two you want are Josh or Michelle. They are both experienced, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, kind, precise and wicked awesome! The nostalgic arcade, which is located connected to the bar/dining area is genius.

Food was great and the prices were reasonable. We had great service from Michelle, she made sure we were taken care of. I had steam crab snow legs with shrimp and everything was delicious!

Visited around 1:30pm on Presidents Day. Service was very slow. It was slow to get seated, drinks, and to order. It seemed due to understaffing and unexpected large party. Kitchen seemed quick. Had the steamed sampler and it was pretty decent. The crab soup is not worth another try as it had a very heavy flour taste. The kids enjoyed the arcade. I would give another try to see if service improved.

Love this place. Been coming here for many years...since the 80s! Its like stepping back in time to a time when I was young and pretty much carefree. The food is way better than back in the day, though you couldnt go wrong with french fries and gravy back then!

This was quite the place; full on bar and crab feast with a very nostalgic arcade in the back. While you wait, go play in the arcade where you can find all the greatest games from the 80s and 90s. The crab was delicious as well. The service was extremely slow because they only had 2 waitresses running the whole place and things were forgotten often, but Im told that is not normal.

Really great place to eat and have some fun. Lots of seafood and other options. We had oysters, shrimp, clams and half a dozen XL crabs. The drinks were yummy and strong. After dinner we played on their large selection of vintage video games and pinball machines. It was a really great time all around!!! Highly recommend

But the one thing I didn’t like was one of our server Don said she didn’t get a tip from everyone which she did and her and another server was discussing it with another table saying we should’ve left a tip it’s was a group of us so she got a good tip. Great food, and 80s style Arcade! It has been years since Ive been to Crabtowne, USA. The renovations that have been done through the years are great. There is plenty of seating, even when its busy because of the added tables in the liquor store section. They have a full bar as well! Everything is reasonably priced. The arcade is just like when I was a kid. All the classic games are there, plus some newer ones. The most expensive game I saw was only 75 cents, but almost all the games are only quarter. There is also a modern style jukebox that you can play almost any song you can think of. If you want some seafood, and/or youre in the mood for some arcade action, this is the place for you.

My go to spot in the area for snow crab legs! Great prices and cute vibe. Good deals for happy hour and they do daily specials.

What a fantastic place. We traveled up from Arlington and it was worth the trip. The food alone was amazing! Then the arcade filled with the classics as well as new. This place is a gem, no doubt the owners and the staff love their restaurant!

We love our local Crabtowne. I use to come here as a child to play video games, then as an adult for the games and food, I had the pleasure of knowing a couple of the Coulbourn girls and working with a couple of them as a Realtor, and I still come back here to play games and eat when I visit my hometown. I live in South Carolina now.

Whole family had a blast. The arcade was so much fun and eating crabs was such a cool experience!

Its a pretty good seafood restaurant attached to a classic arcade. You can order at the bar and they will bring you your order in the arcade. The arcade covers the 80s and 90s pretty well and they also have a lot of pinball machines. They take credit cards, but you will need cash or a debit card to get quarters.

Surprisingly good seafood, despite the rustic exterior. Just watch the dip at the parking lot entrance :DThe arcade is a walk back into the 70s/80s

1st time visit recommended by a friend. Came up for a visit to my old home town of Baltimore from Tampa and needed a late season Maryland crab craving. Shrimp, crabs hush puppies...Awesomeness! Crabs were small but full! Steamed to just about perfection but the shrimp? Omg! Perfect! I mean yummy! I had Jennifer as my waitress and not only courteous and friendly/ welcoming but very knowledgeable. Not the most modern place but had a warm cozy feeling with a lot more to offer to not only the individual having lunch but for a family to enjoy with a game room for the kids. I very much recommend this place and will return when I come back to town!

Great arcade selection of which 90% were functioning. Lot of young kids there with parents at closing time on a weekend - that was interesting. Beer pitchers were reasonably priced. Didnt eat so cant speak to food. Overall was a good time.

I heard about this place with the 80’s arcade and I knew I had to take my husband to check it out. We did not have super high expectations, but it was something different to do in a cold rainy January evening. We arrived around 7 and the place was pretty packed for a Saturday night in winter. We had the fish tacos and snow crab legs which were delicious. We then spent about two hours in the arcade and we were blown away by the number of games they have. This place is a blast!! Putting it in the rotation! You will definitely have fun!

The crabs and cakes are good. Dont bother with anything else. We were a party of 5 and 3 or 5 orders came out COLD! None of the food came out together. The coconut shrimp was good too.

Really great Seafood. Atmosphere was off the hook 1st vist. 2nd visit waited for a long time to be seated do not seat your self. People next to me were waiting to pay also. What i didnt like was a waitress was able to see me but didnt seem to want to. Crabs we done with, get here early to get some. Never did try blue crabs.

Ive worked in the Glenburnie area for about six years now, and Ive only just discovered this hidden gem! The food was great, and the arcade is amazing and a ton of fun, but what really made this place so special was the people. I am an elementary School stem teacher, and after visiting this place once myself, I knew I wanted students to come and see the pinball machines to help them as they start a pinball project. Mrs. Coulbourn was incredibly helpful and welcoming in letting us set up an evening event, even giving us a party area, coins for the students to play, and some refreshments! Mike and Shannon - the two technicians who keep the arcade up and running - were incredible and Mike even took the students through, giving them a history and inside look into many of the pinball machines, and then talking to them about their own design process. Also, his knowledge of the games and how they work is insane! Megan at the front was incredibly friendly, and Amy P in the back room was also very welcoming and accommodating. I will absolutely be visiting again, and its clear that Crabtowne is the place all about bringing the community together. Thank you so much for the amazing experience, and I recommend visiting and trying the food, arcade, and meeting the incredible staff!

Love the remodel. Food is very good, service was great and I introduced my lady to Ninja Turtles the arcade game! That arcade is incredible. All the old favorites that I realized I now suck at. Highly recommend it

Its hard to explain the draw to this place. It has a diner type counter as well as plentiful seating.The food selection was very good and reasonably priced. Service was quick and very good.After eating (or while you are waiting) they have a full sized Arcade (with some of the old time favorites, like Dig Dug, Pac-Man, Missile Command and many more) If you are there with the kids, give them a couple of quarters and youll have some alone time (at least until they run out of quarters lol).If you are in the area and hungry, this is a must try. I dont think you will be disappointed.

We literally dive over an hour and a half to go here!!! This place never disappoints!!! The best part is when youre done eating (or you can have your order brought to you in the game room) you can go right next door and play your favorite pinball or video games from your childhood!!!

Best Find! Oh the Boh & crabs. This great blast from the past is to be taken seriously. The raw bay osyeres, crab soup, and the medium Maryland crabs are to die for here. The crab cakes are huge!Words cant express how great this place is. I like the down to earth feeling, even has a door for a sink. Sometimes if you want the best crabs in MD, its small places like this. Of course they have a 80-90s pinball machine, added touch to this quaint place.I promise you wont be disappointed!

Ive lived in Glen Burnie for 5 years now and just got the chance to eat here with my parents the other day. Im sad to say, I was very underwhelmed by the food. Im not big on seafood, but there were plenty of options for me to choose from. My dad ordered fried oysters and was not a fan. My Alfredo (yes, I know its a seafood place) was not very good and the pasta was a bit undercooked. There are a ton of cool arcade games to play, however the night that we were there, a ton of them were out of service or just not working properly (eating money and not registering it, coins getting stuck). It was a bit frustrating for my kids but they had plenty of other games to try.

The crabs stay heavy and if you get a bad one, they will replace it. Just be nice about it. The staff in the bar area make you feel like old friends always since Ive been there. Always friendly and helpful about your order. I never felt rushed. Great job crew!!
