Service was good. The food came out quickly. They were practicing covid procedures. Nice spot for toddlers and small kids.
I liked that they put in place guidelines and safety measures for social distancing here for throughout the whole place. Hand sanitizer stations were at various places as well. Face masks are required except when sitting at a table when eating and drinking. I am only giving them 2 stars for two reasons. 1) the food took a long time to get to our table. I ordered a personal pizza and wings. Apparently we were forgotten. So I had to go to the register, wait for someone to come to the register and then they checked for our food. 5 minutes later it comes to the table. Another thing I want to say about the food is that its expensive. I paid $11.99 plus tax for 8 wings. Thats ridiculous. They were good but not that good. The 2nd reason is that even during the pandemic where were supposed to be wearing face masks, adults and children alike, they didnt enforce this. There was a small group of children walking around playing games without a mask on. Not one employee said anything to them. I left immediately after eating because I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I wont be going to this location again.
It was fun there..workers were polite and the place was clean...
My favorite pizza! The people who work here are always friendly and always, always get my order perfect! I dont know the gentlemans name but hes been there FOREVER....like, years. He makes the best best best cheese bread and pizza! Chuck E. Cheese has been my #1 pregnancy craving and he gets it perfect every time. Thank you!!
Always a fast get away for the kids... deals are good
Every since they re did the whole Chuck E Cheeses its really nice. The employees are trally cool and fair. Chuckie came around and passed out tickets and let people take pictures with him. And the price for the play pass is fairly priced and I feel like you finally get your moneys worth. My son cant wait to have his birthday here again.
I will be calling corporate about my experience of the store . For one the manger on duty was in the back taking his shirt off and continued to make food with no gloves . 2nd I ask for a refund because I see him fixing food with no gloves when I bring it to his attention he waved me off and walked way
Kids always have a great time
I love love love this place. Theres one game that I play and get the most tickets. The service is amazing! The atmosphere is very happy. This is definitely a place where you can be a kid lol
My favorite location when I say the staff is wonderful and they treat you like family .Shout out to Marie and Derrick who are so nice and always go above and beyond to help out customers.
My daughter has had her past three birthdays here and the staff is always so nice and helpful. It especially looks great in here after they remodeled - new games, very clean, and the food is great. I decided to take her here to kill some time and it wasn’t busy at all. The dance floor is a nice addition- I’m kinda glad the creepy robots aren’t on stage anymore, although it reminds me of my childhood!
We loved our visit 3/17 & 3/19 we wemt for Natalies 8th Birthday and both times it was such a great experience the games are low enough for her to reach it in her wheelchair. Food was great! The only thing i believe that was a issue was the doors there not handicap accessible. But other then that im happy with the remodeling its enough space for us to go all around in her wheelchair stroller and wheelchair without bumping anyone. Thanks Again
Clean, good service and everything works.
Run place to keep your kids busy and tired out. Pizza isnt so bad either. Lots of fun games for people of all ages to play and lots of chances to win tickets.
Despite getting a bad rap if you go at an off time when its not that busy everything is always clean, the staff is friendly and willing to help you. And the pizza is timeless it hasnt changed, its still delicious in my opinion. Expect to spend at least 50 bucks walking in the door if your family of 3 or more.
Clean place, good food, great customer service. The staff member Marie was exceptionally accommodating and helpful during a birthday party held here despite a scheduling mistake on our part.
It’s always a good time when we take kids here right?? Some of the games was out of order but it didn’t matter to my kids they had a great time either way! They won lots of tickets, ate pizza, ate icecream and even got great prizes! Only negative thing is sometimes it’s too packed so you can’t play like you want
Always good pizza. The timed card to play not a fan of it. Kids like to eat too and with the anxiety that the card will expired is not a good experience
After leaving the Rt. 40 location because of bad customer service, we came here to reward our son for the end of the school year. Everyone was courteous & genuinely friendly. I would definitely come back here over Rt. 40 and I live in Edmondson Village. Well worth the trip. The extra gas money is worth the customer service the public deserves.
My son had a blast! Awesome game room hostess will definitely visit again soon.
This location has really went down over the years. It was so chaotic on the day i visited. There was an argument with a customer and the staff because the customer was angry they cleared the table, while he was away from the table playing with his kids,of the food that he purchased. The man was irate. Then 10 minutes later the police came because the staff wouldnt refund a lady her money, after she was dissatisfied with how long it took to get her order. The police left but then came back again for another altercation. This place has took a turn for the worst. The manager is unprofessional as he stood at the front cashier with his employees and watched a worker eat her lunch while handling money and next to the salad bar. How gross!! We all know that when you are dealing with food and a cashier you should not be eating lunch in front of customers. I will take my money to the Annapolis location because it a safer and more coordinated environment.
I took my son there recently for a birthday party. I like the new remodeling of the place. The downside is that now you have to purchase a card prior to playing any games for a set amount of time or for the amount of games you want to play. In my opinion it seems the prices are slightly higher. Also there is no more Chuck E. Cheeses friends and no stage. It still is nice and it has a dance floor with TVs. I think it now reaches out to the younger children I would say up to the ages six or seven.
If your just taking your kids for some fun and games its great...but I wouldnt recommend a birthday party. $15.99 a head which covers a slice of pizza, some fruit punch or lemonade and an play passes that dont work half the party is horrible. But for $368 I expected more.
Looks great since they remodeled. More modern feel. Could use more toddler friendly games.
This is my 4y.o. daughters favorite place. Im not sure how I feel about them getting rid of the free playground and animatronics...in favor of more pay-machines. Their new All-You-Can-Play policy is a farce. It lasts for 30 minutes. My daughter and I do love the new light-up dance floor, a la Saturday Night Fever. We have a blast dancing with or without Chuck. E. Cheese on the dancefloor.
Its a very fun place for kids but if you dont like noise then take eat plugs lol when they are packed .The food is good but to pricey you should get more food for the prices we pay ! They no longer give kids coins for the machines they give them a credit card to carry around. This is easy to lose because kids run around to machine to machine and leave it laying in the machines sometimes.I went to the dollar store and purchased a key ring necklace for around your neck to hook the credit card to so my grandson wouldnt lose it.There is a parking lot with handicap parking and the side wall is accessible for a wheel chair and the restraunt is also. Double doors are great for security and they mark you and you children with an invisible pen with a number no ine is aloud to take a child out the doors with out checking in at the first for your numbers .Its a fun place but way to expensive the prices should be better or the food more quanity but the kids have fun playing !
I love the remodel, the dance floor is great.I especially love how now you can pay for unlimited time rather than buying points. There is also an option to pause the play times to eat but only once so be strategic.. Games are great here a nice mix for all ages including parents!
This place is 100% better then it used to be. No more ball pit thank god. Also no more tubes. The staff is great and very fast to help out.
Had a very nice time celebrated my nieces birthday
Waited an hour for a 6 minute pizza. I never received a Thank you or an offer for a discount. They lost our order and only acted on it when we asked why our pizza took so long. The cashier was very polite when taking our order. The restaurant was pretty clean. They had lots of birthdays going on but it was not bad considering. I think we will choose elsewhere for my daughters next birthday dinner.
Friendly service good food
THE ANIMATRONICS WERE FRICKING MOVING IS NO ONE ELSE TERRIFIED
I hosted a party for my 4 year old but I came really really early. The party package was worth the money. The staff was really nice and very accommodating. I will definitely be returning for another party.
The place used to be fun for kids. They have changed their format to timed cards, fewer games and more seating. Also gone is the giant jungle gym that my girls loved. It has changed into a mini-Vegas. My seven year old who loved it the last visit ( 6 months ago, before the renovation ) said it was just ok this time. My advice, go someplace else if you want the kids to have fun.
Much improved over our last visit. The animatronic animals are gone, and the place looks much cleaner. Some games and rides are still broken. The thin crust pizza we had was very tasty. Looks like theyre trying to make an honest effort to upgrade.
TEJON was helpful and energetic, and this is a very clean location... my children had a great time
Party was well organized Marie and Cortez was very helpful through the whole experience
Food was good, the place could use some cleaning and a good amount of the games didnt put out tickets as it should.
My kids love this place, and I love that they love it! We have had the kids birthday parties there for the last several years. If you have a party, Marie is the BOMB!!! She truly makes your party so easy and carefree. You can tell she absolutely loves her job and cares about her customers.
Friendly attendants. Normally if you need help there is always one close by. Love the security measures they have in place with the black light arm stamps. The food is so tasty, great for groups of childrens and with adults. The pizza is very well made. Tons of games for different age groups which was nice for me having a 7 year old and 3 year old.
The crew team always nice and helpful. I love going on Saturday mornings due to u can have most the games to play no waiting for a kid to get up so your kid can play.
Typical chuck e cheese, good pizza and lots of kids lol
I havent been to Chuck E Cheese in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how much they renovated the place. Its more kid friendly than before and I liked it very much. I will go again in a few wks.
I was shocked . I liked there thin pizza and ate multiple slicces with cheese inside the small crust . My son ate multiple slicces and liked it also . I spent 55$ for a large pizza 3 drinks(unlimited refills) and 2 cards with 55 points on each(110 games total) . I just played the 2 sit in race games to kill some time . Then ran around with my son playing everything else . Which earned 520points so ofcourse my son wanted 5 little rubber lizards and he was happy again . Not too much even tho i have one 6 year old child . We stayed only 1hr and 35minutes . But to get a break with family and my son and get out of the real world and feel like i did years ago playing video games was a good feeling brought back memories for me . My son was happy and had fun so im happy and glad i went . Judge the pizza yourself but its for the kids not Adults hope you consider that .
The only reason they get 4 is because of the renovations theyre doing. This is a good thing mind you, but it has a smell of disinfectant. It irritates my allergies. Place other than that is awesome. My 1 year old had a BLAST and the staff was friendly and responsive to her. Great place when I was a kid, great place to bring my kids now.
Love the card system. Its always crowded, and it feels like they cramp a lot of stuff in there, so it isnt easy to move around. But the kids love it so thats all that matters. I always make sure to bring wipes and hand sanitizer. I dont know how often they wipe down the rides and tables and such, so Im a little paranoid when it comes to that.
Great deals
Lots of new games just left there with my son we had a great time
Its a nice place for children and adults. Fun Fun
Its ok for kids but put more games out where they can get more tickets
FUN BIRTHDAY for my daughter. Great service. Clean atmosphere
Clean, enforcing covid protection measures
Great people
We had funThe staff is So friendly!Chuckie cheese was dancing with the kids they was having a blastThey remodeled I kinda like it better the old way but the new way is cool too because I have a 1 year the games got shorter for the younger kids
It was fun and my family and I really enjoyed the food
We always have a great time at Chuck E. Cheeses, or as we call it Charles Cheese! The kids really enjoyed the All You Can Play gaming. Its awesome how you can pause the time on your card so you can take a break to eat their delicious pizza ! The pizza was fresh and tasted great! Lastly, the staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic trip to Chuck E Cheeses.
It was good for a kids arcade. We were there for a birthday party and all the kids enjoyed themselves. But if you have a kid with any sensitivity to noise or lights, there are no quiet corners. Even the bathroom isnt quite.
Chuckie cheese was a wonderful experience and place to have fun with my grandchildren. Just watching the children have fun and play together. Was the truth it wasnt no fighting just having fun. And being kid GOD how I missed those days. The staff was wonderful and patience. Thank God ALLAH for Chuckie cheese where a kid can be a kid. James Ray.
I love chuck e cheese I have 2yr old and 6yr old boys something for everyone we just did games this time. But my 6yr old 2yr party was here & my 2 yr old party in November will be and that too. Is an awesome process. I love customer service here went as far as opening early one morning for sensory sensitive time BC cant handle all that noise and peopleat rush times
We went when there were record temps so I expected it to be crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that for a Saturday morning there was a normal volume or people. There were several birthday parties but that just meant Chuckie gave out free tickets often. The photos booth was broken so that was disapointing and the ticket counter broke while we used it, but a worker helped us to get out slip. This is a smaller venu then other Chuck E. Cheeses but staff was friendly and it was clean.
Its A Great Place For Children
Clean, safe, & focused on bringing happiness to younger children. Not as parent friendly as the chain use to be -- less menu options & no beer/wine like the old days. Visiting regularly wouldnt work for me as we dont have anyone young enough. However, service was good & recommend for those with little ones!
Great play time prices and variety of kids gaming
It was ok. It is not one of the chucky cheeses that serves beer. Grandson enjoyed it.
Kids love it food is good however they need to clean the entertainment. Shouldn’t let sick kids run around nose leaking snot and spreading illness yuck
Id say its ok, the chuck e cheese I grew up with was a lot more fun. The balls they had and the chuck e cheese mascot isnt the same. Smaller without the hat. Im not very impressed. Also theres no stage this time around so no live music bands that chuck e cheese was made for... theres lots of games and all which makes it fun, but I still wish they kept chuck e cheese the same hes always been. With the hat, taller, and lots of fun with the kids/family. This mascot showed little to no enthusiasm. He danced very little and really didnt show how the mouse really can be fun. The prices for pizza and soda is outragous with large pizza and 4 cups (small) priced at almost 50.00 dollars. Thats too steep. But other than that, its a nice fun experience to kill time.
Pretty neat spot for kids.
Kids had fun great place.
I waited almost a hour for my food. Went to the register to check to see when it would be ready, I was informed 2 to 5 mins. 10 mins later i went to check again and was informed it would be put shortly. My wings came out but my pizza didnt come out for another 45 mins
My kids love Chuck e cheese. This location has lots of games my kids havent played. Wasnt too crowded. Also had a play tunnel hanging from the ceiling that the kids can crawl through. Great location.
This one in Glen Burnie has been remodeled and the pizza is pretty good
My party of 20 kids turned into 25 kids and my host was wonderful..she was there for me ..i didnt have to look for her ..every time I turned around o look she was there. Only thing was when it was over I couldnt find her to give her a tip..sorry I for got her name..
I attended a birthday party there about a week ago. Super busy and parking close by was hard to find The pizza and their lemonade was surprisingly good. The staff were a bit unfriendly despite being in a place full of kids. Children were all over the place and it was crammed; the gaming area seemed small. I had my 6 month old daughter with me and my main concern was that kids that werent with our party bumping into me while I was holding her. Ive heard a lot of people complain about unruly children, but thats the fault of parents who let them run around any kind of way. Wouldnt recommend this place for younger kids unless you are with them on the game floor because they will get pushed around. .
If you want stimulation, this is the place for you. I dined during a crowded time, and despite locomotive children wizzing by me, the periodic shrieking of a young child, and the guest visits from a giant rat, aka Chuck E., I endured. Everyone in this diverse crowd was social and polite. I compliment the employees for being particularly friendly, even after hours of what has to be exposure to sensory overload. The kids just live for the game-spewn tickets, not the food, although I must admit the pepperoni pizza was hot and tasty. If only the prices were a little more down to earth; the coupons help some but still, its an expensive adventure for a hour or so. My grandson exited happy and fulfilled. I guess, after all, that kind of joy is priceless.
We love this place. Lots of fun games for the kids and deals to choose from to load your card.
I like how they changed it all round it is so much better now
Wow this place looks great.... Great service and the workers are very friendly
Kids had an awesome birthday party! Very organized and friendly staff!
L am not really sure if its my age but Chuck E Cheeses to me seem boring and more pricey. Some of the staff is so disengaged with the children, you wonder why they even work with kids. My kids was not very happy at Chuck E. Cheese they need more games and entertainment. The one in Glen Burnie the location is dangerous its right at the corner where cars go end and out. I believe they need to go back to the drawing board and try again. Sorry not Sorry.
Awesome awesome awesome. Everything was perfect for my family of 7. The children had big fun, and the adults had fun. The manager that was there that day was great. Thank you again
I just had my daughters party there. The staff was so nice, it was so much fun! I would recommend a party there anytime.
The usual Chuck Cheese scene. Kids everywhere! My daughter loves it and its great that you dont have to worry about coins with the wrist bands! And the pizza is awesome!
Best Chuck-E-Cheese before 11 is great. After that its a complete crazy house the kids run around all ages unsupervised climbing on the games some adults too its just not a environment that I prefer to take my son to anymore until they start enforcing the parents to supervise the children and the parents to act like parents I will not be returning there after 11 a.m.
Our experience was terrible. I had my daughters birthday party there on a Saturday night. The party was so unorganized. Other parents treated the place like a daycare and let there kids run around being bad and stealing tickets. There was 10-15 year olds playing tag and knocking the smaller kids over. We actually had kids come up and take sips of drinks off our table twice! I will give it one more try when its less busy on an early weekday because my girls did have fun and enjoy it.
My Grandchildren love this place ️, and they burn a lot of energy here, lucky me...
Love this place, especially since they did the remodel. Kids have a blast and the staff are exceptional
Chuck E Cheese was crowded not enough activities. They made a dance floor where they could have just put more games. This upgrade was a downgrade
The place is usually very clean and it looks like fixed it up. Staff can be a tad unprofessional but thats mostly to due with their age. I like this place but try not to come during the weekend or busy hours, it gets busy and frequented by unsavory adults.
They have changed so much that young children are abused by older children whom are left there unattended and no one can control them
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didnt like was there was a dead fly in the salad bar lettuce. Other than that the kids had fun and the place was clean.
