I love this movies theater, the prices are get and you cant beat that. I hope they open back up again.

Love coming here for movies. On a date with my daughter! The ticket prices are great. The staff is mostly friendly. And you usually get an almost empty theater making you feel like they are playing the movie for only you. Want a nice clean place to watch a movie? Come here!

Really great place, not just for the discount you get!The theater was very clean. I was even shocked at how much cleaner it was than regular admission movie theaters. The snack bar was fully stocked, and the staff were professional and polite.The picture was great! We saw Hellfest, which we missed in theaters, so it was good deal.It was my first time there, and to be completely honest, the bar was set pretty low but to my surprise it was nothing like what I expected!Also the theater wasnt crowded at all.I would definitely recommend this place! You save a ton of money, and get a great service and show.

Nice, clean, and inexpensive. Had a nice, comfortable feel to it and is well maintained. Friendly staff and tasty popcorn. Cheaper than the other movie theaters in the area but not suffering for it. Yummy popcorn, always kids movies available, and the seats dont scream crazy kids have been here. So so worth a visit whenever Im in the area!

Todays experience was not great for a first time attendee. Someone spilled soda on the floor in theater 6 and someone did a horrible job of cleaning it up. Sticky residue for about 4 or 5 steps upon entrance. Wet floor signs were placed over the mess. Popcorn left on the floor from previous patrons. Film audio is in the front of theater only, no side nor back audio at all. Screen is clear and film fit to height and width was the best thing there. Bathrooms needed attention. They do show older and newer films at a low price. Seats were cushioned but uncomfortable for me.

My favorite movie theater to go to! Good quality experience for a super good price! Why go to the super expensive theaters when you can go to this one! Only downside is the movies come in a bit later than the other theaters, but thats not a problem for me except when it comes to Marvel movies and spoilers

Great place... they only show older movies (been out of reg theaters for 30-60 days or so) but so much cheaper. I think it was $4 each for adults. Clean and theater was nice, no complaints at all!!! Highly recommend this place but find out whats showing before you go.

Nice place. Cheap tickets. Normal theater cost of food. But 2 adults, a large popcorn and drink was less than $20. Good temp and volume. Overall we liked it :-)

My favorite place to watch movies! Cant beat the price! Plenty of good seating. Snacks are also priced well. We like using the Horizons rewards program to earn free snacks.

Awesome place, its a discount theatre so its not kept in as good repair like the big theatres. But you cant beat $3-4.50 a ticket. For the price its really nice and the employees are super nice and contribute to the chill atmosphere

It may not have the reclining chairs but it only cost $3.50 for a movie! It was not trashy and not overcrowded. If you can wait just a little bit longer to see the top rated new releases, it is worth it.

There were very few people in the theater with us, we kind of had the whole place to ourselves. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant smelling. The popcorn was great; fresh, still warm, and not too salty

Full disclosure. I am happy AMC A-List customer that only went to this theater because my local AMC locations were no longer showing the movie I wanted to see.The ticket price for a 6:45pm Friday showing was only $5.75 after taxes and fees when I ordered online on Horizons site. So that was fantastic!The theater does not have a light up sign that identifies the building as a theater. Just white horizontal lights and the posters on the wall can be seen in the dark.One of the mens room stall doors does not lock or stay shut.In theater 4 there were small blue specks that were always on the screen. They were very distracting.At the front desk they just have their money drawer on the counter. I guess they just want to tempt customers and workers to snatch their cash. That isnt safe or smart.

This was what we considered a hidden gem. Very clean and inviting and small. Great prices and the popcorn is buttery!

The movie my family and I watched was pretty good. Frozen 2. But the seats were completely uncomfortable.

Great for the price! Movies are a slight bit older than regular theaters but for half the price you can see a movie still in regular theaters.

Wish Sun Valley had this movie theater when I was growing up in that community. Its really nice and well kept. So happy they built it.

Great selection of movies and good popcorn, wish there was a little more room between rows. Definitely dont want to have to make a trip once seated. Also impossible to see once move has started.

This a good, not expensive movie theater that usually shows movies towards the end of their run. It does not have the modern stadium seating but you can see a movie and get popcorn or candy for less than a ticket alone at a fancy movie theater

After months of saying that we really should try this theater, we did today, to see the new Mary Poppins movie. It cost $7.00 total for both of us. We spent another $9.00 on concessions. A movie we saw in Annapolis last night cost us $13.00 each. There was plenty of parking at Sun Cinema. The staff were very friendly. The facilities were clean and well kept. We did not have reclining loungers or reserved seating but the theater was not packed either. We enjoyed ourselves and felt that it was a great value. We will definitely be back.

Breakthrough it was an Awesome movie, everyone should go see it!! It lets you know how Precious life really is and how Love does really brings you around!! If you go to see it take aloe of tissues with you!! Great small, basic movie theater. Low prices for current movies and you wont spent $50 at concessions as they dont serve a full food menu, not even hotdogs. They do have nachos and packaged ice cream but I dont eat those items. The popcorn was fresh and tasty. Im picky about popcorn, dont care for AMCs, Cinemark has the best in my opinion. No assigned seats, they are cloth but the theater was VERY clean. I was impressed with how clean it was. The high priced theaters need to take notes on cleaning from Sun Valley.

Great place to go for inexpensive ( before 6 PM, 4$ for adults) and first come, first seated movie experience. Some might call it old school. I just call it great. They often show movies that have been out for a while or have more religious/ uplifting content. I love this theater .

Everything was great in theater 5 but had to move to opposite side of the steps due to airport landing lights along stair steps. Thought the would dim with the house lights but they didnt. Distracted so much that we shifted all the way to the wall. Some of the seats that other people sat in made a loud popping sound when they fidgeted. Perhaps some maintenance would be in order. These 2 items kept the review short 1 star.

Horizon Sun Valley is a great way to see movies just after they leave the big-screen theaters at a much lower price. The theater is clean and comfortable and very affordable.

I love seeing movies here! Its so much cheeper than going to a regular theater. Yes, the rooms are smaller but I dont really care. All the concessions are cheeper too but it all tastes great. On Tuesdays, tickets are even cheeper at $3 for adults.

I have to say this is by far the worst movie theater ever. If I could give one star, I would. Upon arrival, the young lady was sitting on the counter. I think that is quite disgusting bring as though the counter are used for your concession exchange. I will give it to them, they were very lovely. As for the cleanliness of the theater, I walked into theater 4 and it smelled sour like the room has never been cleaned before. All off the seats were filthy and I began to itch after sitting down. I noticed that the headrests were filthy. I was very uncomfortable. I will never come back here again. It’s a nice theater, but the upkeep is horrible. The rugs and chairs are past the point of cleaning, you’ll have to take replace it all. Please teach the young lady at the front to keep her behind off the counter and get her a chair.

Sat down and felt a bug on my foot. ignored it. 2 minutes later another bug on my hand. too much for me. definitely wasn’t an ant either. gross

This theater is GREAT! CHEAP prices for near- new releases and often times brand new movies! A family of 4 seeing Black Panther for under $20 the 3rd week it was out in theaters is unheard of! The seats are roomy & comfortable and the place seems to never be full. The employees are courteous, attentive, and helpful, and never seem bothered by the customer. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!

They have several theaters, so you have a decent choice of movies to view.The restrooms are jep very clean as well with no bad smells. Popcorn and concessions are priced in a fair market comparison and its not too salty. They only have one diet flavour and the mix is not bad. They got chips and cheese.

I heard about this place from a friend, and wow I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in I noticed how clean the lobby was and I was warmly greeted by the employees behind the counter. I couldn’t believe a ticket was only $4.50!! I was able to buy popcorn drinks and candy for around the same price as a regular theater ticket. They even have a rewards program which the employees informed me about. I’ve never received better customer service at any other movie theater. Juliana guided me around the menu she even suggested which combo she thought I should get for myself and my kids. The manager who’s name I believe was Adam offered to split my popcorn into smaller bags so my kids could share. He even offered to help carry it to the theater. The theater was very clean and surprisingly big, they also have booster seats for kids! This is by far one of the best movie experiences we have ever had. It made it an easy and affordable family night out, can’t wait to come back!

You cant beat the price! Wait a couple of weeks and save a bunch. Good sound systems and comfy seats. My only knock is the screen size thats on the smaller size.

Such a great assortment of movies. Easy to park and get in. The lobby is always clean and large enough to handles the crowds. Weve done parties with them and its super easy fo to manage for us and the other parents. Prices are great! Popcorn is perfect.

This is my go to movie theater. They have the cheapest prices around. They do birthday parties too and my kids have been to a couple of them. Ive never had a complaint about them.

Aside from the rat crawling through the aisles during our Endgame showing and the screen not being fully shown in widescreen, the seats are fairly comfortable, staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Im also a late viewer when this movie is already available on blu-ray so am happy that you can still watch it on the big screen.

If you go to see a late showing you will not get refills on popcorn they shut it down at 9:30 but will not tell you that to upsell you the bigger bag and you asked me to write under the website with no response so whatever so I delete one star I would have given you none this is ridiculous my suggestion is to let people know that you will not be serving them after a certain time so they know if they should order something or not

Was surprised with the inexpensive theater. Will go back for other movies. As with all movie complexes, the snacks are expensive. Was disappointed with the popcorn, but the manager was very pleasant and replaced the old popcorn with fresh popcorn. Customer service is important

Its a small budget theater with the basics. It was a little confusing when you come in and the sign for tickets had no one there and it was a few minutes before a staff member said to go to the concession area for tickets. They should update their signs to clear up the confusion. Otherwise great experience.

The cinemas was packed with people, but between shows, someone came around and swept and picked up trash. People clean up after yourself!

Great location if youre interested in checking out a movie that just came off the just released list. Great price. Movie seats are comfortable. Movie theaters are small and theres nothing else other than the movies to see. Not like other theaters thatmy have a game room. But the concession stand is more reasonable in price than the others.

We love this place because you can see movies a lot cheaper than the first run places but still get the theatre experience. You don’t get the reclining chairs but if I needed that I would wait for it to come out on steaming and stay home.

Matinees are affordable for families. Staff is friendly, seats are comfortable, sound is excellent.

I think these folks have some of the most comfortable theater seats of any movie house I know. Bargain matinee prices are great! Just wish they offered more than cola for their diet drink selection.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The theater was very clean including the ladies room. I prefer this theater above any other for those qualities and the price is much better.

Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper in stall, front glass doors dirty and lots of popcorn on floor. All this was going on while the employees sat around looking at their phones.

Excellent prices, good snack choices and comfortable theater seats. When I went the room temperature was just too cold so it made it hard to enjoy the movie (I had to put my winter coat on).

We love the movies here. You cant beat the price especially when you can get 3 tickets for the price of 1 at a first run theater. Sometimes they even show movies that in the regular theaters still. The seats arent fancy, run of the mill stadium seating but its clean and everyone is very friendly.

My little secret. See any movie thats left main theatres for $3.50. I usually get a $5 combo which includes a small drink, small popcorn and an airhead candy. Enjoy all of that for less than the price of one ticket at major theatres.

Best Kept Secret for movie lovers

Wonderful theater! They get movies a bit later than original release dates, but for the price of tickets here, you absolutely cannot complain. Concession options are decent, and again, the prices are much less than those of other theaters. Theaters are modern, very clean, and with comfortable seating. I dont think theres anything bad that could be said about this particular movie theater!
