2.5 year old really enjoyed herself. Staff was friendly and price was good for 2 hours of bouncing fun fun fun.

Safe indoor fun that is always weatherproof - kids always have a great time here and the cost is reasonable for 2 hours worth of access to all bounce houses too.

I have not been to Marley Station Mall since December of 2011. I got to play Arcade games that I would only get to see when I am at the Arcades in Ocean City Maryland. I really enjoyed that place.

Purchase 20 admissions in March but had to cancel it because of covid. I reached out multiple times for a refund before they shut down and never received a call back. They recently opened back up in June and again I have reached out multiple times with the same outcome. We will call you back ASAP and we are now in September and this issue has still not been resolved nor have I received a call back.

This is a fun place for a 3 year old. The day we visited we arrived at 10:10 AM. There were people standing outside because it wasnt open yet. A person at one of the kiosks said they usually open between 10:30 - 11. We went to the play area and I called at 10:30. The guy said he was open, but when we got there the gate was still closed. He told me he would open in a minute. It was 10:47 before the gate was up. Nice place but dont rush to get there by 10.

So Id love to give this place a five and Id love to give it a three. Its hard. Its a kids place so its not like super well kept and nice, though it definitely appears they try but having three children myself I can say its impossible to keep anything meant for kids nice. As far as what its meant for, kids entertainment, its awesome. Its never too packed as nothing in Marley Station is ever too packed. Its full of bounce houses, a little area with a house and some push toys for 2 and under, two party rooms, two sitting rooms for parents with reasonably nice couches and chairs and a TV. It is amazing for what it is. Also they have a service where you can drop your kids off and shop. Im not sure what youll buy at Marley Station but hey its an option, we havent used it as were too paranoid so I cant speak to how good it is. Though the workers are seen chasing munchkins around and are usually fairly nice and cheery. I would say if youre looking for indoor entertainment for your kids thats almost never too packed take them here.

I took my preschoolers ages 2 to 5 and my 8 year old daughter. There was something for all of them to do. They had a great time and the staff were helpful.

My twins daughters birthday party was a blast. They had a wonderful time with their friends. The staff was very accommodating especially Victory( hope I spelled it right) . Thank you so much!!

Good place to take kids. Can get busy and bigger kids will push smaller ones around. So monitor your kids.

This place is great. Plenty of bounce houses to keep the kids entertained. Big arcade next door, nice party rooms, nice sitting areas with a massage chair for the parents. Staff is always nice to my daughter and the owners are great guys.

Nice place. More space than you might think, being in the mall. It was also clean and not too cluttered so the kids had plenty of space to run around. There is a door-like gate at the entrance so kids cant go wandering out. We were there for a birthday party, which was set up in a small side room that had tables and chairs. The employees were helpful and good with the kids. I would definitely go back and/or recommend this place.

Take the kids here on occasion to kill some time. price to get in is pretty reasonable especially considering the variety of equipment they have to play on.

If my babies like it, I love it.The fact that you can drop off is definitely one to consider for my shopping spree.

Very reasonable prices. I wish there was more for toddler-aged kids but my 18 month old loved it.

I use to take my children there all the time the old crew that worked there where so down to earth and sweet now the new crew that work there can be so damn rude i took my babies a week ago and i gave the young lady my bounce card so she could poke one out and instead of handing it back to me she tossed it on the counter top they make you feel so uncomfortable in this place now you can tell they dont like people of color in this place our money is green as well and another time me and my babies was there i heard a lady tell her child you are not to play with any black kids i couldnt believe what i heard its so sad people of color have to go through stuff such as racism in 2019 and at a kids friendly place Im hoping for a change by making this post

Although they state they are open until 9pm on Saturdays, ( online AND when I called) they pick and choose what time they actually shut down. I took my daughter around 8:20pm and they had already started deflating the moon bounces. So I took her to the other side (arcades) they stated they were closing as well! So I called the next day and was told they will close as early as 8 if not enough children are there. That was not told to me when I called. I took the time to drive there and also have an excited child let down because of lack of communication. I had planned on having her party there as well and that will not be happening. I will not be returning!!

My kids had the best time here while I shopped. Definitely worth every penny.

We went during the day half the facility was closed There were only 3 small bounce houses for very small children available to use I spoke to the manager she said they only open the other half for the bigger kids if they have 20 or more kids I said to her shouldnt you have a sign at the front desk informing your customers that you are only half open or perhaps have a reduced entry fee She said the owner did not want to do that My 7 yo granddaughter was bored within 10 minutes and we had to leave Definitely not worth your time I will never return

Clean and secure . Perfect place for your children to experience interaction with other children and have a great time. Good times for all to be had here.

Great place to bring your kids. Very cheap and great way to wear the kids out with fun exercise! The few problems were its waaaay to over crowded with kids running around knocking kids over and not being properly supervised by either their parents or the employees. Also way under staffed and the employees I did see (which was 2 for the 60 kids on 3 bouncers) were teenagers that seemed very untrained for the job.

My nephew had a blast here! The employees were really nice also.

Been here a handful of times and have always had a good experience. My son loves going and it is affordable which is nice as well. The staff has always been nice and helpful everytime we have been. Would recommend it to anyone that has younger kids.

Cute, clean little place and very decently priced, it is on the small side so better for smaller kids. They allow parents to jump with the kids which we love.

Nice for the first time visiting lots of games that i didnt know was there until we was leaving and some wasnt working. But the kids had fun.

The staff at this wonderful place have been the absolute best. Having my sons 5th birthday party there was the best decision. Everyone was so accommodating and made that day very special. Im so grateful to everyone at Marley Bounce Party!!

My son enjoyed their bounce houses and toddler play area on several occasions and attended a birthday party in one of their rooms which was also great!

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable of all things kids.The facilities are accommodating for children of all ages (even crawling infants).There is a nice lounge area for parents and the layout of the activity area allows parents/staff to monitor the children unobstructed. Compared to other bouncy businesses in the region, this is a great value.

Ive seen a review from customer saying the employees act as if they all had attitudes when she gave a party for theyre child.... Well Im here to say that my child and a couple of her friends have worked here in the past and were treated wrong from the owner Dave Jr (one of the owners).... He always favored some of the employees but some he treated badly, some staff didnt even get at least minimum wages for pay, mice running all over the place, and hes even jumped in my daughters face for something he accused her of doing, and even fired her without saying she was fired.... Shes done nothing but helped this business alot as far as working whenever they needed her and doing double shifts as well.... Ill say these to you all, good management starts first inside with your staff.... Youll get better attitude from them if u know how to treat them..... Remind you all, Ive even had party here as well, for my youngest daughter, and Ill give it 3 stars for that.... I could go to better bureau and complain, but there is this thing called Karma....

I am so very disappointed in this place first all one of the kids in my sons party stepped on a tack in a bouncy and it was a Oh well Im sorry we had new carpet put in yesterday, and they looked around and fixed the problem. That was the first 15 mins. Than 2nd over a month ago we scheduled the birthday for today so its been a month they could have called us any time within the last month and told us they had the wrong hours markdown instead they waited till today to tell us that we would have less time there. Than 3rd After all the stuff that happen they said we could have extra time but that didnt matter because once they let the outside kids in my guest had to leave because there was an outrageous amount of older kids and bigger kids running around and trampling over the kids that were there for my childs birthday. After all that my son party was basically ruined. 4th Some people werent so nice and didnt have the best of manners, or food manners. 5th Some even made fun of some of my guest. Would even bump into them, one of my guest even was hit with a table. They were very sorry about everything but I didnt even get to spend time with my son at his party or really enjoy it because I was so caught up in the drama of getting less time or more time or we cant go here or there. My family was upset. I had people come from out of town and all. Just very disappointed. I understand staff messed up times and everything but it was just very sad to see everything slowly go down hill and people just say basically Oh well we cant help you because blah blah blah. I paid good money and I dont feel like we were taken to seriously or really respected.

Solid location to burn off energy of a little one. I wouldn’t leave my kid and usually stay with them. Don’t expect much and it’s a great weekend time burn.

My friends had a birthday party here for their five year old, and invited NY three and six year olds.It was a great party, they give you one hour with exclusive access to the bounce area (three bouncers, small area with toys for three and under, plus amoon sand table and two couches for parents and two single bathrooms. Once your hours is up you get an additional hour in the party room.The party room can hold fifteen kids at the tables plus an additional nine other seats for parents along the wall. They also gave you a table for food and a table for parents. One worker is on hand at the party room to pass out food to everyone and collect trash. That person also loads the presents into a shopping cart for you to take to your car.One big plus for parties is that you can bring your own food, you dont have to use overpriced vendors like many other places. The mall restaurants work with them, in fact, Chick-fil-a even delivers!All the kids had a great time jumping. One of the bouncers is a pirate ship with a side inside, another is a big side, and the last is a big bounce area. The two sides also have bouncing areas in them. These bouncers are huge and large enough for adults. Many were also bouncing. The pirate ship at one point had four adults in it.They have two party rooms total, so they can host jump session then that party goes into the room and another goes to jump, or they open the bounce area back up to the public. You can keep bouncing after your party if its open.Theyve also taken over a second store front where they have a small arcade, plus another lounge area, another big bouncer and a hard climbing unit. When there is a party this area stays open to the public and the party had no access. But when there is open bouncing, you have free reign to all areas (but arcade costs).The arcade has two skeeball units, an ice hockey game, a few other ticket earning games, two racing games, Jurassic Park and Simpsons arcade games. Again, this is for children. You can use the tickets to get little junk trinkets like Chuck E Cheese.They have sessions for you to stay with your kids while they bounce or for you to drop them off and go to the mall. Both sessions last two hours. Their rates area reasonable, $7 for stay and $9 for drop off, with prices dropping for a second child. They also have multi bounce passes that drop the price more, where you can also buy one for a second child thats even cheaper.Highly recommend this place if you have small children that like bouncing. Its quieter and cheaper than the warehouses and the staff seems to pay good attention to detail.

Nice place.

Staff is unfriendly and uncaring for parent concerns regarding random adults which we dont know, jumping on a kids bounce house, while our kids are on there. To me its a safety issue which only certqin people here care about. I am not the only one with the same concern and will not be coming back.
