The kids had fun at Get air. The only complaint I have is the parking lot. It’s dark, half the lights in the parking lot are out and cars run the stop signs in front of the building. They need to contact the landlord and have street lights fixed and a kid crossing sign put up right in the middle of the road with speed bumps. The last time we were there a kid ran right out and a car was coming. It’s to dark for cars to see the kids crossing into the parking lot. Hopefully they fix the issue before someone ends up being seriously hurt.

Smaller than launch and sky zone but the layout is perfect for parents just watching their kids jump. Music isnt too loud. Staff is making sure all rules are followed and mask are covering nose and mouth.

Super cool trampoline park. Its a little different than some of the other ones have been too because it has more than just trampolines. And has a little Ninja warrior area. And other cool amenities that give you a chance to have fun in more ways than just bouncing on trampolines. My son loves this place. We will always be going back.

Nice size with plenty to keep toddler-adult busy. There is an area for parties in the back and can section off a trampoline area as well. Bathrooms and vending machines inside. Parking lot out front. Josh was entertaining and did magic for the kids.

Lots of fun for a variety of ages. Its perfect for a family looking for something to do with mixed age kids. You are in a central area so you can see all your kids while they do there own thing.

I go with my friends all the time and the price isn’t bad. i enjoy it and look forward to going every friday. the hours are fun because i can stay pretty darn late. i love how the lights go off at 9pm. overall this is an amazing place!

My step sons birthday party was cancelled in MARCH due to COVID and I still havent heard anything about a refund or to reschedule and I have sent multiple messages and called many times with no response!

Great place to take the kids. Went for a kids birthday party, have never been here before. My kids had a great time jumping around in the different areas. They really liked the dodgeball area. Definitely going to go back but this time I will join them in the jumping

Did my sons Birthday here and it was a pleasant experience. I wish they wouldnt charge extra to bring your own food. They supply pizza but its not that great. But aside from that, it was fun!

Great place. I would like to see the door being watched better in the evening. Someone should always be watching the door. Kids can leave and no one would know.

We go for Tuesday /Thursday morning little kids discount sessions. The two grandkids burn off lots of energy running around the area. Their favorite is a tower slide, ending in a pit of foam blocks. Some more ninja/gladiator areas are beyond their abilities but they still hang on the silk swing or jump on the blocks under the zip line. Normally not too crowded. Sometimes staff is there only for safety, like a lifeguard, but others engage the little kids in lively games of chase across the trampolines. I cant fault the former; the latter is more enjoyable

My 4 year old daughter and nieces loved it! Tons of things all three could play on together. I actually liked it better than Skyzone since my daughter is too young to go on their obstacles which leaves her with only two things to do there. Here shes allowed to do everything except the trampoline in the middle and dodgeball. Theres also a hidden trampoline spot behind the foam pit!

Okay so my time there started great with my two children(3,5) my daughter who is 3 was jumping on the middle section it was almost empty where she was. And some employee couldn’t be more the 16 came and told us that my daughter couldn’t jump there. Then I saw 3-6 kids younger then my daughter jumping and she said nothing I know me and my family will not be going back. They treated us poorly and that alone makes it not worth what we paid

It’s a nice trampoline park but I wouldn’t recommend having a party with them. They are very unorganized..... by the time they checked everyone in for the party they had about 40 mins to jump before they got called back for the pizza. (Check in takes way to long and we were early) it was like pulling teeth to get plates, napkins, cups, etc... for the price I expected better!

My family was here celebrating my great nephews 4 yr birthday party. The little kids as well as the BIG kids ENJOYED this spot. My 29 yr as shown in the pic ENJOYED himself. Even I ENJOYED myself & im in a wheelchair!

Friday night Kids Club Nightis awesome! They have extra staff and security there during this night time event making it even more comfortable leaving your kids there (9 and 11)

My nephew and I went here today. We had such a great time. Friendly staff And a very clean environment. We had so much fun being able to jump together

A great place for a birthday party, it would be nice if the staff followed the same guidelines. We had different staff telling us different things about something that wasnt in the rules.

Awesome fun. My 3 year old has a blast all the time. Love the fact that we can just show up and get to jumping instead of reserving time in advance like other places. The facility is large and kept pretty clean too. I always see parties there and its a plus that they dont shut down the place just to accommodate the parties. Anyone can jump. Theres also a section devoted just for tots size kids.

Went during toddler Time with my 2 and 4 year olds and had an outstanding experience. Staff was fun and played with the kids. Not sure what the deal with the Ninja warrior pit or the empty pit next to the caged halfpipe area was about but the music and atmosphere for kids is about as good as it gets for them.

Really 2.5 stars. Its ok if you are taking kids who are all the same age/height, but really tough for mixed age groups. Height restrictions for safety mean kids under 46 inches cant use the main trampoline area. Thats the main draw for a place called a trampoline park! There is an area for them which contains no trampolines/green mats (see photo), which would be great for toddlers, but when you go with 1st graders thru 4th graders together, the 1st graders get pretty bummed. Age restrictions on certain parts of the main trampolines would be a little more understandable. All ages are allowed on obstacle courses, but being an American ninja is a lot tougher than jumping with friends!

I came here for the first time in a long time. I watched how they made my kids go up against the measuring ruler and I watched as the people after me did not have too. I feel like myself and children were discriminated per our race and I’m not even big on the whole black and white thing. Why didn’t they make the white or Hispanic kids go up to the measurement? I sat here and observed so I could make sure I had a valid point or to see if I was over reacting and I will never be coming back. I will spending my money on sky zone going forward

Kids had a lot of fun but crocodile dun D with the skull belt buckle was killing the vibe. As soon as a kid looked like he was going to do something the guy was stopping the kids from having a good time. Everything else was good but he needs to go.

This place is a blast. Wasnt sure what to expect showing up as a 30 year old man, but I instantly felt like a kid again. The facility was spotless and very well maintained. The staff was helpful and very friendly as well. I will definitely be returning and bring friends as well.

My 3 grandkids had a wonderful time there.

My daughter had the time of her life here. Although there were a few broken down items....which should be expected with children and adult use.....There was so much to do that those attractions werent missed. A separate room for birthday parties...etc. However you must purchase their required socks at $3.00 a pair but you may reused them upon return.

My niece Morgan had her son JJs 2nd birthday party here this past Saturday. While the venue was fun for the kids, at check out they charged her twice what she had been quoted. (A difference of over $300!). Her party planner was going around to guests checking them in despite them already being checked in at the front, and putting wrist bands on them even after being told they werent jumping. (He did this to myself as well as several others including a mother with a 2 month old baby strapped to her chest). At the end of the party they charged her for all these extra jumpers that had not in fact jumped and had made it clear they would/could not jump!

Personnel is not very attentive and seem only there to get paid, not enjoy working there and with manners. Place was a nice place for kids to go but now its turned ghetto! Fights and last time I went to pick up my son, there was a black car with black window tinting following a group of girls waiting for their ride. I had to stay there to make sure they were safe.

Awesome get away place for the whole family.. The staff and manager was very friendly and eager pleased us with excellent customer service. I manager Lajoy was very professional and respectful of our time even when we didnt show the same in return. Will definitely return.

Went with our 2 year old, he had a great time. Only critique - some of the equipment built for my childs age were safest if we were with him, but we were told by the staff not to climb on the equipment with him....when helping him. Even outside of that, a lot of stuff to do.

Ive been to trampoline parks in 3 states, and this one seemed disorganized. The computer system was down, at least for the waiver forms (though you could fill it out online). We were told to just get the socks. Fortunately the folks are super friendly.

It was OK. I didnt like the fact they charged full price for me to jump with my 3yr old. Another place Ive been to only charges $4.99 for parents pass with a child that young. I will not be back.

Its a really nice place. Its clean and smells like that artificial grape smell when you first walk in, which is great because youd think the smell of feet would hit you as soon as you walk through the door. Decently priced and the kids had a blast. Unfortunately, we left our kids jackets covering our belongings and went to play with the kids and someone took my toddlers North Face jacket. It was chilly outside too so we had to wrap him in one of our coats and immediately buy him a new coat. I didnt even bother telling the staff because its posted everywhere Not responsible for lost items and its in the waiver you have to sign. It was just a real blower to see someone had stolen a childs coat. We havent been back since.

So much fun. We attended a birthday party here and the kids had a blast. There was something for all of them to do. There was even a separate section for the little kids to enjoy all by themselves. Its a little pricey as far as the party packages.

The staff are okay behind the desk floor officials could be nicer. Woman was jumping slow with her two year old and they betrayed her like she was some predator. If it’s against policy don’t take their money

First they would not honor there online deal of four for 45$. Then 3 rides are out of order. The manger on duty right now is very lazy and would not even try to work with the online deal. The only good thing is my kids had fun. Why is it stores and people have no honor anymore. We would have walked out if i had not promised my kids this trip. Very disappointing for a first time customer.

Employees walking around not helping customers. Waited in line for over 20 minutes while trying to get ice cream to cool down. Waited my hour. Didnt bother to fill the ice cream machine when the ice cream coolers was sitting right next to the machine.

Friendly staff and amazingly well organized and managed. This is the best trampoline park franchise Ive ever been to. Highly recommend for both birthday parties and walk-ins!

Went for the first time, and was not impressed. Its over priced. They have several things out of order and from what Ive been told have have been out of order for awhile now. Also, there were pits that should have had the foam blocks in them vs just the black matting. I realize a waiver is signed, but you are asking for people to get hurt. With the prices being paid, there should be better up keep of the facility.

My kids and I had a great time her, especially because it was not crowded at all!! We went on a summer weekday, maybe 6 other jumpers there. It has fun ninja course options as well as trampolines, nice layout. You can really do everything and be exhausted in an hour here, if it’s not crowded.

So sad the way Cecil an staff girl dont let me go to the bathroom because i dont have a wrist band insted to get me one, my kids were inside playing

Alot of the stuff they had here is really good. Stuff like the zipline,dodgeball,obstacle course,etc. I feel this is way better then that other place. Its the the zone of the sky

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So much fun for a great price! It is two dollars cheaper than sky zone! And the customer service was wonderful. Everyone was kind, one of the attendants even made up a few fun games for the kids to try and play to make the experience even more enjoyable! The Park was clean and welL maintained! We will definitely be back and maybe even do party’s in the future!

Took my youngest two children here for the first time the other day. We got lucky in the fact that it wasnt a particularly busy day so they allowed them free room of the whole trampoline park. But had it been busy they would have had to stay in the little kids section. If that had been the case I can honestly say this might not have been worth the money. However if your kids or you are over 46 in tall then I would say this is a pretty fair deal. if youre under 46 in tall, then it kind of depends on how busy they are and whos working and how strict they want to be

It has well maintained trampolines and offers fun for all ages. The staff were not easily identifiable. The bathrooms were a little messy.

My daughter always has a blast here but I could never give any higher than 2 stars. The guy behind the counter was not very friendly and the place is out right dirty. Theres stuff all over the floor the swings smell of vomit it doesnt look to have been vacuumed or wiped down in quite some time. The bathrooms had spit all over the floors that one member of our group unfortunately stepped in. All in all a fun afternoon out with the kids I just feel they could step it up a notch with their customer service and cleanliness.

Super fun place, and lots of stuff to do. Trampolines, basketball, ninja courses, dodgeball, and even a trampoline that leads to a foam pit. You can also bring little kids (under 46) and put them in Little Air, so they dont get hurt, and they can have just as much fun! Definitely recomend this place.

Josh was awesome! It was pretty empty and he noticed my child was bothered by the loud music and turned it down without us asking. Exemplary customer service, clean equipment, will be back!

Extremely expensive for just one hour, socks are overpriced, they separate siblings because of height, and really limit your ability to jump with your own children. For over $60 a family of 4 can spend their time so much better than this. What a let down.

I have a 7 year old and both of us had so much fun! In my opinion its better than the other option on our area. Its definitely closer.

More than just a trampoline park. There are climbing, nets, ninja warrior type obstacles, dodge ball and others. Very reasonable price.It gets crowded and there can be a wait to check in, but the kids will wait.There is an area for the younger children so less chance of accidents.

We had a bday party today (11/10/18). Over all it was great. It was Saturday afternoon and the park was crowded but we still had a great time. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as well.

Expensive but the kids had a blast. Bounced for 2 hours and that was a bit much even with all the activities they have. I’d recommend purchasing an hour to start. The sign in process is strange where you have to use a kiosk to sign waivers (and every adult on premise needs a waiver even if they aren’t jumping).

It is a ok place if you are local. It is not like the jump place in Columbia but will do for the kids to get some excercise.

The park itself was fun. The website lists Toddler Time (under 46 inches, access to full park) from 10 to noon. We waited in line at 10am among other parents with their toddlers who were told although the website says its toddler time, its not. The facility chose to inform customers at the register that their excited toddler would not be able to use the main jumping area. Pricing was also different sure to the day being open gym instead- a decision they made despite listed advertisement. The result was a building filled with frustrated parents and toddlers confused.There could have been a compromise or simply honor what is marketed.

Its a pretty fun place this was our first time ever coming here and for a birthday at that so we had one of the staff members that help you while the party is going on he was all out of sorts not really on top of everything but he was super nice and tried to help where he could for the most part I think it was just to many parties going on at one time witch is was probably 2 or 3 other parties going on at that time and there was still room for 1 or 2 more back there and there is only one big back room with tables witch is where the parties are held so not like some other places where you have your own room. But out on the floor the kids had so much fun and so many different areas with things to climb on swings unfortunately the zip line and the surf board were out of service so we didnt get to try them out and not alot of works out on the floors walking around keeping an eye on things. One more thing I just gota tell you there bathrooms if you go there and have to use the restroom put your shoes back on first it was so bad trash all over the floors no soap to wash your hands one sink was broken the toilet paper rolls were sitting on the backs of the toilets and not in every stall so all in all I would probably never have a birthday there or use there bathrooms again but maybe just for a quick visit let the kids jump around for an hr for that I would consider going back but nothing more and just because its closer to our house then any other trampoline park.

The kids loved it. There were many places to jump and even a pit to catch you if you fell.

Lots of fun variety. Staff is very friendly. Went for my nieces birthday party, but was a lot of fun as an adult. Grip stuff, small climbing walls, balance obstacles, and tramps are very fun variety.

The need to have space for younger kids. I attended with three 5yr olds, the jumping space for kids this size is extremely limited. I prefer other local trampoline spaces.

Had my sons bday party here. Great experience Kenny is a Great employee that went above and beyond. Wish he wasnt handling so much were he could have paid more attention to our party.. but I was understanding under the circumstances. Would have liked to seen more teamwork when I asked another employee abt our sodas they just put it on him. He was not available so it would have been nice to see the team member just step in without me asking can u just go and get it. But, I will book again and come just for the the hour or two.

We had so much fun here! It is reasonably priced and clean. Lots of separate areas for smaller kids and great obstacles for older kids!
