Dont get me wrong this park is pretty cute and perfect for small children to play and if you want to cool down on a hot Texas summer day I say its just okay because Im used to a bigger one with way more rides is all. I do wish the lazy River was bigger and if they had a little bit more tubes for people. But my daughter loved it and thats all that counts!!

Nice spot to take the kids. I havent been to many to compare. Ill prob be back again. Bring a cooler with your own drinks. I think its worth the 15 or 18 bucks compared to 5-10 drinks.

This place was so awesome!!! Perfect for social distancing!!! Prices was great, just in my opinion the food wasnt the best... so pay the extra $15 for the cooler fee and bring your grub & drinks. Theres plenty of space and things to do for all ages. Please make sure you have your mask and you will definitely need sun screen. Please be safe, have fun and be blessed

Employees are exceptional everytime me and my boys go to enjoy a relaxing couple of hours. They make sure to clean after guests leave their chairs or tables. If your unsure of anything I have had supervisors actually take the time to help me figure out what I needed to know. I enjoy going there just a simple day out that can be enjoyable.

Had so much fun. My 6 year old rode almost everything. Park was clean and the employees were nice

If you buy your ticket at the gate its 31.99 but if you get them online its just 19.99. We had a great time even though there was a rain delay, even has an area for the little ones, will definitely be going back!!

We bought season passes online and made ou first visit today. The water was cool & the sun was shining. The rides were are run quickly and smoothly. Everyone was pleasant and helpful... and it was NOT crowded! My kids had a blast. Only downfall was that they were out of the actual season pass cards to give us, so hopefully we wont have any trouble getting in next time.

As someone who has never even been to Texas before. Coming here was the Highlight of my trip. Ended up coming here twice during me 2 week trip. Would highly recommend. For a small water park there isnt a boring minute. Unless your stuck in line. Tuesdays are really busy and you will get suck in lines.

LAZY RIVER GAL forever. This is such a relaxing place. The have private cabins by the Lazy River and I absolutely love them. So much to do and plenty of stuff to snack and much on. We will be back next summer.

I wanted to thank Emma and Kelly, both managers there, for helping me out with the ticket I bought. Others need to follow their leads. They helped me out, were professional and set the example others should follow.Thank you for an awesome day at the park. I did buy the lunch there, and the burger, fries and drink were great.

Wonderful family friendly water park. A great variety of activities for all ages and fun to last all day! Extra precautions during covid and clean facilities. Weve been several times and have been very satisfied each time!

Kids love it. We have summer passes. 3 stars because the landscaping is not up kept, especially grassy areas where there are picnic tables. The water could also be cleaner from debris. In my opinion the park should add artificial turf to replace the grass and this would allow people to lay out, and add miniature golf holes around the perimeter to recoup the cost by renting putters for some extra fun. The fake turf would also keep most of the bugs away that keep ending up in the park and water. Lastly, I would suggest eating ice scream somewhere else. Two REALLY small cups for $15 and it took 10 minutes for the guy to scoop it out because it was frozen solid. The poor kid behind the counter kept apologizing. Other than that its a kid friendly park :)

No lines, great, friendly staff, clean. Food is pricey. Definitely be back!

We love going to Hawaiian Falls, it makes a great Family day and we enjoy the wave pool and lazy river.We like to bring our own food and drinks, so paying for the cooler pass has never been an issue.

Always so much fun and the staff is super helpful. My boys love it. We got season passes and a cooler pass which makes if free everytime we go. Dont have to bring a penny. They do have lots of yummy stuff to buy also if the boys earn a special treat.

We have been to the one in Roanoke so decided to try this location. Never again! Just trying to buy a ticket to get in was a nightmare! People yelling and cussing at each other while others cut in line. $15 is a bit much to drag your cooler in as well. Most of the kids here apparently are locals as they act like they are entitled to cut in line while you have to stand there for an extended amount of time. Most of the slides are total chaos as no one likes to comply with the rules. There is definitely a shortage of tubes for most of the activities except the wave pool. There is plenty of shade but beware there is alot of concrete and you cant wear water shoes on the slides so your feet get HOT!!!! Extremely limited parking and we arrived at 10:45. Prepare to walk!!! The positives are there is lots of shady spots and chairs. Some of the rides were open for a few hours and then shut down. Short staffed??? Regardless it was our first and last trip.

Waiting in line for 30 minutes passed opening. No one has come out to tell us what is going on. It’s cloudy but not rainy. The lady in line in front of me called the front desk and supposedly life guards were told to not come in based on the “clouds” so even if they wanted to open they can’t because they are not fully staffed. She was told there is no way the park will open before noon. People are leaving and are pretty mad especially those that drove for hours to get here like us. Wow, not cool Hawaiian Falls!!

Smaller than some water parks, but it was an excellent value and way less crowded. Perfect for our family of five!

Appears to be a lot of helpers. All courteous. Admission, food and drinks are expensive.

A fun place to bring the kids, has a little bit of everything, good food and drinks a little pricey but thats to be expected. Overall great place!

Great place to take the fam for a couple hours, get wet, ride some fun water slides, lazy pool, wave pool and actually a great menu for snack time at Sharkeys! Customer service was great!

My family and i enjoyed the waterpark. Social distancing is a little difficult for the kiddos in the kid side, but we had a great time!

Had a great time. My Grandson was on the go for 3 hours. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Wow this water park of awesome. There was something for all ages. We didnt rent a cabana but I would suggest doing so if you can afford it its kinda pricey. Also I would suggest bring your own food Id youll be there more the 6 hours. We spent 5 hours and didnt even realize it. The kid areas were really nice, my 4 year old loved it. My 3 year and husband loved the wave pool. We will visit again.

The food is OUTSTANDING! I was very pleased with the water temperature as well. If you are looking for a good water park come here!

We all had a blast! Bring a cooler and a blanket. Its worth the price. We are looking forward to another visit before summer is over.

Love this place its huge and so much fun for everyone! There is something for every age and level of swimming

Lifeguards were attentive! A lifeguard checked on me while I was lying face down on the shore which i have never had happen at other pools. They were careful about keeping life jacket kids behind the red line in wave pool. Saw the EMT tend someone having a medical issue. I was impressed at the safety measures and attention to safety. Social distancing was pretty minimal, but it is an outdoors pool, so this is very standard for most businesses of this sort. The pina colada at the snack stand was fantastic! Several rides opened only during my the last 2-3 hours of the day, like the half pipe and drop-out extreme slide. Would have been nice if they were open longer, but with covid, I was just glad they opened all the rides. Loved this family friendly fun time. Keep up the safety.

We have been going here for years it is great every time!

It was super fun!! I went with my bestfriend and we ran around and had fun for hours. We begged for more time after it was done. Slides are sturdy and trustworthy. The life guards are freindly and helpful. love it!

I love Hawaiian falls but it’s dumb that u need a mask just to walk in the place. And I’m not saying don’t wear masks, but come on just to walk in!

Wonderful time with the family. Spread out area, not too crowded.

I will definitely go back. Had a great time.

It was good. Just remember the lockers to put your stuff in only take cash. We were stuck carrying our back pack all day.

Had a great time on the last day. Be mindful of small children in the wave pool. The only reason that Im not giving them 5 stars is because they dont have enough guards in between posts.

So much fun. I love that the lines for rides are never really long but if the happen to get long they move fast. I do have one complaint tho. I was disappointed that 3 rides and the wave pool were closed. Thats why I rated it 3 stars only. My favorite thing is the wave pool.

A fun, thrilling experience for the whole family. You can go calm with the Pineapple Express are you going to get crazy with the Tiki Takeout.

Great place for kids and families in summer. It’s small but fun. I do think they’re a little too controlling about some things (like the lily pad lines) and could stand to relax, but I’m sure someone long the way ruined it for everyone. And my kids love it, so we keep coming back.But the food sucks. Terrible selection. Luckily, you can bring in your own cooler (for a fee).

I would say, it was quite small for a water park. There was maybe 6 rides, that weren’t very high thrill. Plus the lockers were so pricy, it cost 10 dollars just for one! Let’s just say I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

A great family place

We went for the wags and waves day. It was well put together and everyone super friendly. Unfortunately it got rained out, so we never got a chance to swim with the pups.

I went here a few times with my older sister. The lines are pretty short if you get there when it opens. They have quite a few rides, plus a lazy river and kid areas (which i was using cause i was to small for anything else)but i would consider bringing your own food or eating before you go in.

Awesome water park. Its not too big, not to small. It has a lazy river, wave pool, slides and many cabanas. I loved having the main features of a full water park, but on a much smaller scale. Staff was plentiful, pleasant, and attentive.

Great childrens park! Not for adults.

Pricey for the experience/value recieved imo.

Fell down pretty hard on my right arm and my toenail came off. The manager saw me she walk away from me while talking on her walkie the employee didn’t do their job by clearing the wet mats out of the way from the exit and this was my first time there. They declined to pay my doctor bills. They said I fell because I was tired. What goes around comes around. People be careful don’t step on those wet mats.

Was a very fun place, but when I got home I discovered that I got a rash from the water I don’t know how it spread but I will be seeing the doctor tomorrow.

Good for family mini trip and great place for the summer

Great family water park. They have plenty of areas with shade for those who prefer to stay out of the first sun. They also have lots of lounge chairs for sun lovers! Several options for slides, wave pool, lazy river. 2 dedicated kids areas for younger kids. Handicap accessible, not a lot of handicap parking... Just the bare minimum. They allow coolers which is a plus. Staff was courteous, what you would expect for summer jobs. Cost was good for what you get. Bathrooms were clean. Good option for a family fun day.

Nice family water park, would enjoy it more if you can get in when not too crowded. Once all the kids take over better to just keep away.

I highly recommend renting a cabana if you have a group of 5 or more. There isnt a lot of shade around.How about putting some healthy food on the menu? Veggies and dip, apples, simple foods... It doesnt have to be fancy.

Great family fun

This place is super lame for the price you pay. Half of the slides were shut down due to maintenance. I cut my foot on the bottom of the pool where the texture peeled up and stabbed me. The metal jungle gym area is super slick and dangerous and the big slide has seams that hurt your back so bad that no one was even in line to ride it. Not coming back to this park.

We have been here with the city passes and enjoy the day to the core . There are rides for all the ages and each ride is thrilling . Staff are so helpful and do the security . Definitely worth visiting for a day and in a city like Dallas I should say a best way to relax yourself . This is the bast place to go in the city pass . One thing that can make experience better is the food, I didn’t find many options for food . The ones which are available had long queues . Worth adding more stalls

Great place, inexpensive, have lockers to store ur items but to expensive. Area is pretty clean bathrooms clean. Food is outrageous so well worth it to pay the 10.00$ for the cooler to bring your own food!

Its a big park bt the pricing is way to high for adults considering we arent really the ones super swimming .. And getting on rides. Lazy river dont count .. The food reasonable i guess. I prepared our own food.. Lots of places to sit that are covered... different swimming areas unlike most family water parks it was cool for the price and it was hottttt today for it being the 1st part of summer break.. Lots of caterpillars in some areas . ramps for stroller or wheelchair guest, not many floats for lazy river,cooler charge 15$.free parking is ok depending on the time of arrival. Music selection also in need of update at one point I thought I was stuck in the lone ranger sitcom.. Need more life jackets..

Really nice water park but watch your account if using debit card. I got double charged at one of the food stands and did not notice it until I returned home and had no idea who to contact to fix it.

The rides an everything else was wonderful but the thing that made me take a star off was the concrete. It was so hot it gave me burns on my feet which caused blistering and the peeling of skin. Otherwise its great water park!

Not to big a lot for smaller kids to have fun with

This park brings so manny wonderful people together... and it may even be an archeological site... I found lots of fossils and would love to share them with the would!
