This is a great trampoline park with plenty of variety including obstacle warrior courses, tube tunnels, basketball and more. My kids love it and its a great place to wear them out.

This dad was dealing with a 1st time visit, after a 30 minute drive under a court ordered 2 hour visit tops .. with his kiddos.Its stressful enough to mask the unusual parameters of a controlling ex partner & do your best to not make it appear youre bothered by anything. I love my kids more than anything .. & I do what I can to play the hand dealt to me. Patience will always be king.In any event .. THANK YOU so much for our 40 minutes of fun for them to enjoy. I really appreciate your help in making that happen. We will be back most definitely because of YOU for me .. but also because your place is a mix of trampoline & jungle gym arcade.They loved it !! Took my niece yesterday and I get parents sign a waiver but safety isnt really cared about it seems. There was only one person actually monitoring to make sure nobody got jumped on or hurt. There were kids just diving into the foam pit that is under the joust, there was girls laying on the trampoline, and finally there was a dodgeball game going on with older kids and some adults and little kids just ran onto it and they had to stop playing. There needs to be someone making sure that kids are using the age appropriate areas so everyone can have fun

Great staff and fun exciting place. Wonderful for all ages. My daughter and I always have a blast! Great hours too. Been on Saturday night with glow lighting. It wasnt intimidating whatsoever or crowded ( huge palace and truly is adventuresome!);my 2 1/2 yr old and I fit right in. All ages!!! Love this place!

No one was at the front desk to help, but I heard people in the office with three door open sitting there joking around. The por guy cleaning the windows had to stop to help the growing line. No almost no one was watching the different areas and monitoring the children. Thats why even though I live in Garland, Ill drive an hour to go to the North Ft. Worth facility. We were there only for a birthday party. Never again...

My family visits this place on a regular basis. There a lot of activities for kids of all ages. It is great for kids to get their excess energy out!! This is a place for great family fun. On my latest visit my family interacted with Party Host Casey. She was very helpful with our groups needs. Thank you Casey!!

We have been going to this Urban Air once a week for the last 4-6 weeks. There is no supervision. The kids working who are dressed like slobs just hang out listing to their ear buds and not supervising. Went again tonight, and there was even a fight in the dodge ball arena between two high school boys. My husband and another patron had to break it up because there was no employees anywhere to be found! The supervision has been horrible the past 4 times. There is trash everywhere. Empty bottles and cans on the trampolines along with spilled drinks. We will never go to this Urban Air again. Raise your standards management!

Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, and HUGE. There is a little designated kids area now. My kid LOVED it. (Hoping the place using chemical free clearners, but hey it’s a great place)

Workers were friendly. The place was very clean and when we went, we were the only ones there basically so I didn’t have to worry about my 4 and 6 year old being trampled which was good! They have a little cafe which was closed and the candy area is way over priced. I love that they have many areas though! Lots of options for the kids! Got a deal on Groupon which is what landed me at this location.

Very disappointed with my experience and purchase at this location. I spent $300 on the Deluxe birthday package for my son, not realizing I was only paying to be continually pushed out by the disrespectful and dishonest “party host”. It was very apparent that nothing was together or organized when we arrived, but after her persistence in ending the party early, I just had enough.Not only was it embarrassing for my guest, but it was pointless/draining doing the service I was paying $300 for all along... Huge waste of time and money, and I don’t recommend to anyone.

Great time with the family on a Sunday morning! We were only planning to let the little one jump but after 5 minutes, us parents decided to join in on the fun! Definitely recommend this place for all ages! The staff throughout was great!

Lots of activities and fun things for kids to do. The concessions stand was woefully undermanned. There was only one person working it on a Saturday afternoon. The line took FOREVER!!!

Went with some friends so our kids could play together. Our kids were 4, 6, and 7 and they had a blast! Some things were above their level, but they loved the jousting beam the best. Sure, they would have gotten more out of it if they were 10 years older, but it was the highlight of their week!

Janelle the manager was super nice and showed us the process as it was our first time here. Toddler gets to go in at a discounted rate for 2 or so hours. Adults get to go in at $5. You must use their socks (for purchase) or go barefoot. The facility was very clean and did not smell. The court monitors are nice. My son had a blast first time here. We will definitely be back!

Not for toddler or small children! They don’t have designated area for toddler and a older teenager ran over my for 4 year old girl. And then a hug man hit my 3 year old with a ball on the face. We didn’t even last 30 minutes because my kids where scared. Paid 20 dollars for my kids to ha e fun but not coming back ever! And the place look way smaller when you get there. Jumping world is waaaay better!

We celebrated my sons 8th Birthday at Urban Air, and it was the perfect place to take 5 boys. This is our 1st time here and the staff has been amazing!

I gave it a 3 as an older adult. If I was a kid, it would get a 5! I went for my grandsons birthday party. It is very noisy, kids running around unaware of other people. Theres a lot to do for kids! Great place for kids parties.

I visited this location for the first time with my granddaughter and her daughter as it was her third birthday. The young man (DJ) that was our host was very polite as well as attentive to their needs. He made sure that everyone that attended had a wonderful time.

Ive been coming to Urban air for almost 3 years now. Its a Great place for my 5 year old to jump around and let her energy out plus adults only have to pay $4.99! I especially love how spacious and big the trampoline area is. The jungle gym is a definite plus! Always a good time at Urban air.

My third time at this location and I love it. My daughter enjoys being able to run and play with her friends while practicing some of her gymnastics skills on the trampoline. Also gives the parents time to relax while they play as well as tires out the kids!!! Cant beat that.

This place is great for kids! We took my nieces and nephew, ages 5&1, and they loved all the obstacle courses and dodge ball! All the activities are fun and the staff is very nice. The manager Janelle was very polite and helped us from the moment we walked in, she even let my niece have her hair tie because she lost hers!! Great place, we will be back again

The kids love to run around and jump on the trampolines. They also have a mini ninja course that my daughter loves to do, along with an area to jump off the trampoline into an inflatable, dodge ball courses and a playground to climb through. They also have massage chairs that you can pay to get a massage. Overall a great place for everyone.

This place is filthy and not maintained. It’s so close to my house and daughter loves it. But it’s not maintained and clean. Poor management. No dedicated cleaning crew to keep it clean and safe for the kids. Pitiful really. These are our communities’ kids play places and this establishment chooses to not keep it clean and safe for our kids.

I have been to the Rockwall location and this one and I definitely prefer this one over Rockwall because it just has more. It has a indoor play place, a mini arcade, an obstacle course kind of like American Ninja Warrior for the kids. We visited for Spring Break in March and the kids had a great time.

Janelle the manager is great! She made sure we were having a great time and made sure we had everything we needed. The front desk girl was so sweet and helped us with waivers and getting the best deal. Employees were constantly cleaning and making sure we were safe! We even got some cute stickers!

Today is Good Friday and the kids have no school. So we came to let the kids have a little wild time. Anna was a big help in explaining the way the memberships worked. The kids love this place and all the different thing the provide.

Ok...however this place violates the American Disabilities Act due to no elevator or handicap access (grandparents love their grandkids birthdays). Those steps are steep & no Restroom on second floor. Restroom had broken stalls; sink on right broken & no paper towels.

This is a wonderful place to bring my grandsons to play and let go!!! I have 4 grandsons I bought them memberships & they absolutely love it here! Indoors in Texas summer heat a great place to hang out in the air conditioning!

Fun place... they lost 2 stars cause all 3 of their bathrooms (Men, women & family) were out of service and I had to take my 5 year old to the subways nasty bathroom...

The Garland location was clean and friendly. U took my son and niece on a Wednesday and they had so much fun. When my niece bumped her head the manager was caring and compassionate ready to assist.

Came here on a school holiday and it was packed but better managed than normal days. A couple of housekeeping complaints, but overall good. The kids always have a blast.The jungle gym needs some upkeep and better lighting and the bathrooms need cleaning. All in all not horrible for a kids joint.

This is a great place. My kids love the kid play area and the trampolines. They have tried the ninja warrior course, but at 3 and 5 its a little too much for them. I would highly recommend.

Just glad they had the massage chairs here while I waited. Got to wait and relax in the middle of all the loud fun the kids were having. Janelle was very accommodating and made the experience so much better for all of us. We will be back soon!

My boys party was July 24th my kids enjoyed the party they had an amazing time we only stay there 2 hours and believe me 2 hours is not enough time to celebrate and is also very expensive. So i recommend go jump and then go somewhere else to eat or go back to the house and cut the cake. We had a host her name is Ana omg she is amazing i 100% recommend her. I had a few changes in my party since a few people did not show up and she did the changes with no difficulty at all. She was extremely helpful. She had everything organized and things on time. She even cut the cake for us she cut the cake in big portions so we can take it home for each family. Then she recorded the happy birthday song and she help me took pictures with out asking her for help. Like in the website says stress free ️that was true thanks to Ana. One more thing my food was on time and we all loved the pizza!!

Had the best experience at Urban Air. John was exceptional to both our group as well as other customers he attended to. The staff who oversaw the facility were a direct reflection of the manager onsite, Janelle. Awesome staff, awesome facility, awesome time and experience!

Urban Air in Garland is a wonderful place to take your kids to get them off of their devices and get them jumping, moving, climbing and having fun! It’s clean and has a great layout - so much fun for all of my kids, ages 12, 9, and 6. We come here as often as possible - it’s always a top pick for my kids! :)

Second worst experience with Urban Air in the name of Customer service. I ordered slice if cheese pizza and after waiting 12 min for that they gave me pepperoni pizza slice. I told them to switch with cheese pizza and then service attendant Ms.Deara told me without saying sorry that it will take another 20 min. I said if they didnt have cheese pizza at the first place they should have told me in the first place. And to my shock, when i shared my concerned about previous Urban Air experience, she just laughed on my face. And again she even never said sorry for what happened. When i took this issue to front and Ms.Deara was called by her supervisor and asked what happened, she lied and said she didnt laughed on my face. This is the last time i should come to Urban Air franchise.Also, i should not point but what i saw something else too.They were food area staff was playing on handpushed wheelchair. Guy was seating in the wheelchair and other girl staff member was in his lap and other staff member was pushing them with cold drink in her lap.I shouldnt care this, but this is not acceptable either.Make sure your self with staff about food before you pay for it.

I have four kids and we love coming to urban air Garland to blow off some steam minus the Texas sun dehydration! The facility is well maintained and kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. My teen loves the snacks which are reasonably priced. The manager Joyce is also friendly and helpful!

We just had Harrisons 6th birthday party here.These people are beyond great!They changed rooms for us because of one of our guests, accommodated every request, were flexible and made it a great experience.The Manager at this location, Firewheel, is named Janelle and she was personable and friendly. Her staff was always smiling and happy. Our party host was as good as you can ask for too. A++++

We had the best birthday for my 10 year old son today. The front desk was smiling as we walked in, the employees watching the kids throughout the park were super friendly and very attentive. Our party hostess, Keidy, never left my side. She stayed ahead of our party and took care of every single detail, down to the party candles I forgot. If you want the best place in Garland to celebrate a party, please do so at Urban Air. Adam and Chelsea were the managers on duty and they were over the top!

My daughter loves this place and we bought a year pass for the spring break sale because we now come a few times a month. Anna was the best! So nice and helpful!

There will be 1 person (possibly 2) checking people in. With lines out the door. It takes 5 to ten minutes to check in each group. Mostly because the people working check in dont really know what they are doing. Plan to spend minimum 30-40 minutes just trying to get in. Once youre in, especially if you have smaller kids, stay with them. Areas that are supposed to be supervised wont be. So youll always have kids (not their fault, theyre kids after all) whos parents are not near and are doing really dangerous stuff, for themselves and the kids around them. And the people who are supposed to be supervising wont be in their spot, and if, big if, you can find someone and ask them to come help, they generally just stand around staring into space while kids get hurt. Its sad, because the kids really love this place. Other locations are better. But this location seems seriously understaffed, and the ones that are there dont really care about their job. Its been this way here for at least 2 years that I know of, so I dont have a lot of faith in it changing.
