Great Wines and friendly people. This winery is so good. The location is amazing as well as their wines. Carrie and Earl, the winemakers, know what they are doing. This winery is located by a few other wineries so it makes a fun wine tasting day.

As if procured from the legendary Icelandic mjólkurvatn springs themselves, this was undoubtedly the best aquatic experience of my trip, and its only my first day! Smooth entry to a bold finish that tickled the sinuses, the Telaya wine was a treat, but the water was dessert. 12/10 would hydrate.

Beautiful setting by the river with outside seating. Kelly was our server and she was very helpful and nice! Only bummer was they are not doing wine tastings, just buy by the bottle.

Having been coming here about as long as Telaya has been open here its absolutely the best place alone the greenbelt for wine and great conversation. The staff has always been the best.

Nothing better than sitting on Telayas patio (socially distanced, if course) sipping a glass of their delicious wine and watching the river.

Ill be honest with you, Im not a wine guy, but I love literally everything about this place. (1) Even for a guy who doesnt love wine, their stuff is outstanding. (2) The people who run it are OUTSTANDING. Theyre a couple of scientists who moved to Idaho after giving up really successful careers to do what they love and give their kids a childhood that included following your pipe dreams and working with your hands. Whats not to love about that? (3) Arguably most importantly, having a drink on the back patio in the last lazy hours of a summer day, with the background babble of the river and chatter of people who know how good they have it at that moment, surrounded by good friends and drinking vino even a wine-sceptic can love, there is no better more comfortable environment in Boise. Hats off to the folks at Telaya.

What a wonderful place that made our day on a beautiful fall weekend walk.The welcoming fire and heaters on the cozy yet spacious patio were an irresistible magnet drawing us in for an equally warm welcome by some of the nicest people ever. Loved the wines, hospitality, and the ambiance. A must stop and linger place for those seeking great wine and great service.

Went here today for the first time with my girlfriend, and honestly, I was a bit underwhelmed with their wines. Not to say they were bad, but they werent something I would recommend if someone was going to get one at the grocery store.But would I recommend going here, yes. Like I said, the wines were decent, just not amazing. What makes this place for me, and why Id recommend it, is the excellent staff and the wonderful location. The staff was super nice and helpful, and great to talk with. Then we sat outside, on an excellent patio, alongside the greenbelt, sipping wines together. It was a great experience and I will definately be back.

Visited for the first time this week and was impressed by how friendly the staff was. We ended up getting a tasting flight, which was a great way for us to try some new wines. The patio is lovely for the summer. I do wish Telaya was open later because it would definitely become an after-dinner treat for us! It closes so early most days!

I went to Telaya for the first time and the whole vibe was awesome. But, Aly and Kelly were my favorite part. The wine was fantastic and the location was dazzling. However, they took the cake. I am not great at math, but I know that great people and delicious wine= fun times!!Cheers!!

We visit a lot of wineries all over the US, and there are few if any where the hospitality, venue, spirit and wine making skill are ALL five stars. And its right here in our home town!

Friend brought us here after lunch at the Stagecoach Inn nearby. Nice building and view for some wine tasting especially on a sunny day. Wine was decent with Petite Verdoh being a standout. Reasonably priced also.

Heather is the best! The wine at Telaya is excellent!! And the setting makes you feel like youre on vacation!

The wine is delicious, the service is amazing and the view is beautiful!! David gave us great service - even when it got busy he still was right there and made sure we had everything we needed. And did I mention how good the wine was?!

This our first visit. The wife and our puppies had a great time. Definitely will be going back.The staff was amazing. We were there in the late afternoon and it started to get chilly. But no problem the staff walked around handing out blankets and fired out the patio heaters.Oh and the wine was delicious.

Super friendly and helpful staff and superb wine at an affordable price. Went there and tried a flight of their reds, bought a bottle of their turas which Ive never tried before and was blown away. I then took a walk on the green belt. Would love to visit again!

David gave a wonderful introduction to the regional wines. He was beyond knowledge and super tourist friendly. The white wine with bazooka bubble gum notes was my favorite. Highly recommend!

I was passing through on my way to Washington from Arizona and goodled a place to pull over and stretch my legs. I was lucky enough to find this place. Maddie and Emilie where so kind and courteous during the wine tasting and then I went on the patio to enjoy the view with my dogs with some wine to enjoy. The wine, the view and the staff are all exceptional.

Go to place on the green belt for a fantastic glass of wine. Lovely patio on the river. Dog friendly. Great service. Felt very welcomed.

Enjoyed my first visit very much. Had a glass of the Syrah, very nice, opened up beautifully, quite leggy. Service and conversation with Heather was very enjoyable. I reserve that fifth star for my upcoming tastings. I will be back.

A friend and I were looking for places to go and stumbled upon this place and we immediately fell in love. The place was very clean and the set up was perfect. You can choose to sit inside or outside on the patio next to a gorgeous firepit. The wine is absolutely delicious. If you live in Boise and love wine, I highly suggest you become a member of their wine club. If youre visiting, please take some time out of your day and enjoy this beautiful place.

Telaya has fantastic wines and their new Tasting Room is wonderful. They offer so many fun events throughout the year. I have been a wine club member for several years now. They have also hosted some parties for me over the last few years and always do a wonderful job. Carrie and Earl are great people and we have enjoyed getting to know them and their team. Definitely stop by their new Tasting Room and check it out. You will be impressed.

Great little winery in Garden City! Love it!

Stumbled upon this Winery when actually attempting to walk the Greenbelt on Boise River when it was too hot in the day. Participated in the wine tasting, learned about their wine making process and got some great sightseeing tips. Atmosphere was fabulous and the staff were very personable.

We came across this winery when riding on the greenbelt. We were unprepared to lock up the bikes but decided we wanted to grab a glass of wine. We asked about sitting outside to keep an eye on the bikes. We were informed that of corse we could do that but were also offered locks to borrow to lock up the bikes! (So prepared for green belt problems!) While trying to decide what to get the staff was so friendly, we informed them we had gotten married the day before and they even gifted us a little treat! We grabbed a seat near the window to people watch the greenbelt (that never disappoints!) and quickly learned not only was this a great spot, friendly people, and a great atmosphere but that the wine was delicious too! We will be back and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Delicious petit verdot. Lovely blend called Turas. Very nice, peaceful patio area to enjoy a glass. Talked to owner for a while. He was very knowledgeable about viticulture and gave good advice on questions about personal vine planting.

The was wine was good, the Cabernet was excellent. The service and atmosphere was wonderful.

Great wine selections offered by them, they have an outstanding staff on hand to assist you with their wine selections. The bonus for them is that they are located off the Green Belt facing the Boise River with great views, so you can just ride your bike to them, along with burning some calories off on the way back home, kudos for that.
