The best movie theate around. Its a very enjoyable moviel experience. The food is.restaurant quality, the staff is professional and the seats are great. I was only able to go there 3 times before the shut down and I miss it.

If you like dinner and a movie, this is the place for you! The theater is beautiful, stylish and feels luxurious. Unlike a similar competitor, they do not hike up the basic movie ticket price so you can afford to actually enjoy a meal. They have 3 types of popcorn (caramel is my favorite - mix with cheddar!), the food and drink selection is diverse and really good too. The mozz sticks & texas burger are my faves. It makes for a reasonably-priced date night!

Nice theater and clean. Service lacked big time, however. They took over an hour to get me my drink order. It was the only thing I ordered. Before I ordered, I asked if they had copper cups for their mules and not glass, and I was assured they come in metal cups. It makes a difference. Well, after calling the server TWICE asking for my drink, they came with my drink in a glass. Sigh. Mood killer.Before you judge me for what you may seem a small complaint, I wanted to relay my experience to others as a heads up if youre anything like me and expect more attention to detail and care for service from an establishment that identifies as luxury. They may need to reevaluate that claim. Sound quality for the movie couldve been better. Everything else (bathrooms, movie, lobby, seating) was satisfactory. Didnt order food, perhaps thankfully.

Today was my second trip to this theater and it certainly will not be the last. The first few months of operation here must be going well, because the entire visit was impressive. Manager Brenda and the other staff members are helpful and welcoming; plenty of free parking is outside; great food & drink specials are offered (M. - Th.) in the late afternoon; the facility is clean, comfortable, and quiet; each ticket for a show on Tuesday is only $8 + tax... Even the popcorn tastes nice. Go to Cinépolis and thank me later.

We just visited this new movie teather to see the movie Joker, which was awesome by the way, and it was amazing! I really hope they make it here, since not many businesses do well in Kentlands.Everything looks great and has a rich, luxurious feel. The recliners are very comfy and the food was super. They have a huge menu. Go visit!

Theatre is beautiful. The seats were comfortable and the food was good. The service was a little poor. We had to ask on four different occasions for the drinks that we order because they never showed up after we finished our food. Overall a nice experience. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Bets theater ever. I just went in there, bought tickets on this machine, and then went into the theate to watch star wars (before covid-19), You should go there when you can.

Very nice set up. The bar is nice, the theater set up is terrific, the chairs very comfortable. Staff was all very friendly and service oriented. I had the chicken sandwich it was excellent. My wife had the burger not so good. For whatever reason they insist on cooking the burger well done which basically ruins it, a real shame. That was the only down side. A bit pricey, a beer and a cocktail was $17 before tip. The burger, chicken sandwich and one small glass of wine was $41 before tip. The movie ticket prices were fair and on par with theaters that are not so nice.

Went to a soft opening today to view Hustlers and had an enjoyable experience. You can select your seating, recline and enjoy service from the hospitable servers. Not sure what the tickets will be priced at once this opens; Im sure theyll be comparable to ipix but worth every dime.

I’m not sure how the complaints are warranted this is the nicest theater I’ve ever been in and customer service is world class. Yes they serve food during the showing. That’s their business model. Don’t complain about a water park if you hate water. That out of the way... it’s an incredible theater and not crowded at all YET so go now! Pricing is way less than it should be. Food is good, flatbreads were okay but to be fair I’ve never been wowed by theater fare.

Friendly staff, tasty bites, drinks were pretty good though, they could be a touch stronger. Service was prompt. Of course, everything has movie theater pricing, so theres that. Intimate theaters, comfortable seating, easy ticketing and good, not great, sound. A premium theater experience but I want the audio to be more immersive. That said, Ill be back many more times.

Movie theater is great, super comfortable seats and food was good. Service could be better though, the woman taking our order could have been friendlier, but the whole time she was acting like it was a bother to take our food order and when she came back to give my credit card she wouldnt go up the last step to hand it to me instead I had to reach over almost had to get up from my seat to grab it. Other than that my kids and I enjoyed the movie and food, excellent movie theater!

The theater is very nice and clean! There seemed to be a lot of people working there and everyone was very nice, except one waitress was pretty loud while taking orders even once the movie had started, while the other staff were kneeling down/whispering to be courteous. Had to send a gin and tonic back for the tonic being flat but that happens lots of places. Will definitely be back!

The service and the ambience are perfect! And the reclining seats are the best in the area. Why 2 stars? It is because the accent/safety lights are too bright and it ruins the almost perfect screen. The lights reflect off the screen and during dark scenes, it is hard to see what is going on the screen. I hope this gets fixed.

Amazing place to go and see a movie! Very comfortable seats and you can get food and drinks served at your seat before or throughout the show. Not expensive.

Good potential but a lot of bugs to work out.Ambient light washes out half the screen during darker movie scenes, surprised at that design flaw.Food was mediocre. Loaded nachos were cold and could use more cheese. Chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. Cookies and cream milk shake was more like flavored milk. My Angus sliders were decent but came as my family was finishing their food. Was told due to the long delay there would be no charge but they did charge for it anyway. Didnt feel like finding someone to dispute that charge. The beer I ordered with my sliders took even longer than the sliders to arrive. Draft beer is on the menu but not available yet.Other than the light washing out the movie screen at times it is a nice theater but they definitely need to work out the links. I will try it again in a few months but if I dont see substantial improvement I am done.

The place is nice and upscale but the hot dog wasnt good...the bread was soggy and the girl promises me a refill after I gave her a tip. She said just hit the button well guy came and said no refills. My sis told the concierge she wants to make a second order for popcorn and they never came back. But the movie was a good and overall nice looking place

New and up to date theater with call service to your seats. The food was okay and reasonably priced. I liked it very much, this is my new favorite spot

This reincarnation of the theaters in Kentlands is very nice. The theaters are small and the seats are large and ultra comfy. You can literally lie back with your feet up. You can order food,and drink by pressing a call button in the arm rest. This button is easy to press accidentally and impedes fully relaxing ones whole arm on the arm rest. I found myself very aware if it. Having people come round taking and delivering orders can be distracting once the main event has started.

This is my favorite cinema in the area. Super clean and organized. Seats and food are great. This is a Mexican company. The perfection es the concept of Dine in Cinema. Congrats to the owner and Managers

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful new theater. It was a tad cold for my husband and I when we were first greeted by our kind, and apologetic waitress. Her name slips my mind but it was a drink, so my husband recalled. We were unsure of what to expect upon coming but we took a chance anyways. The menu was a tad pricey but clean restrooms, respectful and polite service at the bar as well as our seats. The fast turn around time on our food outweighed the negative (the cold). Customer service should always be number one and I’m appreciative of the service we experienced while in your establishment.

The theater itself is beautiful and the seats are the Nike Air of comfortable seating. That said, order a hamburger instead of popcorn, as food service is the business model for this luxury movie chain. This is really a restaurant and bar that shows movies; a dinner and show with emphasis on dinner and drinks. Popcorn cannot be purchased at a concession stand piping hot. You have to wait to be seated and order it from a server who will bring it you practically cold and the entire process can take 20 min. If not longer. This is not a typical movie watching and popcorn eating experience. It is intended to be a dinner and a show experience. The service was good, but as other reviewers stated, it is non stop throughout the show.

Im in love with this theater! I do wish they had 35mm or IMAX options, I havent yet tried their food, but other than that it is cinema perfection.

I love the fact that I could order my drinks right in the comfort of my seat. The set up is quite elegant for a movie theater. It also gives you thats nice home theater feeling. Do not go there by yourself, you will enjoy it more with friends, family or loved ones.

Ticket prices are a little higher than other theaters, but the beverage and food prices are more reasonable. The theaters themselves are very nice. The seats are more comfortable, they recline more, and youre not stacked on top of each other.

It has very comfortable seating, and allows food and drink (including alcoholic beverages) to be ordered. Hopefully everyone will order before the movie starts as otherwise servers will have to walk in front of viewers to deliver the food, but it is only a minor inconvenience. Another inconvenience is that the people here that decide to eat dinner here (aka order hamburger etc) are usually very noisy, but that is just a standard problem with movie theaters. Despite all this, it is the most luxurious cinema I have ever visited.

The theater is really fancy/nice and the seats are super comfortable. Last time we went, which was about a month ago, they still didnt have their liquor license. So no happy hour for us. Additionally, Ive tried a few of their food entrees and have been consistently disappointed. Service was really bad when it first opened, but most of that has been ironed out. The last time I went, our food came very quickly. Despite the mediocre food, and no alcoholic drinks, we still go to Cinepolis, but we just make sure to eat dinner somewhere else first.

Great employees and excellent theatre but I went to see a movie and I heard another movie playing in the background through the walls the entire time. Ford vs Ferrari “sounded” really good!

The Cinepolis Luxury theater definitely feels very luxurious. Everything is modern, new, clean, well designed and super comfortable. They literally just opened this week, so the dine in experience is not well polished yet. But once the ushers and servers get more experience, I can see this as a very nice place for a upscale date night.

Beautiful facility. Food is quite good. Lots of waiters but sometimes they seem confused on where to deliver the food. Could not get app to work for ordering. Really love this theater though!

AMC who?! This theater is perfect for date nights! A little disappointed that there isnt an age limit, since part of the reason we were excited were the hopes of not having to deal with teenage drop-offs, but the theater is so small that it hasnt been too much of an issue yet. The cinema is relatively new, as are the staff, so it can feel like they dont know what theyre doing at times, but I expect that to just be growing pains. The food and drink selection is solid and the convenience of placing your order before you get to the theater is also great. The one pain I have is that the waiters bring out copies of the receipts towards the end of the movie, which I get, but I think the timing could be a little bit better. If theater food isnt your thing, there are a ton of restaurants you can stop by before or after your movie in the surrounding area.

Awesome movie theater!!! Never heard of this place if it wasnt for my wife!! Brenda helped us during our time there and she was awesome man!!! The food was good. I got the wings!! Loads of flavor and the cheetos popcorn is the truth!!!

Went here twice with my girlfriend and the first time we ordered a milkshake and it took 20 minutes to finally get to us. We requested a refund, they gave us two free movie tickets instead. We returned back to use our free tickets and saw a late night show and the theatre was trashed and had not been cleaned from the previous showing. We let them know and the movie was about to start as they were still cleaning, they said sorry guys. Finally we sat down and were greeted by an unfriendly employee with a rude demeanor to take our order at our seats. We attempted to order and were told they were out of what we wanted two different items very rudely. we will not be going back here again!! highly do not recommend. only reason it gets one star is because i cant give it 0.

Very pricey for the limited amount of choices you get and the quality of the food was meeh aka just okay. The seats were very comfortable but it was really cold. I wish the seats blew heat or something lol. Nice experience but I would not go again. I was told IPic is way better....we shall see!!

I don’t live close to this theater, however I work in Montgomery co & had heard about the “luxury” Cinépolis. I thought for Valentines Day I’d take the extra drive to try the new theater out. Maybe my expectations where to high because I wasn’t impressed. When I first walked in it was unclear on where to go. I tried put my reservation number on tickets in kiosk and it said technical issues see associate so I waited in line several min with my online pre bought tickets thinking they had to be seen or scanned. The worker was simply having a conversation with the ppl in front of me while I stand in line waiting. A gentleman finally came up to me asking if needed help & informed me I didn’t need wait in line or have ticket scanned just go to my theater room. He did walk me to where our movie was playing & was very friendly. We get to our seats (one of the first ppl to sit down) and order popcorn & sodas. After watching more people arrive and receive their orders before us I push button to see if ours is in fact on the way. They lady came over like I interrupted her & told me to “be patient” “they are passing the food out” I told her “this was my first time & was just unsure since we waited 20 plus minutes & others where arriving after us & getting their food & we just ordered popcorn, drinks” We sat there still waiting and the lights went out previews over and movie starts. I had to signal a gentleman over & told him we ordered over half hour ago and never got our stuff. He left like he was going to get it & 10 more minutes another lady brings it. No apology ...nothing. My outlook on this place might of been different if maybe the first time the lady would checked her tablet (that’s what it’s for) to see status on the mix up and maybe not so short and bothered. Also a simple “I’m sorry about the mix up” would of been appropriate. Another thing they had several workers in the room whole time movie was playing with their tablets light up walking back forth on side of steps & I personally thought that was distracting. Overall my experience wasn’t the best. Few workers stood out as very friendly but a sadly it’s takes one to ruin the experience. to the ones who do take pride in their jobs.

Gorgeous new theater in the redeveloped Kentlands Market Square. Upscale bar area in lobby. Food is ordered at your seat in the theater, there are attendants/wait staff in the theater. Food was great. Seats are large loungers with reclining seats, cup holders and trays for meals. The prices are high, for two people the tickets were around $30 and the food was about the same. Expensive if you were bringing a family. Seats are positioned in groups of two. Lots of theaters, staff in hallways to help guide you and welcome you. Id say its more of an adult experience than a place to go with a family. The location offers rental space for parties etc.

Loved the new renovated theater, most comfortable seats compared to other renovated theaters. My drink was perfect.

Beautiful place but we spent $83 for 2 tickets, one large popcorn, one med coke and 2 mixed drinks & tip! Only 4 couples there yesterday so wasnt bad, but I cant imagine how distracting it would be with a full theater and everyone being served at their seats.

Great theater!!! And the prices for the movie is just like AMC and Lowe’s! But this place is boojee (fancy) It’s so clean when you come in and the staff is on point!! Brenda Williams the manager is phenomenal!! I got a full tour of the place and all the best recommendations on movies and food options! Outstanding!! Will come again. The food was good and the Cheeto popcorn is a must have!!! They have everything on the menu!! And they come to you!! Worth the experience and it’s only 4Months old!!!

We were so excited tor this theatre to open because its only a few miles away. We currently drive 45 minutes or more to Alamo Drafthouse. Unfortunately, we were severely disappointed. The luxury is strictly limited to the seats, which are very nice because they fully recline. Sadly, the food is just not worth ordering. The popcorn was cold & not fresh, like any Regal or AMC. My burger was quite small and the portion of sweet potato fries (that I paid $2 extra for) wasnt even half as much as a McDonalds small fry. My husbands chicken tenders were the heavily breaded frozen kind. Drinks are limited to fountain soda served in paper cups, with no free refills. Alamo has a wider selection of food & its made fresh to order with good portion sizes. Fresh popped popcorn, in a metal bowl, with real melted butter and free refills. Drinks come in plastic glasses with free refills. Alamo has fresh brewed iced tea. Or, you can get a full size glass of ice water without charge. Alamo prices are the same or cheaper, with SUBSTANTIALLY better quality. Both offer alcohol, but Alamo has its own micro brewery. Luxury must not mean what I thought...

The downgrade is solely because they charge you a service fee for online ticketing through their own website. This is ridiculous. Good thing I can walk there and buy tickets without the service charge. Other than that, it is a great theater. New and clean and very high end. The seats huge and there is a ton of space between seats. They are full leather electric recliners. Each seat comes with a tv tray to hold food and there is a end table between every two seats. There is a full menu of food and all food is delivered by waiters. I found it distracting from the movie to eat a meal during the movie. Next time I will likely stick to popcorn, candy, and drinks.

Went on a tour with Sean (Mgmt) which he did an absolutely fantastic job of explaining everything in detail. The Theater is beautiful & the menu looks so yummy!

Beautiful theater and the upgrades are simply amazing from what it used to be. Staff just need to catch up to new standards but they seem to be trying hard. Hint to management, you may need to pay them more.

The theater is upscale and very clean. I recommend arriving early and ordering your food before the movie starts.

The food was good and the service too. Sadly, the picture quality was bad - it looked washed out and out of focus. I thought that maybe there was too much light in the room but I am not sure. Hopefully they figure this out. Also we could hear the sounds from an other movie but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the picture quality.

I came to this theater with my two friends and we had this watriess Jessika and she gave us an attitude the whole night then when we paid for popcorn I gave her a 10 and the popcorn was 8.50 and she didnt bring back any change and then once I asked I was supposed to get 1.75 back and she brought 1.25 and took a tip out for herself instead of letting us give her our own tip that she deserved. The movie was great we saw jumaji, but overall Jessika was rude and ruined my friends night.

Comfortable but pretty expensive. Two sandwiches, a couple of drinks, and two senior citizen tickets for $100. Thats not really a good ROI.

They did a great job with this theater and the staff is working really hard to make everyones experience superb. These theater seats are the most comfortable of any theater that Ive been in. Unlike other theaters that serve food, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas has a wide variety of reasonably priced food options. Not only is the food reasonably priced, but it was good too! My chicken sandwich was made with fresh ingredients and tasted great. This new theater is just around the corner from us so my husband and I will be going quite often!

About Cinepolis very very upscale theatres. Our food and drinks were wrong.HoweverI cannot take away from the service.Once they straightened out our order things were great.Give them a shot everything was clean and in order.Restrooms had enough stalls and urinals.Great experience..

This place is five star all the way!!!!! Great seats, service is spot on and each seat even comes with a service button. The only upset was that they didnt have their liquor license yet. Once they get it in a few weeks which is what I was told, Im coming back!

Film was 3/4 done by the time my food came that I ordered 10 minutes before the previews. I asked three waiters where my food was before it arrived. IPix is sooo much nicer. Will never return!

Two thumbs way down. You can not cancel your tickets online and they will only process a refund if you physically go to the box office. I mean it 2019.... it should require me getting in my car and driving to a location to do a simple cancelation.

Clean and comfortable, its new so that should be a given. two stars for doing the minimum. as for watching the film, it is never dark in the theater. blacks on screen are at best mid-tone grey. its like watching an oled tv with the sun shining on it. very poor movie presentation. unless they turn the house lights WAY DOWN, i will not be going back, and i live a 5 minute walk from the place. I am so disappointed.

Just went for our first show at Cinepolis in Kentlands and had an AMAZING time! We were greeted by Brenda, the manager at the door who walked us through everything from buying a ticket, food and checking in with us on our way out! Full bar with DELICIOUS drinks that went watered down or juicy! Food was great - quite a few options for vegetarians as well! Clean theater, comfy seats and great lighting! This has become our theater of choice on this area! So much better than the others and YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICE! $8 Tuesdays!

It was very nice. Still working out kinks in the customer service though. We had to do alot of repeat asking for items. However with practice think or hope will work out for price but cant beat convience if you dont want to go to Rio=)

I love to watch a movie in the dark, its magical. Here the lights are on and there is no magic to watching a movie.Waiters walk between the rows all the time and interfere with watching movies.I wanted to tell them to leave and not interfere, because it annoyed.I’m watching a movie, and around the vile smell of french fries, like in McDonalds.I did not like this cinema theater.

The seats were filthy. They didn’t clean the theatre after the last show. Even after we requested to clean the seats, the staff only took the trash out and never wiped. I felt disgusted throughout the movie. You pay for luxury seats that are full of trash and pop corn.

I have been following Cinépolis for a few months now because I love dine in movie theaters. I was finally able to make it to a movie there on Sunday.1)Theater: the theater itself is beautiful. There is a nice bar and concession area right at the front where you could grab a drink before the movie. Everything was very stylish and modern. The restrooms are nice but they have a very odd set up with 5ish sinks and only 2 soap dispensers on the far ends of the bathroom. It doesn’t make sense at all I’ve never seen anything like that. They definitely need to add individual soap dispensers at each sink. (They are making it easy for gross people to not use soap.)2) Check in: We made it to the theater right as the movie started because parking and traffic were working against us but there was no one there to check our tickets. I’m not sure what the process was so we just walked in and took our seats.3) Seats: The seats were not the most comfortable. I prefer the reclining seats that allow for independent foot and back adjustment.4) Service: I was prepared to absolutely love this theater but it is extremely clear that they are still working out the kinks despite being open for a few months now. Like I said we made it to the theater right in time for the movie. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us before I realized there was a little service button that I could use. I press the service button and couple minutes later a young woman comes out and tell me she needs to turn my service button off. I was a little confused but I just waited it out. She went and talked to a few other customers then came back (clearly disheveled). She literally asked what we “wanted” with no courtesy. So I asked if she had a menu. She brought one back for us. We waited another 30 minutes for her or someone to come back and no one did. I decided to press the service button again. A gentleman came out and asked how he could help and I asked him if we could order. He took our order and we got our food over an hour into the movie. Unfortunately, our order wasn’t correct and I was missing a soda but after all the back and forth we decided to just go with it and not disturb the other moviegoers anymore. To make it clear how late got our food we got our check before we got our entire order. I am 90% sure that the first young lady who was likely assigned to our section was having problems with keeping up but I wish someone would have come and explained or acknowledged the fact that we didn’t have anyone to help us.Would I go back? I will very likely go back. Like I said I love a dine in theater. I really don’t think our experience is a typical one but I really wish someone had at least acknowledged the situation someone. I know it can’t be typical that customers first order is taken an hour into the movie.Hopefully with more time things will work themselves out.
