The place is the best but I wish you had a mother stage like a 2 stage or a road stage I would like to see ether of there stages

My baby first time here and she loved it so much and so did it. The staff here is amazing. I love how cheap the games are too. Spent 20 for 100 credits and only used 30 since the games are so cheap and will be back for more fun

Upon entering it smells strongly of feet but we still gave it a chance, only to find dozens of fruit flies around the soda machine. Some of the soda options were broken too. The straw container was filthy so we didnt dare use any straws. Luckily a fresh salad bar was unwrapped right when we arrived (around 1:30pm on a Thursday) so we grabbed a plate quickly before the flies could migrate over there, but was disappointed by the few salad bar options, and the macaroni salad was extremely tangy. The pizza was thin, it was okay, but not worth the price. Then there were about a dozen games that ate our money. Every time we told the game attendant he was very courteous and did his best to fix each game or to refund us our credits but it was very frustrating having to call him over on so many games. Lastly, Chuck E never made an appearance although they kept announcing it over the speakers several times throughout our stay. A few of the other parents looked lost too with their children jumping excitedly while the parents kept looking around the whole place wondering why Chuck E wasnt coming out. My husband finally went to the desk to ask what was going on and they simply said Chuck E doesnt come out in the morning, but my husband argued its already 2pm almost 3pm! If hes not going to come out then at least turn off that auto announcement so that the kids dont get excited and then disappointed every hour! We will never go to another Chuck E again. Go to Johns Incredible Pizza where the prices are much better, the food is all you can eat buffet, and the games are more well-kept. Just be warned Johns is very crowded on weekends.

Fun place for kids young and old! The food has gotten better too! The play cards are much better then the old days of having to walk around with a bucket of coins. You can pay for by time or number of games. If you pay by time you can pause the time and go eat and restart the time so you don’t loose any!

I was going to hit up the taco bell but saw their large signs.. food was a hit and made fresh and everything was amazing. Only thing I saw that worried me was I saw them brush some sort of butter overtop before cutting the pizza which we dont need but everything was good and quick and the employee i dealt with was staying safe and keeping distance.

Sometimes the location feels very odd the venue seems smaller than it should be but overall the feel of the environment and the employees are very helpful and friendly here theres been times where weve come and its been good theres been times where weve come and its been very bad but as an overall experience of this location I would give it a 100% rating me and my wife my kids love this Chuck-E-Cheese and their Pizza is delicious better than Pizza Hut thats for sure yeah I hate Pizza Hut.

This place is so much fun bring your kids the workers there are always trying there best. There’s was this one guy who was super nice came fix the game and give a little bit more tickets!!! I understand it not always going to be great but Ik these guys are trying there best!!!

This Chuck E Cheese is the best! They are very helpful, polite and professional. I took my kids and a machine broke. A worker gave my daughter 300 ticket reward to use in the rewards section in Chuck E Cheese. That was very nice of her to do that. Also when my kids were picking the prizes to take they didn’t have enough for some air heads and the worker let them have one each. I love Chuck E Cheese over Johns Incredible Pizza for sure. I would highly recommend this location to any family just trying to have a great time! Thank you Chuck E Cheese for making my family smile all the time we go!

The Chunk E Cheese was amazing for my kids.

Its an okay place. Nothing to special about it.Takes way to long to get a play pass(card). Maybe employees need training to make things more efficient. I spent 20 min in line for a 30min play pass.

Horrible do not come its dirty and flys everywhere

One of the worst Chuck E Cheese ever. I dont expect much from Chuck e cheese. I understand theres kids and naturally kids make messes. However, this place was just beyond dirty. No clean tables. We decided not to get food due to us not being able to find a clean table. The place was not full at all. The staff (4 girls) they were chatting their life away. Management was sure sucky this particular day. Also, the games were mostly all broken. They either didnt give you tickets or didnt do what it was supposed to. Just played music and nothing happened. Therr was only one Gentleman who seemed to be the only one working.

Pizza was cold and I ordered bbq wings with bone, and I recieved boneless wings dipped in buffalo then bbq! You had one job!

Worst chuck e cheese ever. Manager is horrible cashiers are slow games never work. Go to the garden grove location so much better. Last time I took my daughter and niece we didnt get stamps and the fat lady in a button up wouldnt let us leave asking my niece if she knew us scaring her followed us outside saying we couldnt leave. Not my fault YOUR staff is trash and didnt give us stamps we waited 5 min there. DONT COME HERE you will ne disappointed

No supervision on with games children climbing inside the games throwing balls .Didnt see anyone reloading tickets so several games out of tickets. But most of all No one supervising the salad bar and children just going up taking fruit and croutons with there bare hands. Lack of and kind of safety supervision or health when it came to the people eating from the salad bar .Not good

Pizza was just sitting there waiting to be brought then it was cold, salad bar was not well attended had to wait for it to be stocked. Half of the game machines were not giving out tickets very annoying because children are expecting their prizes so overall way OVERPRICED for cold food and salad bar had more varierty of dressings than actual items to make your salad. Very dissatisfied for adults and especially kids.

A little run down, some games broken, and could improve on cleanliness a bit, but still a lot of fun, and a pretty good deal.

This was the worst visit. Soda dispensers had no ice. Salad bar had no lettuce. Game would take you credits but not let you play the game. Took over 45 mins. for 1 pizza. The server had a rest in face. Did not look like she wanted to be there. Came in for grandkids birthday. So happy I didnt pay for birthday package.

Don’t buy the salad. 9.67 dollars for the salad bar that its small and very poor???? The employers take out everything in salad bar 30Minutes before close also...Please manager take attention to the salad bar of another locations! Because Fullerton has before very good salad bar and now its so bad! The pizza its good but some days its tinny and poor and sometimes very good with cheese in the corner...Also the soda machines in sunday afternoons so bad all water....please check employers in sundays last 2 hours they don’t want to do nothing!

Better than I remember. I was babysitting a 3 year old and a 6 month old and brought them here on a Saturday night around 5. The 3 year old loved running around and playing the games. The pizza actually wasn’t bad. It was busy but not too busy. $30 for pizza for 2 adults and more than enough tokens for games. Easy entertainment for a young crew.

My Favorite Chuck E. Cheese. Been coming to this location for over 10 years for countless bday parties and now its to take my daughter. Never a bad experience here like at others. The games usually all work. Its clean. The staff are cool (i dont know how you guys do it with sooooo many kids). But yes. We will be back soon Chuck.

Best time to go is during the weekdays. You get kids can actually enjoy the games and not have to worry about being knocked over by older kids.

Games always out of tickets or out of service. Once I & every single family member goes to ask for help it takes 30 to 50 mins for service on the tickets or game serviced. Food is awful. Restroom always filthy. My Grand Babies enjoy themselves this is only why we go.

As I entered the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon I noticed the cashier was slow it’s as if he didn’t care that I was waiting in line for awhile and it wasn’t that busy. Some of the machines at the restaurant were not even working or giving me tickets in return. The whole time I was there I felt like the atmosphere was just dull and not entertaining. Never again.

Overall its good! They did give us I believe a small amount of fries for paying almost 4 dollars for a side order. They did make it by hooking it up with thhe chicken nuggets

[5-STAR RECOMMENDATION] This restaurant and gaming center is located on South Harbor Boulevard in the city of Fullerton, California. The atmosphere is great and this place seems to offer a variety of games to play. There was plenty of paying customers inside this place!

Pretty clean Chuck-E-Cheese ! Been before and will probably be back some time this year or early next. Fun games, crazy atmosphere, we were all tired at the end. Staff does a good job and dealing with kids and some rude parents isnt easy. Keep it up guys.

Took my daughter here and we had a great time. However, reason why Im giving only 3 stars is because the womens restroom was unacceptable! The trash was overfilled, like super overfilled and there was no toilet paper in every stall. Seemed like there was no cleaning service there for the entire day. I asked my husband if the mens was like that too and he said it was very clean. The entire time we were there I was hoping my daughter wouldnt wanna go potty because the restroom was disgustingly lacking in hygiene.

Biggest one in the area. Unlimited pass is worth. Best pizzas in Fullerton :p

Most of the game machines didnt work. The ice cream machine didnt work. It is a good idea to have the icream machine, but whats the point if youre not going to invest in the upkeep. The only good thing was it looked like the parties there are fun.

Everybody knows that the pizza is never any good at Chuck-E-Cheese. The salad bar is acceptable. The chicken wings are terrible, but thats what you get when you go to Chuck-E-Cheese. As Grandpa Im forced to go there because my grandson likes the games.

Favorite place for my kids. Best pizza in town!However, buffet needs enhancements. Machines need improvement.Needs more staff especially on weekends. Lines for food are crazy and 1 person is working the cash!Machines get stuck a lot and it takes lots of time to get someone to fix it.

This particular location gets on my nerves I feel like their machines are always broken Im always having to wait 5 to 15 minutes for someone to come help with the machine. This location is usually way overcrowded and dirty. The employees are hit and miss depending on when you go sometimes we have great service and some people are really helpful and then theres days where they look like they dont even want to be bothered.

My first time being at Chuck E. cheese in years!! The staff here knocked it out of the park! I come greeted by the sweet girl at the door entrance where we get our stamps and my kids were already excited to see what chuck e has in store. I’m greeted by the extremely nice and helpful cashier’s Cody and Chelsea. I come in with no knowledge of what chuck e. cheese has become. Cody directs me step by step how everything works starting from these combos to the discounted play cards i get when i purchase a combo. HOLD UP! Play Cards?!I had no idea Chuck e Cheese got rid of tokens which threw me off completely! He kindly guided me throughout the whole process of what’s the “play time” and “play points” which he broke it down and made it much simpler than the dang advertisement that makes it confusing like “$10 all you can play” i thought it was for all day for 10 bucks! Turns out being $11 for 30 minutes. My kids and i are now hyped up to play some games after cody explained it to us and gave us an incredible play card deal for 2 cards with 30 minutes each. We then encountered an issue with my rewards that i signed up with. He then called his manager over and i was baffled that this kid was not a manager there, after explaining everything to me very professionally and well mannered i was shocked he wasn’t one there. Kuddos to you Cody!! Anyways we got our play cards, food and drinks. We then played for a good hour or so with our play 2 play cards. I did remember that he told us we can pause our cards one time for as long as we would like for that day, so we did, to do what all family’s do. Sit down and eat and enjoy some time with my family. To top it off Chelsea, the sweet girl at the prize counter who helped us get our prizes was very nice to my children and directed my kids to what prizes they wanted and all i had to do was sit back and let her take control. To have Cashiers like that and to deal with the people here in Fullerton must be spirit breaking because i seen how customers act towards the employees here. Very rude customers but VERY NICE employees! I gotta say this experience was extraordinary and i will be sure to visit back to this location very very soon.

The overall experience was average. They have a lot of fun games for the children to play and now they have a play passes which they just scan the card vs dropping coins in. My issue is the long wait lines. Your in line 15 to 30 minutes to order the pizza, wait 30 minutes to get a pizza once ordered. It is good pizza though, and 15 to 20 minutes to cash in your tickets all due to lack of Staffing. At this visit, the bathroom was atrocious and disgusting and I refused to use the facilities.

Today we went and we wait in line for 15 minutes. Employees just walking around. Manager in duty just watching and using the radio to call more people to help next time she need to help better to move the line.. Store very dirty. all tables with food . napkins and pizza in the floor. very dirty. all the games dirty with food. please clean these please and take care of the customer. For me the employees doesnt care about customer. machines without tickets . i will go to another chuck E cheese better. Horrible experience.

Good size and great games

Took a very long time to get our pizza. Games seemed to be older and out dated, would take credits and many times not work or work but not pay out tickets. Pizza was good and my young child had fun for the most part but it was his first time and he did not know better. Dont know if all Chuck e cheeses are this run down or if it was just this location. Probably wont be back not worth the money.

Not the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I’ve been to. During peak times, they need more people on the floor organizing and cleaning, especially tables. Kept seeing the majority of staff in the kitchen having a good time laughing and not caring about what’s going on outside.Plus side, security was on point to make sure everyone belonged together.Will update post if I ever go there again.

This Chuck E Cheese barely had the staff to support itself. Didnt see a game technician walking around to help with games. Salad bar had limited items due to it not being replenished. A medium pizza took over an hour to be brought out and was cold. Luckily the manager was nice to refund us our money. Otherwise I wont come back to this CEC unless I just came to play the games.

It was good until we saw a huge cockroach under our table!!! It was so disgusting. I dont think Ill be coming here again with my family!! If that was under the table what else could be there, or in their kitchen?? We left as soon as we saw that nasty thing!! We shouldve asked for our money back but we didnt!! Now I know for next time! Wont be coming back. Im telling my friends and family about it so they dont come here either!!!

I didnt enjoy this location because several of the games were in some way broken and or not fully functional. The food didnt seem fresh and the service was not at all friendly. The atmosphere was far less than I expected. I doubt that I will be returning to this site.

It was fun for the whole family but the games were gear towards kids older them my grandkids. Most of the games were for teenager and Im not sure why because there are not a lot of teens in the place.

One of the few locations where its kept clean and all the games work. The food is good, but super expensive. Drinks are given in small cups, and cost 2.99 EACH. Granted they have unlimited refills.

We had a birthday party here, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of pizza. I used to go to Chuck-E-Cheeses in the Bay Area growing up, and it would always be overcrowded and dimly lit. For my kids 2 really enjoy themselves and have good pizza was truly a delight for my wife and I.

Great service from the management. Several problems with games either not working or not dispensing tickets, but the manager always made it right as quick as she could. Pizza is, as at all CEC, overpriced, and most games are now 2 points instead of 1. Friendly staff though, and the kids all had fun. Still a good time.

Great fun for everyone of all ages. The lines werent to long and most kids behaved. The pizza was ok for not being know as a gourmet pizza restaurant. The whole family enjoyed Chuck E cheese!!
