Great mobile home park. The manager is very kind and considerate of the residents. Overall, nice place to live and I would recommend it.

This is one of the few quiet places in Fresno that is populated. The recreation area is superior to many other places I have been.

This mobile home park is so nice and they have a large clubhouse with plenty of parking. Theres a big kitchen and the bathrooms are always clean. This is such a nice place to have a party.

Quiet, pool, hot tub, gym, billiards & ping pong, basketball & a huge clubhouse we can use for free. Manager & all the staff are great, gardeners came to the rescue once when my dad fell! We even have ducks & geese at our pond. Left off a star only because I wish we had more group events at clubhouse.

Dont move here. Owners are rip offs and my car got towed for parking on the side. Honestly, the owners are the worst. They make up rules that are the most stupid and require you to park at the guest parking when you have no space in your garage. Keep Im mind, the guest parking lots are always full.

This place is crazy they make up rules as they go along they said vehicles in the storage yard had to be registered and then they let people put there vehicles on non op nnonoperational not registered .they cant drive thru on non operational .then there saying cars parked in our driveeways will be towed if not registered. Does tha mean they also can be put on non op.Nd why is our park inforcing dm ll laws. I have a blazer that was exempt from tags but the law changed my car runs fine and it want pass smog but I can pay the registration up but they want give me a sticker to put on it .so Ive been fighting with dmv have papers to prove so .and they dont want you to park on street there no fire lanes painted anywhere and repairm get yo park in front of a home yardman handy man etc some of the lots dont have enough space but for a couple vehicles . Thats all for now Ill have more reviews and updates on this situation

Fine place to live!

Its a really nice place for seniors. Its quiet and the people are kind they have a work out gmy and a place to play basketball. On Weds they have free donuts and coffee. This is a very nice place to live.

This place is the needle in the haystack for this part of town. The hidden gem is surprisingly relaxing once you drive e through the gates and see the swans and pond. Great place to call home

If you want your car dont move over there the owner will have your car tow i hate that place and the manager is racist

Gate is usually broken. Lots of drug activity. Park storage has been broken into multiple times. Many homes have overgrown weeds.

I have friends who live here. Seems like a nice, quiet, well kept place to live. Weve used their rec room for bridal showers and events in the past and been extremely pleased with the experience.

My aunt and uncle live here and its a nice gated community to live in. It has a pool, jacuzzi, a small gym along with a pool table and pingpong table. It has a hall with a full kitchen for residents to use, the grounds look clean and nice!

This is a clean moble home park. Its on a quiet park in the Southern part of Fresno.... but there are no close bus lines in the area.

Neighbors and management are friendly. There have been some issues but management has taken care of them. Overall very happy with our decision to move in.

Never do improvements, but raise fees every 6 months.

I love the fact that there is only one way in and out! And every one knows everyone! Just feel it safe for my children to be children!

Rent is too high crime has increased a stolen car and two camper trailers out f storage lots of bikes my ladder cops are out here constantly.want to say that the new manager took care of my DMV problem and seems to be doing a great job managing the mobile home park .and seems to be taking care of alot of the problems weve had in the past.and is always smiling and very polite .keep up the good work . Thank you Sarah for doing a great job here its very hard to manage a mobile home park its slot of stuff the management has to deal with ..thanks and hope are comunity keeps improving .

Security gate directory hasnt been operational in over a year. when a guest of a resident comes to visit, they have to park in a no parking zone blocking traffic until resident comes out to let them in. Management seems to make rules as they go, but they dont follow their own rules nor do a good job with upkeep at the park. I heard a rumor management is also beginning to rent out mobiles within the park, bad news for mobilehome owners.

This park is filthy. Alot of children and loose animals. People have anything everything in their carports

Well they need lighting near the mailboxes several people have fell there including myself my mother and others in the park and we ask about an incident report the manager said there form there but doesnt know what to do with them and people are moving out because rent going up up and up and they make some residents obey the rules and some dont have to and the club house needs remodeling even apartment complexes have computer computer rooms they have a library but furniture is old school and the outside is the color Ethan Allen was 30 years ago and they use to have laundry room but not now .and the work out equipment hasnt been updated and the room is little..they shoul mske the work out room where card toom is because the only have bunkco and I think kitchen needs to be remodeled
