The park manager Anna is awesome. She really cares about the residents and takes care of anything that comes up right away. I have lived here 3 years and have enjoyed seeing the changes that have been made. I highly recommend this centrally located park.

Lots of trees make for some good shade. Very peacfull and quiet. I feel safe here.

Please disregard any negative comments from KM, Ana and management from Fresno RV Park have been fair and helpful during this transition with my Uncle, I have been working with management with the passing of my Uncle on hospice. The park has always looked great with the new management and now being a resident I feel safe living here.

Ana has been very helpful and knowledgeable. People seem to be very friendly and the park is very clean and well kept. I definitely recommend.

Overall this park is very nice, its dog-friendly, the neighbors and management are friendly, however, lately it seems the ownership has stopped caring. There hasnt been hot water in the laundry room or bathrooms for several months and the owners havent made fixing it a priority. They also upped the price of the laundry by a quarter, even though they havent fixed the hot water issue.

The park manager has been extremely helpful and courteous during my move to the park. All of the residents wave at me. The maintenance man has been by several times to check and see if I needed anything. This has been a very smooth and easy transition, thanks to the park manager. I would highly recommend this park. It’s quiet and clean. It even has a small dog park available.

This place is super nice, quiet and very clean. The residents look out for one another and the site Manager is amazing, she truly makes you feel welcomed and takes care of the site very well.

Clean and quiet park! The surrounding neighborhood can be uneasy but I’ve never felt unsafe within the RV park. There always seems to be maintenance or someone around keeping an eye on the place. The landscape is nice and management has recently purchased several new mobile homes. Conveniently located off Blackstone, easy access to shopping, groceries, etc.

Manager is always there to help. Maintenance is great and it’s always so clean! Love it here :)

We moved here in Dec. 2019. We really like it here. Its a safe place,neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are well kept. The only diappointment is they wont let me keep my family dogs. Boxer and an American bulldog. We see other big dogs like german shephers, husky and mix breeds. Those of you who have your pets Enjoy them!

I was searching for an RV park in the Fresno area and was becoming very disappointed. I entered the office at this park and the manager, Ana, was immediately friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me through the entire process of getting approved and moving into the park.Everyone I have met have been very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to calling this park my home.

The manager is kind and tries to work with you. Nice quiet community with a very helpful groundkeeper/gardener/maintenance guy name Tim. Dont let the lack of an anual lease scare you from moving in. They have been kind increasing rent just once a year by 5.5% which makes sense since our minimage wage is going up until we hit $15 an hour. I was afraid they would increase the rent more often. Not sure if they always increase the rent every year. I have been there 2 or 3 years now. My only complaint is that I wish they would patch up the road on the way to the mailboxes closest to the office but you can completely avoid that area by turning left instead of going straight when you enter the park. Frankly minor complaint. I am greatful to have a safe community to live in and call home.

Very nice, quite place to live. Anna the manager is so sweet and cares about every tenent. She always makes time for you. I really love living here. I just would like one level living. Lol

What was I thinking living in apartments? By far this is finally home. Super loving small community with an amazing manager ( Anna) she will go above and beyond to make sure her little community it kept happy. I wish I could give them more stars and give our manager 5 extra.. Thank you all for making a home for me and my little family... ️️️

The park is clean and quiet. The people are pleasent and very friendly. The staff at the park are very helpful and information.

Staff keep this park super clean and looking nice. office staff is helpful and friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants and freeway but quite. The spaces are good size for any size travel trailer or motorhome.

Anna is helpful and does her job well. Quick to expedite the application process, friendly too. Impressed!

Park has really good maintenance and good management.
