Its not as nice as the pictures Show i live there. I would not have moved here if i new what i do now

I’m looking for a mobile home park to live in. Just drove through Country Living and I just have one question. What country did you mean by “Country living? I noticed some construction going on, but management needs to get out of the office and start handing out some pink slips! Either clean up your space or vacate! Vehicle parts, pieces of old fencing, dead trees and shrubs, articles of clothing, filth everywhere! Also, cats running all over the place. Most of the homes need repairs to the skirts and porches. I grew up poor, but knew to keep myself and my surroundings clean. I would be embarrassed to have anyone come visit me if I lived at this park!

Most of the 5 star reviews are friends with the discriminatory management. This place is a scam.You have been warned.

The park is clean seems quite.

Ive lived here 20 years, Ive had no serious complaints, We are under the Rent Control ordinance, The space rent is reasonable, many improvements has been made and are beginning to be many more. Management is doing a good job. Good Clovis schools for the children.

Nice park. Currently upgrading and making nicer.

Nice MHP community. Good management. Monthly space rent is a lot cheaper than apartments in the Fresno and Clovis area, includes water, sewer and trash. Gym, pool table and banquet room in the clubhouse. Swimming pool. All ages, mostly adults and seniors. Quiet, most of the time. Airport is only about a mile away. The Air National Guard flies in and out every so often.

They have done alot of work to this place. Seen it go though its ups n downs but they really have put alot of work into the park and it looks nice

Worst company weve ever encountered. Were looking up fraud and false documents investigation against them. Dont trust them with your personal information. Especially if youre trying to purchase.

It used to be a wonderful Mobile Park, not anymore!!
