Ive loved this store for years. Always a pleasant shopping experience... however I am not a fan of the new operating hours... who wants to buy sex toys at 3 in the afternoon??!! If they had to cut back hours for financial purposes, they should open in the evening and stay open throughout the night... They customer services sucks!!!! They asked me to give them my purse and asked for my boyfriends man bag which is a small backpack with only his wallet and drivers licenses in it. California law states if your going to do that it has to be posted in plan sight but they dont have it any where then they were rude when my boyfriend said that he wouldnt give it up they were like its just a bag it not like its your life is in there but actually yes it is identity theft going on hello! I would never shop there again because of there attitude. I would recommend nobody go there put them out of business if they are going to hire people like that.
