For my two kids birthdays we had reached out to Didi Russell to reserved a theatre for a private viewing and birthday party. Didi greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything that we needed. She was with us every step of the way until the end and handled everything very well. Didi was very polite and professional. Our server Avery was also very nice and ensured we had what we needed when we got our food and brought additional items that were requested. I couldn’t of asked for a better birthday arrangement for my children. I definitely recommend this for any one who needs ideals for birthday celebrations.

We were looking for a place to host our fathers 80th birthday party and after several attempts to secure a place, we didnt have any luck. We called Paragon Theaters and Chatterbox Lounge and lucky for us, they connected us with Didi Russell who is the Events Manager at Paragon Village 12 & The Agency and the rest his history. She met us and showed us our options, we ended up using the Chatterbox Lounge upstairs and they roped it off for us for a private event. Didi came in on the night of the event (her night off and her birthday) just to make sure everything was perfect. She met my parents at the entranced and helped the family really put on the best surprise part for our father. Travis (our server/host) and the rest of the staff did an excellent job to make service was top notch. Travis for really great, making sure everyone was happy and interacting with the entire family We had a wide varied of food, including pizza, sliders, sushi, club sandwiches and fries and food was amazing, fresh and plentiful. Even after the party ended a group of us stayed and watch a movie and that was great. Seats were comfortable and relaxing. Cant ask for a better night. Thank You Didi, Travis and the entire Paragon Theaters for helping us make our fathers 80th Birthday Party Special.

Last weekend, we wanted to rent a theater for a small, private event. Paragon’s event manager, Didi Russell, was amazing from the very beginning. She answered every question, she was thorough with the planning details, and she was happy to talk about all the ways Paragon would ensure a fun (and safe) experience.She met us at the door on the day of the event and escorted us to our theater. The serving staff from The Agency was on point - we never had to wait for anything. Drinks were always full, the food kept warm. Didi checked into us multiple times, too.Amazing, amazing experience.

Maybe the best theater Ive ever been to, particularly the over 21 area and the Chatterbox Lounge. The wood and wrought iron staircase leads up to a classic lounge with comfortable vintage style leather seating, a beautiful bar, and classic pool tables. Staff are wonderful, prices are fair, and the bar is well stocked. You can also order food - the filet sliders are my favorite but everything Ive had is excellent. Food and drinks can be taken to the theater and enjoyed in the oversized and extremely comfortable leather seats. Absolutely a delight and makes a wonderful date night.

Theater was very clean and you could see employees walking around making sure that everything was sanitized. I felt very relaxed in the theater I was happy to be going back to the movies.

Movie theater is huge, comfortable, clean, and staff is friendly and accommodating. You can almost always find the movie you are wanting to see playing here bc they have so many theaters. I like the fact that you can sit upstair and order drinks and food that they deliver to your little seating area. That makes it different from other theatres in the area. My only compliant and this goes for almost ALL theaters nowadays and that is... It costs TOO much to see a movie!! Expect to spend 50 bucks when its all said and done for 2 people. YIKES!!!

Amazing clean movie theater. Regal can’t be mentioned in the same sentence as this theater. Regal has their LIEMax while Paragon has some of the best seats with recliners out of any theater.

It’s a movie theater with comfortable recliner spacious seats and it is always clean. They serve regular theater food. There is the adult section upstairs in a lounge where you can have more options of food and watch the movie from the balcony with alcoholic beverage, which is nice!

Didi did amazing at trick or trunk and the updates look amazing!! Great staff great times!

Cannot complain about anything, like even if so tried I’d probably say it was too amazing haha. Almost always have such a lovely showings, plus at just the right times! Honestly really good food and love how accommodating they are with their guest! Their theater is actually really clean, everything is fresh and clean and really looks like a fancy movie theater should!

The good news is they now have reclining chairs. They are comfortable and the reserved seating is nice...The bad news is that they have reserved seating and a SINGLE employee helping customers pick the perfect seats out.These pictures are on a weekend.As you can see, the line wrapped out and into the lobby.The good news is that the lobby has numerous ticket kiosks.The bad news is they are ALL out of order.The good news is that you can still purchase your tickets online.The bad news is that they still make you stand in line to have the emailed ticket scanned and physically printed off.Id say it is staffing problems expect there are employees all over the rest of the building.

Never had a bad experience at Paragon. Theaters are nice and clean. staff isnt spectacular, but I dont have anything negative to say either. The lounge chairs in theater 3 were REALLY nice.

This is our favorite theater in the area. The reclining seats are amazing and it really feels like you have your own space. Also, this theater requires you to select your seats as you purchase, so you will want to arrive early in order to reserve the seats you want. Unfortunately, not everyone respects the seat selection so make sure you get in as soon as you can. The staff are really good about sorting out seat issues, but please, don’t be those people.

I normally love this theater. The seats are great, facility is nice, and reasonably priced for what you get. Today however, is a different story. Weve been here for over an hour and they cant figure out how to play the movie. Its a movie theater, this is your one job in life. If youre a manager, you schedule people with the skills needed to perform the task. We had to go out 15 minutes after the scheduled show time to tell them the movie wasnt playing. It took an hour to figure it out.Completely unacceptable.

Wanted to see a 10 AM viewing on Terminator: Dark Fate in the Extreme theater on a Saturday. There was no one else there except 3 other viewers, which is why I specifically booked for an early time. 10:10 rolls around and myself and the three other people were told we would be moving to a different theater. The reason they gave us was because there werent enough people.... which is why I booked that time.I basically paid for reserved seating for a guaranteed spot at a guaranteed time, only to move to a different theater and to be pushed up to a different time. Its 10 AM, what other reason would they need that theater we paid for?I actually didnt get the reason from an employee, it was an employee who told one of the other customers who told me. As I walked by, I didnt hear any of the two employees there apologize or anything. I get that theyre young and inexperienced, but an experienced manager wouldnt have moved customers to a different theater without apologizing and offering to change the price of admission for the theater swap.So yeah, I dont recommend this place. As a theater its very clean and polished, but otherwise the service is very lackluster. I gave two stars instead of one because the cashier with dyed hair who got me a drink showed some effort in making small talk and professionalism, so that was nice.

Love being able to select my seats in advance. The reclining chairs are so comfortable, and fun for our children. The theater is always very clean, and well maintained.

Their rewards program is subpar. They recently added the reclining chairs which is nice but some of them are now broken. The second level is for 21 and over. The seats are a little better and they have drink and appetizer options. There is also a small bowling ally inside with a small food selection. You could definitely do date night all in one building.

We enjoyed everything about our time here. The seating was very spacious even though the theater was full during our visit. Will definitely visit again soon!

Really cool theatre, reasonably priced. Theatre 7, row H. aisle seat. There are blue and red LED lights that illuminate the stairs. They dont dim them during the movie. Theyre bright and distract from the dark theater. Told a worker, but no improvement. Bad design.Say TTYL to your dark adjusted eyes.

This is my go to movie theater. It is never packed. There are recliner seats in almost all the cinema screens. They have 4 different screen sizes. 1. There Dolby cinema screen which is a very large screen with amazing sound. 2. very large screen with normal sound. 3. Screen is smaller than previous. 4.screen is smaller than previous. There are about 12 screens on total I believe. This place like all movies is expensive more towards the price of food and drinks.tgey are connected to a bowling alley. They have an upstairs which is for 21+ with a restaurant and alcohol, that they will bring to you when its ready. Amazing cinema.

Love the improvements made to the infrastructure. The fact that I can pick my seat is way better than standing in a line waiting on my movie. The reclining seats are awesome. The fact they have an upstairs with booze is awesome for adults.

The over 21 area still has good service, but the splitsville side restaurant really cant get it together. Strongly suggest that you sit at the bar to get an experienced waiter/bartender. Or pay the extra to go up stairs.

I normally sit in the 21 and over section. Today I didnt and it was horrible. Some over active 10 year old boy could not sit still behind me. After several looks at the worthless parents, the kid continued to kick the seats. Several people decided it was best to text and not watch the movie. Only 2 of the 4 Kiosk were working causing the line to get tickets to get long. The line inside was even longer.Other than that the movie was average.Update 1/4/19 - Went to go see Aquaman. Sat in the 21+ area, and I enjoyed the experience. I wont get into talking about the movie, because it was really about a date night with my wife. The upgraded reclining seats were very comfortable. Im adding a star just for the upgrade. With tickets for two, medium soft drink, a beer and medium popcorn, the visit put me back ~$53.3/19/2019. Watch two movies but Im not reviewing them. The seats are wonderful. Theater is as clean as can be we messy guest. My main problem is all of the people that must look at there phones during the movie. Its rude.

I loved auditorium 6s recliner chairs. It was so comfortable! I am an older, overweight woman and it was such a year to not have to climb over people and feel that you were elbow to elbow with a stranger. In the future I will try to view all movies that way!

It was very clean and well run. You cant come in last minute and get snacks and expect to make all the previews but you wont miss them all. Buy your tickets in advance or at the kiosk and dont forget to sign up for a membership. And the reclining seats were worth the price which was significantly cheaper than AMC.

Very Relaxing...if u dont want to wait, if there is a line for tickets, you can check in yourself, pay, & get your tickets pretty quickly to the right of the Ticket Stand...very comfy chairs....great sound... The over 21 section was really nice. However the service was terrible. The bar was not busy at all and it took forever to order something and they serve your wine in plastic cups. When we got our food, it came in to go boxes. We both ordered a sushi roll that migh as well have been a bowl of rice by the time we got it... it was a big ball of mush. Plus we also got someone elses sliders and even after we told them we opened the box to see what it was, they still served it to the people... not good. So YES to the seats, NO to the service and food.

I know that is a dirty wash rag on the counter they are serving food off of but trust me it is just for show from the state of this place no one cleans. The employees keep pointing at another worker there saying they will help you after a while i just left honestly feel safer not eating here

First real bad experience here, been here many of times. Hand made receipt, something to do with network system. Food order was a big mess up. Question: What would come out first? Order two pizzas,(pepperoni, cheese) and order of fries. Pepperoni came first,next fries ten minutes later, then the cheese five minutes later. Hopefully it will get better.

The seats are wonderful!! They have a push button recliner thats so large and cozy! However the theater was such a mess!! Inside and in the lobby area! There was popcorn on the floor everywhere!! Love the kiosk option to purchase tickets, however two of the three were not operable. Also ALL of the frozen drink machines were not working. Lastly, there are red n blue lights along the side of the walls that shine EXTREMELY BRIGHT the entire movie!!! Huge distraction!! Sound n movie quality was great!

Spent 80 plus and the concession and ticket stand staff were rude. I use to like this theater but I thrive on great customer service. In addition to join their paragon club you are required to download their app. I dont like apps..so now I cant accrue points. I am not happy

Was amazing I love the comfy seats watched Fast and furious it was a great movie for the price I paid it was 12.00 for two tickets me and my girlfriend enjoyed the movie theaters was clean still need to go play bowling at the theater or try out the ones up stairs. But overall it theater upgraded definitely better seats

This theater is a great place to go and relax while watching a movie since the seats recline, they are a bit pricey though.

This theater is one of the best I have ever been to. Cleanliness is overall very good and the concessions prices (although high) are reasonable. The theater features reclined plether electric adjustable seating and the areas are kept clean between showings. The screens are undamaged (sad that I have to include that) and the speakers are very load and for the most part, crackle free. The staff is the normal meh attitude you get from this new generation of kids. The theaters in the area all have about the same ticket price but youre going to get the best experience for your dollar here!

Best theater in town. I try to go here wherever I can. They have reserved seat and they recline as well. Really clean. Plus it has a 21 and over section which has a really nice bar and special seating.Great for a date night with the wife or a fun night out with the kids

The Theater and concessions area were clean, long lines due to lack of employees or guidance for customers, but Tue morning may be a busy time for them (matinee pricing only $6). The Theater was large with choices for handicap accessible seating and recliner seating and plenty of space between seats and in front of them (great for getting up for the bathroom and not disturbing people). My family of 5 and I loved our experience there.

The theater unfortunately was not in good condition. Carpet needed vacuuming ALL over. In the Premiere seating area no attention to detail when finding seats. Prices for food are just ridiculously to high. We paid $28.00 for a small popcorn, twizzlers, raisinnets, and 2 bottles of water. $6.00 per bottle water is just absurd. We ORIGINALLY liked the classiness of Paragon but the quality has diminished tremendously. Recommend the management take a serious look at how business is being conducted.

I was visiting my sister and family and decided to go see the new Queen movie. It was a weekday (day after Vereans Day) so it wasnt busy but we werent alone. The place was really clean, lobby, theater and restrooms. We were able to choose our seat location when buying tickets so the seats would be reserved and they were lazyboy type with electric button action. It was the most comfortable Ive ever watched a movie when NOT at home (can you tell I havent been to the movies in a while?) The only reason I shorted a star was because there was a monster movie going on next door that was clearly audible and was fairly distracting during the quieter scenes of our movie. Otherwise, I would definitely return.

Terrible service up in the adult lounge. Always not enough employees working the bar area. Sat there 20 minutes without getting served. We show up early to have a drink and appetizer but didn’t get anything because nobody tended to us. And it was a Tuesday night.Not worth the extra money.

Great seats and co-locates with a bowling alley so options to wait out a start time. Bathrooms are clean and screens are good size. Unfortunately the sound in their premier Giant Screen outshines the others so much so that you will fell like you are missing out in other screens.

I used to love this theater. What happened? The concessions area had major cleanliness issues and could not keep up with the crowd on a rainy day. The bathroom was passable for a truck stop. The seats were dirty and sticky and the theater desperately needed a broom. I really dont mind overspending to go to Paragon but, if this is the new quality of the experience there, I dont know if going to the movies is worth it any more. My living room with a slight sound upgrade would give me a better experience.

Great night at the movies. We saw a 10:20 PM show so the crowds were small. Concession service was fast and friendly. The recliners in the theater were spacious and comfortable. The theater was very clean. Sound and picture was great.

Wait times for food is not good at all I ordered my food then return to pick it up it had to be made again so that’s more time away from my movie and I couldn’t believe how dirty it was popcorn everywhere on the counters to the floor so ether ppl need to clean up behind themselves or they need a cleaning crew I’m usually a Alamo drafthouse goer but the movie I wanted to see wasn’t playing at the Woodbridge location so this experience was a major let down

This Cinema is quite pretty, an old-fashion style with old photographs, but the seats and screening projector are brand new. Very cozy and roomy recliner seats. The seats have electrical adjustment, so very easy to use. The Plus of this theather is that the seats are reserved and the parking is so much bigger than the competition on the other side of the road. The Sweet drinks, the popcorn, pizza and the Pretzels are good, but the lack of coffee, capuchins or frapuchins are not acceptable. I cant give 5 stars because I have to wait in a long line for 15 minutes to get the tickets. I always enjoy to watch movies with a cold Frapuchins. I would like to suggest that you must have at least automatic Capuchins coffee machines, as the ones in the gas stations.

This is such an amazing theater. Has different days for different discounts. You have the VIP which offers dine in at your Seats. You have the regular theaters with the recline chairs and also they have another for an maximum experience of the sounds. You cant beat having a bowling alley there. Amazing place hands down.

We keep trying this theater.... The seats are comfortable, but the atmosphere is lacking. Its hard to put into words. Theres just something off. The staff seem stressed, and everything always feels disorganized and slightly off. Again, the seats are comfortable... Thats about it.

First time I ever watched a movie in a winter coat and sock hat. It was brutally cold in the theater. Went out and told the guy at the ticket counter, he said he would try to get it fixed. Continued to blow cold air for the whole two hours. I should have gone out and asked for a refund, if it happens again I definitely will. Really disappointing experience.

Normally love this place, but this last time we went it was absolutely filthy. The seats were sticky from soda and the cupholders were filled with old soda and popcorn. I know, I know, its a movie theater and these things can happen, but Ive always had higher standards for this place.To make matters worse, I had ordered a popcorn and though it was cold, it was edible, until I got to about the middle. My s/o noticed that it tasted a bit weird and kinda chemically. I went to swap out the popcorn and they were kind enough to get me another batch, this time it was fresh and definitely tasted much better.

Never had a problem before, but today was THAT day. First of all today is TUESDAY!! $6 movies today EXCEPT DISNEY MOVIES (Star Wars) shame on you Disney!!! Second, had emergency, so came back to see a different showing of movie 17 dollars already for two on Tuesday, and MANAGEMENT said nope!!! Different showing, different price after certain time.

The theater is outstanding. We especially like the upstairs, over 21 area with the lovely lounge and decent food. Some of the theaters we can look right down on the tween and teens and drop popcorn on our kids heads. I know, tacky but, our girls and their friends like the back row... We get a date night, they have privacy and we never put them with babysitters, ever, so it was truly a treat for everyone! Also, Im in an electric wheelchair and we can reserve our exact seats, with no one sitting in front of me and room for my Standard Poodle Service Dog to lie down for a snooze during the movie and no one stepping on her or constantly bothering her and waking her up!

Recently went and did not realize that they changed to assigned seating. I love that they did. Things used to get a little crazy with the lines and people would get upset. The new seating is fantastic. Seems like they need to work on cleanliness a bit because when I reclined my seat there was popcorn on it. Overall great experience.

I went to see joker. The movie was great and the employees were nice. The concession stand though was a wreck. I went to see a 1230 viewing so there wasnt many if any people there. Im not sure if it was just left like that from the previous night and the morning crew was having to deal with the aftermath. If that was the case then management needs to get on the night crew because it was not appealing at all and its not fair to the morning crew.

Great place to get a movie and grab something to eat. Easy check in, lines move fast, staff was helpful.

Restroom commode for handicap was plugged up and couldnt flush. No paper towels in restroom to dry hands. Water outrageously priced at concession stand, 16 ounce bottle over four dollars$$$$. Theater seats fine and movie great.

Love this theater. The reclining seats and reserved seating are new. Pretty cool though. The seats themselves were comfy and clean. At a few points you could hear sounds coming from other theaters but it never interfered with my enjoyment of my film. Will definitely be coming back to see other movies.

I downloaded the Paragon app and ordered tickets to Downton Abby for the family. We were so excited to see this movie and enjoy it in the relaxing reclining seats to boot.Upon arrival, the lines were out the door (for a different movie, as I waited till the rush for D.A. to subside) with no instructions to those that take the time and pay for VIP services. Almost tackled by several people that thought we were being rude and trying to cut to the front. Seriously a bad experience.Also placed order ahead for the concessions. Again, no one to accommodate that service. There were three other families, waiting 15 minutes, and longer, to even get noticed in the VIP area for our preordered, prepaid items...which of course made us miss the first 10 minutes of the movie.And we wouldnt have been serviced then if it werent for the fact my patients had run out. I went to the obvious person in charge behind the counter and pointed to the area where those of us that took the time to explore the special app and services offered, were waiting to be acknowledged.And even then...they couldnt manage to get the order right.There is no customer service, no organization, and no apology for the lack of.

Seats are huge, comfortable and the sound system is clear...great place to view a blockbuster.

We hung out in the Chatterbox before our Avengers movie and its very nice. Good prices on both drinks (not like happy hour but still good) and food if youre interested. Also we love both the ability to reserve seats and the various recliners. Love that you can also shoot pool at their 2 tables for.free.I did want to add that you need extra time if youre getting anything from the snack bar. They only man 1 station and theyre slow. Shame this would have been 5 stars without that happening.
