My girlfriend and I played one of the escape games and it was awesome! The owners (Mitchell and Jennifer) are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They know each game in detail and are able to assist struggling players with direction or tips as needed. Their Cool Spring location is also a great size for large events. Great place with wonderful people!

Amazing place. I had played with some VR for maybe 10 minutes total before ever going here. I was amazed at how far things have come and the selection of games. The staff was amazing in helping us have a great time with some awesome team games. We rented the space around lunch tome as a private event before it opens at 3 and this is a awesome team building event. Great location with lots of parking. Going to take my family and some other groups back here. Too Much Fun!!

Mitch let my girlfriend and myself come play some games at a great value! He was very thorough and helpful with getting us both set up. Love the atmosphere, WAYYYYY better than any other VR arcade out there. I’ve been to them all in Nashville...and this one does it right. Would recommend the experience to anyone! VR is the future!

My 10yr old and his friends for his birthday had so much fun! They all loved it and my kids asked when could they go back again.. for a winter birthday, this was perfect!

We LOVE The Rabbit Hole VR!!! Both of my kids have had a birthday party there... one at the Nashville location and the latest at the Franklin location. The owners are awesome, welcoming and very professional! Each location has its own atmosphere... Nashville small and cozy... Franklin big and room to spread out. We enjoyed them both! All of the friends left so excited and telling their parents they wanted to go back! We would definitely recommend The Rabbit Hole VR to anyone!

My four boys ages 11, 12, 14, and 15 had a fantastic experience and want to return as often as possible. Technician was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout.

This is so much fun! Ive played 4 or 5 times now and have taken family and friends a couple of times to play, and everyone has come away talking about how awesome it is. Staff is friendly (and patient, which is needed in some cases Im sure) and does a nice job. They really seem to have gotten most of the kinks worked out since the first time we visited a week or so after they opened. My 12 and 8 year old girls have both done this twice now and absolutely love it. Cant wait to go back!

We took a team of 20+ and they all loved it. We reserved the space for 4 hours and I was worried everyone would get bored by the end, but when we were finishing my team wanted more! Plenty of fun games to play, and great customer service from the staff.

Great place to bring the family or friends. I brought my family here and we were able to play several games together at the same time. Fun!

We took our son here for his 13th birthday with a friend. They had the time of their lives! They wouldnt stop talking about it the whole ride home!!! The employees that were working were so nice and helpful answering any question the boys had. I think next year well need to have a big party here!

Ive played at the nashville location many times in the past but just recently heard about their new location in Franklin. WOW! This place is massive! I came with my friends who have been to other vr places in the area and they said this was the best vr experience theyve had. We highly recommend the arizona zombie game!
