Five dollar pizza as well as five dollar wings is an incredible deal. The pizza is outstanding, by the way. The cinnamon sticks were good but should be thinner as its only the top layer that has all the icing. The traditional wings are average but the boneless sweet chili wings are phenomenal. Did I mention the pizza and wings are only $5 (+ $2 per additional topping). Highly recommend.

This is really incredible place to be with kids and family. They awesome play area for kids, great dining area, and fully equipped entertainment center. People were helpful and responsive.

I havent been to a Chuck E Cheese / Showbiz in over 20 years. My daughter wanted to have her birthday party here. I remembered it as a gross germy ball pit with cardboard pizza. This was none of that. I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, or as clean as you can get with 100 kids running around. There was no gross ball pit. There were several rides for the kids. Like the old coin operated machines that used to be in front of grocery stores. And lots of video games. There were lots of opportunities to get tickets. The ticket system is a bit tedious to say the least. Depending on how many tickets you have. We had about 900 and I think it took us about half an hour. As far as the pizza, it was good. Like really good. The salad bar was good but way overpriced. But the thing that really made me happy was how well they handled the birthday party. We had a single employee assigned to our party. She was awesome. I didnt catch her name unfortunately. She pretty much took care of everything for us. I would recommend a birthday party here for any small child.

Our party host wasnt friendly at all. I saw her more before our guest arrive then throughout the whole party.durning the birthday celebration her energy wasnt there at all.

My review is of the newly renovated version. Don’t know what it was like before. This Chuck E. Cheese location is quite clean and well lit with the large windows that wrap around most of the dining and play areas.Games are all in good functional order. A bit tightly packed together, but it doesn’t get too crazy crowded among the games that small kids will freak out.

We just threw a party for our 4 yo boy in this location and Anna our coordinator went above and beyond. She took care of every detail and made us spent an amazing day. Ask for her on your next birthday party 100% recommended !!

Chuck-E-Cheeses just fun no matter what state you live in

I went there with my two Daughters to have fun and we have a very awful experience. They have no place to sit down! All the tables are mark with reserve signs all over this place the store manager Chris (on the picture) is the most rude, violent, and disrespectful person especially to work with families and little children. Definitely no recommended!

This place has been completely redone & it’s awesome! The pizza was really good and the salad bar was extremely well maintained! Adding USB chargers at each table was brilliant! Staff was very nice!

We did my Daughters birthday party and the service and attention our party got was very poor. Waited 30 minutes once we arrived just to get game cards for the kids and we had reserved the party in advance. There were several other things that were off as well but would take to long to explain. Not a good party experience. I would go back as a family outing but not for another party.

Today, we celebrated my sons 4th Birthday at Chuck e Cheeses in Franklin. Kudos to the lady manager, who assisted us and made sure the birthday boy had a great time. The service was excellent. The foods was yummy. We Will for sure do it again. My Julian,his guests had a blast and us parents enjoyed it too.

Definitely has changed since I was a kid....but....still fun. This location has a good staff and is clean. We had a birthday party for my 6 year old and the party host was engaged with the kids and friendly.

Great place for kids big and small

The cheese filled crust pizza is delicious! My daughter had a blast once again.My only complaint has nothing to do with the business itself. It is with customers that are rude to others because they failed to plan accordingly for a birthday party....ridiculous adults cannot act like adults and behave properly in front of children! So frustrating!

Clean, fun, good for toddlers. Cant beat $7.99 lunch buffet for adults. Easily spend 2 hours here. Play pass cards by time or points is great value. Much nicer and cleaner than I remembered as a kid.

Went for a friends kids birthday party. The kids would probably give it five stars, but seeing as I wasnt the one playing the games, I cant. Pizza was edible, but not much better than a frozen one, and beers were $6 each. Now I know why my parents werent very ecstatic about taking my siblings or myself.

They need a better Chucky for sure. Lack of experience, excitement, and interest. The staff need to communicate more effectively. The birthday packages are great.

Wish they were located near my home, however this is the place where kids can have a great time. The pizza choices are good, and I love the salad bar choices. Place is always clean. I can just let my son go have a great time.

At first it was getting irritating... pizza took forever and seemed to be NO ONE working the floor and one lady upfront wouldnt smile. Maybe part of her culture but still... and then KITTY saved the day! A lady showed up for her shift and took over! The games were filled with tickets, pizzas were delivered left and right and she cleaned tables and smiled while doing it! Thanks to her the day wasnt ruined.... we were about to leave till she shifted the day. She needs a raise or bonus.

It was okay. I was at a birthday party and the server stink and was slow and just acted like she did not want to be there and it was a bummer. I use to love Chuck E Cheese!

Awesome Indoor Entertainment for kids, especially in Extreme climate!

We have had a few of our childrens birthday parties here. Kids like the food and the games. A positive change during the last party is that they give passes to all of the children in the party. The passes are valid for unlimited play for 2 hours from first use of each card. We had some children show up late, so they were able to stay after the party and continue playing. This was much better than trying to figure out how many tokens to buy and having to supplement the party with other tokens.There are games frequently broken here and the same for the ticket munching machines. There is usually a line for people to process their tickets. They need to get away from paper tickets and put them on the passes like a competitor does.

As a parent, good place to entertain the kids. Actually their pizza and food in general is better than I remember growing up. With digital coupons and such, not too expensive either.

It was very clean even the bathroom. been there a couple times now at different times of day. The staff was super friendly and great with children. The food was pizza and salad bar wa agreat.

Had a blast but my only thing are that the prices are over priced . Other than that, pizza was decent and salad bar was ok as well. Would be nice if they had apple juice option in the machines other than sodas for the kids. Juice boxes arnt worth it.

A fun place to take ur kids to my grandson this place

Its a little pricey for a days activity, but now they switched to a system where you can buy time instead of tokens (so you can know the kids will be playing for a pre-set time interval like one hour.) The time card can be paused as well. It can get crowded on the weekend especially since its a popular spot for birthday parties. So its another plus that they are vigilant about security, no chance your kid can wander out and you miss them in the crowd. The staff here are all friendly and patient. Machines (especially the ticket cruncher) jam from time to time but theres enough staff usually to deal with it pretty quickly. No one probably comes here for the food, generic but kid friendly. You can get coupons online to save money like a pizza, drinks and game token package. Theres some pretty good games here even a few fun for adults, and they have beer which is cool tho your options are bud or bud light. All the stereotypes are there and the sort of lower middle class stigma that goes with being in a chuck e cheese, kind of out of place in Brentwood/Franklin, so theres a good mixed crowd, all in all, its not bad especially if its not too crowded. The kids have fun which is what matters most.

I havent been to a C-E-C in about 15 years (aka Show Biz). We did the unlimited pass and my kids loved playing games for an hour. Several games were out of order when we went. The pizza is a lot better than I remember growing up. A good way to spend the morning.

This was not the Chuck e cheese I remember. The place was a zoo (expected) but it also seemed somehow sparse and not fun. The pizza was terrible (unexpected - I have a low bar for pizza. I will eat most any pizza). Everybody working there seemed pretty unmotivated to be there - not faulting them for that probably means the company should make some improvements.

Way over priced!!!!! Save your money- my son was so excited to see Chuck-E and he could of cared less about the kids. I spent $50 for a pizza and two drinks and 1 hourOf play time. Rip off!!
