DUMP. I feel bad that this place has truly went down in their upkeep of the park? Used to actually be a pretty reasonably decent place with hard working residents whom well kept up their mobile homes? Now, iny opinion, it appears that either the caretakers/lot owners do not care about the appearance of this once very affordable and well kept park was. Sad. I know a few of the people living as residents there, and they are hard working great people. This is an issue where the lot owner is to be held accountable.

Good for a trailer park. Land guy was nice.

The place very unkept to much junk on site.

The owner doesnt pay his invoices. Always trying to get something for nothing. Be wary of providing service to him.

Dave has been nothing but helpful and understanding. We bought our home few months ago and he has already gone out of his way anytime we have needed anything.

Nice little Park seems decent enough.

The only reason I like there is because I have one friend that lives there I do not like trailer park at all......../(((((( and dont get me wrong because I lived in a trailer park before when I was a kid but no does not mean that trailer park people are not good its just the people that are in there that make it look bad and the people that stalk and look in your windows thats pretty creepy
