Country view is nothing but corporate greed. I moved out of there in early July, leaving the home in pristine condition which even the property manager agreed. But after more than a month I was told I am not getting back any deposit because they had to spray for bugs which I had already done at my cost. You cant tell me that will cost 675.00 plus an think they are lying to me. If you are reading this and am thinking of renting from countryview, think again. They are nothing but RIP offs full of greed.

Seems to me like a very peaceful community! Looks clean as well.These qualities are extremely hard to find in trailor courts.

This place is terrible. Im glad to be away from there. You couldnt pay me to live there again. The residents are ok. The owners all the way down to maintenance is the worst I have ever seen

So grateful for Mackenzie and Haley, new management is SUBLIME!So many improvements to the community, all homes have been power washed! decks are being stained! Things are looking so much cleaner! Wonderful community events! We had balloon animals,bounce houses, and more at halloween festival! Free thanksgiving food baskets! and now Santa is coming for the Christmas event. Such a wonderful place to live!

This place has really cleaned up. I thought about living here before, but it was a dump. Now the new manager, McKenzie is very caring, goes by the rules and treats everyone fairly. She has done a great job cleaning this place up and I would live here now vs before. She is always doing things for the community like Halloween parties and gave out Thanksgiving baskets and more.

Its somewhere to live... Make sure you understand and follow your lease. If you violate you will probably be fined. It seems like they change management frequently. Weve been here 2.5 years and I think they are on the 4th manager. I do believe management has done a great job cleaning up the community however I also think they should give tenants a little more wiggle room when it comes to personal property outside. If youre considering moving here my best advice is keep your yard and porch completely cleaned up and pay your rent on time and you shouldnt have too many issues.

I love living here and the new management continues to improve the park. Its a nice clean place to live with lots of great changes. Would highly recommend

No one was in the office nor would answer the phone. Its been a week since I tried to call and leave a message still no call back.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had to much happen to even list here. I wouldnt move in here unless you constantly want to struggle with a front office who doesnt care, maintenance that doesnt fix anything, and a separate corporate office in a different state who definitely doesnt care.

Mckenzie has been refreshing! Constantly planning community events and cleaning the place up. I can’t even believe the difference in that last few months!

We moved in in February, and Angie was AMAZING! Understanding, and friendly. We were not informed that management had changed hands until we randomly got a 3 DAY eviction notice, when we werent even a WEEK behind in July. We went into the month with a credit. We let it go to court. Under Angie, they accepted payments, and thus we were not late until the new management came around and RETURNED our rent payment. The new manager cost us a lot more than just our home. We had to completely relocate. The place we settled in was too far from my job, so I had to resign. We lost our home, being close to our friends, our jobs, all because of corporate greed. In addition, the new property manager went out every morning with a piece of paper to write fines for everyone. WE even got fined for OTHER PEOPLES TRASH! Absolute rubbish. If Angie was there, this would be a 5 star review. But alas, this is not the case. If youre looking for a place to call home, they will make it a nightmare for you. Larry, the maintenance man, however, is incredible.

We have lived here 5+ years, since the new management has taken over I have seen so many great things happening including building community I am proud to be a part of.

I love the community and the office lady Angie and Larry the maintenance guy are great. But the pot holes need to be fixed. Like we pay lot rent in this community and they should be using that to better it. I’ve busted a tired and bottomed out on them suckers. I wish I didnt have to give even 1 star. Angie was caring and understanding. We lived there since February and was very happy until we received a 3 day notice to leave. We found out we were not the only ones to receive notice. No one bothered to tell that there was new management. I called to talk to mckenzie. No answer and no call back. Wow...we even had a credit going into July. We should have been given the courtesy of knowing the way had to pay had changed.I personally saw mckenzie walking the park making her notes for finesDo not become desperate enough to move here. But ifiyou do, you will regret it but you also wont understand until you get the nice fines on your door...then it becomes clear.

I have lived her for 4 years. Previous management was great Angie was understaning and would work with you if you ran into hardships. I have to get my furnace fixed, i am responsible for its getting cold at night. I needed 7 more days so i could get heat. Jenny and mckenzie said we cant wait till then. I hope one day your family faces the same situation and you are put out wondering where your kids are going to lay their heads. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy live here. This place dont deserve a single star but a very negative review.just know on doors and 90% of people are looming elsewhere. Wont be long for countyveiw estates.

Some people are a little crazy, but otherwise its nice. Young adults and children are rude and inconsiderate. Angie in the office was absolutely wonderful, but left due to corporate BS. Nice homes, great neighbors!

The rules has change since my mom has lived there and the lady that ran place before the new one was starting to cause people to leave.

Ive been here almost a year & when I first moved in I met with Angie whom was an amazing property manager & I wouldve given this place 5 stars. Since the new manager has taken over I have never been so miserable living somewhere in my entire life. Not only have I been falsely fined after complying within the next day of notice, this is happening to everyone. You call corporate to place your concerns and they dont call you back. When I called her to talk about it, it was literally pure silence on her end and thats if you can get her to pick up the phone. Atleast when Angie was in charge the phone was picked up at any time. I wouldnt recommend living here. ESPECIALLY if you have children as they dont allow you to have toys or anything outside for them to play with, because if you leave one little thing out by accident youll be fined 50 dollars and Im not even overreacting. My friend said she was fined over a neighbors frisbee being left in her yard. Theres even been times where you cant even access the front office during business hours due to a locked unanswered door. There are people whom have been living here for 20 plus years that are wanting to move out.

Boy oh boy I could write a novel about this place but Im not. Rent is way overly priced for how cheaply made the new trailers. The year I moved in rent was $750 plus $45 water fee added which came to be $795 a month. (tht was for a 3brd) For new residents now the current rental rate a month is $850 plus the $45 water fee for a total of $895. That place isnt worth that much money a month for how trashy its becoming. If youre thinking of living there, I would drive throughout the park first to get a glimpse of it. I, myself think its terrible looking.

I love this Community. If you need anything all you do is ask. The Residents are awesome and I love my job as the Property Manager. And My maintenance guy Larry & Part time Cliff Us together run the Property the way its suppose to be ran. With Honesty and Respect. We have a Awesome Boss that owns the Community. Its has changed from the Past owners. We have lots of New Homes 2017. If you need a Country setting Please come to our Community. Have a Blessed Day.

This place is trash the new manager is a idiot and i dont recommend it. People say there is a which or creature in the woods.

Zero stars. the office manager angie will tell all you personal information to everyone and anyone. they will only half fix any problems and will take forever helping when called. they sell and rent trailers that have flipped or have fallen of their truck when they were moved in. causing the frame to twice and refuse to fix it or move them to a new trailer. the office manager plays favorites with residents and will put complaints notices on people doors and not on others with the same conditions.

They should have never gotten rid of angie at least she always answers the phone and doesnt leave the office after sending out letters

Management is amazing and helps with everything. Sweet as can be. The trailers are nice and they are always remodeling which is also a plus. So far great community!

I love here with my mom little brother and my daughter . nice and quiet place . maintenance man very kind so it management. There are problems with drugs but are being taking care of all the time . but yit can be anywhere . been here about 6 months no problems

It is what it is here. Its pretty expensive, never thought renting a trailer would be as much if not more then renting a house! The management has been good though but can be kinda petty and it seems as if they can have favoritism but thats to be expected, over all not a bad place to live!

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Place is full of crack heads, cops all hours of the night, children running the streets. When you go to explain the situation it’s as if nobody cares. Very unkept needs new streets sidewalks updated park and pool is always closed due to maintenance manager gossips like she’s two years old very dirty office the place is a joke not sure how it’s not shut down yet

My son lives in this neighborhood. They love it. Very quiet and everyone I have encountered here has been friendly and helpful.

This place is legitimately disgusting. My friends have found weed, alcohol, and bullets on the playground. Their kids clean up the playground with no appreciation what so ever. People blare music. The place is CONSTANTLY being raided. They find reasons not to give you your deposit back when you move. Horrible disrespectful Manager who has denied access to the corporate office.

Big community.

It is a typical trailer park. It is right next to the Johnson County Jail and on certain mornings you can here them practice firing down their shooting range. So you may wake up to gunfire, but you eventually get used to it. It is also conveniently located by the Johnson Memorial Hospital and see Custer Baker Intermediate School. With a couple gas stations and several food joints within walking distance it is not too shabby for a place to live.

Ive never had any problems living here....its not to bad, only thing i dont like is so close to a lot of people but on the other hand the kids have lots of friends they can play with anytime!

This mobile home park is the armpit of Franklin. The place is crawling with drug dealers. Right after I moved in there was a huge drug bust in the mobile home park with multiple arrest. The management gossips about other renters and there private bussiness and she can be very rude and disrespectful. People in this park are very unfriendly as well. Im so very happy that Im not living in this place anymore!

Been here a bit over a year now. Mgmt and maintenance are pleasant and helpful. Only complaint are residents who have no regard for stop signs and speed a danger for kids and pets alike.
