Music City Archery is a great place to learn archery. The family who owns and runs the place is super nice and really great with kids. My 11 year old daughter has been taking lessons for over a year now and competed in a couple of competitions. She really enjoys her lessons, the instructors, Charlie the dog, and meeting other kids of different ages. I highly recommend Music City Archery.

I dont do many reviews, but when folks at a business are this nice, its worth sharing. Today was my first time going to an archery range. I felt like a fish out of water when I walked in with my 11 year-old son. However, within just a few minutes they had me feeling welcome, confident that I knew what I was doing and having a great time. Thank you for providing a great experience for me and my son while spending some quality time together. We really had a great time.

I would say that its actually even better than it looks on the website. They almost didnt even mention that they also have an outdoor range, which I think is super cool. I just went there today with my girlfriend for a private lesson (we both have no experience). They were really nice and informative. Dalton showed us how to shoot with proper technique and we were both shooting really well by the end of the hour.

Awesome experience! This was my first time ever attempting archery and the class was extremely effective. The instructors were nice and very knowledgeable. Even though I’m a beginner, there were also professionals right next to you training and that was so cool to watch. Can’t wait to come back and practice!

You’ll not find a better place in middle Tennessee for archery than Music City Archery in Franklin. That said, the only thing better than the this place is the family that owns it. They are VERY knowledgeable, profession, friendly, helpful at their great environment. Whether you are solo, a couple, or having a family, this archery center is just a whole a lot of fun. They offer lessons to improve your game. I couldn’t recommend Music City Archery enough. Great place for fun.

I had my first lesson last week and i enjoyed the one on one with my instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me great pointers. I can’t wait to have next lesson.

My husband and I drive our son from Alabama (3 hrs one way) for coaching with Jeff, that’s how much we like MCA and the services they offer. We’ve seen a huge improvement in 6 months that I know otherwise wouldn’t have happened without coaching from someone who understands Recurve. Jeff, Theresa, Jessica and Dalton are all knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! I can’t say enough about the level of coaching and archery services you get with Music City Archery!

I have only had two lessons so far, both with Jessica, but they were a great experience and I have been learning a lot. Private lessons are extremely affordable and have been a safe option to learn a new skill during quarantine. Highly recommend MCA.

I was very impressed by Music City Archery. As a former athlete I understand the importance of learning correct form to avoid injury, muscle imbalances, and having to relearn skills and un-do bad habits. The staff teach and review all the details of proper form again and again to give the kids a solid foundation. They also really care about creating a positive learning environment and the children themselves. If we are able to start archery practice again it will definitely be at Music City Archery.

Heated and cooled indoor range is second to none. Family business that also is family friendly. There is also programs and instruction for all ages and experiences levels with Certified coaching staff at all times. Amazingly welcoming and friendly to this novice shooter. In a sport where you can spend loads of time and money on a finely tuned rig, my cheap sporting goods store bow wasnt looked down on one bit. They were just happy that I was participating in the sport they have so much passion for! I have been shooting at league night for the past couple of months and its a fantastic time!

Last Christmas my kids gave me a bow. I am pretty tall and the bow that they gave me didnt fit me at all. I needed help and I found MCA with a Google search. If you want individual attention from people that really care, this is your source for everything archery. Jeff and Theresa are both shooters and they service and teach from the heart and with passion. They treat you like one of the family and youll NEVER get the same service from a big box store. If you need anything associated with archery, you wont need to go anywhere else.

We had such a wonderful experience in the 2 years we spent at this archery club. The family owned business is very attentive and always goes above and beyond for you and its very refreshing to have such personal service. The coaches are very kind and encouraging. My daughter made many friendships there and we will truly miss everyone there!

We loved Music city archery! We havent been for a bit bc we moved further away but we used to go every so often and everyone there is so nice! They really work with the kids and are very knowledgeable! The kids loved the fun shoots! :)

The staff are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their Pro Shop is wonderful, carrying many quality and sought after items. I feel welcome, and part of a family when I shoot league there too.

Fun concept but there were entirely too many people signed up at one time. You had to team up and swap with a partner but then youll still had to share targets with other teams. It was a small space as well so you very crammed in. Because the swapping was done poorly as well, you didnt get to shoot very many times which was disappointing.Also needed more instructor aid. For the 1st 2 rounds my group had to just do our own thing and try to figure out our stance because the 2 instructors were helping 1 of the other 25 people. I ended up with a huge bruise because I was apparently holding the bow wrong for 30 minutes. I just think that would have been noticed in a smaller group.. as it should.Last the building is pretty hard to find due to poor signage. Personally, I wouldnt go back or recommend it. Thankfully we had a coupon and only paid 10 dollars. I would have asked for a refund if I had paid any more.

This place is family run and will make you feel like part of the family as soon as you enter their place. I started taking archery lessons at Music City Archery a year ago and have learned how to shoot a bow in a friendly, professional environment. I enjoy the staff and look forward to the time I spend there.

The folks here are super friendly. We were a group of 5 novices and we rented lanes and bows for an hour. They took the time to show us how to safely use the equipment and then gave us pointers throughout our round.

I was looking for a different place near Nashville other than the archery den to tune my compound bow. It was a great experience! Jeff and Scotty did a great job and were fun to do business with. They have amazing customer service and do a great job and take the time to do things right! My bow was shooting much better and very tight groups after the tuning!! I definitely will be back!

Our six year old daughter started out with Music City Archery before they moved to their Franklin location and it has been a great experience. Jeff and Teresa are so involved with the archers and very knowledgeable. Their new location is very nice and they have even more inventory available. Highly recommend for all ages.

I have been shooting archery for 30 yrs. And I have to say that not only are these people extremely nice but professional! Not much of a hunting store. They are more of a competition store. With that said, if you want fine tuning done to your bow, I would HIGHLY suggest you go here! They fixed things here that another archery store here in Franklin couldnt figure out. Not even on their own brand. Thanks to Music City Archery my bow has never shot better!

Music City Archery should definitely be on your to-do list while visiting Nashville. If youre interested in archery or have ever wanted to learn more about it Id advise you to stop in for a quick lesson. The staff is great - very knowledgeable. Cant wait to go see them again.

I had a great time at the day class with these friendly folks. I emailed Theresa with a question right before the class and she responded with a lightning-fast phone call to answer my question. I went from never having touched a bow to a good degree of comfort. I learned so much in an hour. Ill definitely be back!

I have always hunted with a crossbow due to a shoulder injury. This year I decided to take on the challenge of hunting with a compound bow. I bought a used Martin compound from a friend and had Dickson Sporting Goods set it up for me. I just became very comfortable at 30 yards when my string broke. Music City Archery was listed online as the local dealer for Martin bows. Jeff, the owner, told me that the bow would be ready in less than a week and I would get a call when it was done. Two weeks later I had to call him and he sounded surprised when I told him that I was ready to get the bow. I went through a mess with him using the wrong parts, ordering the wrong string(size and color) and simply not understanding my bow. The owners young son was able to put the bow back together and in my eyes was a better bow tech than the owner. Now the bow is too short of a draw, they changed my let off and I cant comfortably shoot it anymore. I recommend going to the Archery Den or Dickson Sporting Goods if you are looking for a professional bow tech.

Theyve been very patient with all my questions and have gone out of their way to help me improve my technique and find and tune the right equipment. Cant recommend them enough.

The staff here is very helpful,I took my son in they helped us pick out a bow got it set up and with in 30 minutes had a 14 year old that had never shot a compound bow hitting the bulls eye at 20yds. Thanks to everyone that helped and we will be back.

Having not shot my bow in 2 years I came in for a tune up and refresher. The owner and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through my options (cheap and expensive) and guided me to the parts that best suited me.

We have been going to Music City Archery since July of 2014, and we love it! The staff is very kind and knowledgable when they teach our child. We recently had a birthday party there with 8 kids and all of them really enjoyed it, and a few have said they want to start archery also!!! I like that it is a family owned and operated facility.
