Clean park with a beautiful view. I would have given it five stars, but instead I gave it three because it’s not safe for kids. There is no barrier by the water, except for a chain link. It could be dangerous for young kids, they can easily fall into the water.

Peaceful, quiet area to relax, walk, run, bike and picnic. Perfect for anyone seeking solice. There are a few public tables and sitting benches that have not been restricted. If you have your own non motorized watercraft, there are several areas to safely launch them.

This park was really fun to play at and enjoy over our weekend. The pickle ball courts were perfect for our needs and we were able to play together using the facilities. Theres a skate park attached in the surrounding area where lots of kids were skating on scooters and skateboards. There were lots of dogs and people walking up and down the trail along the water. It is so picturesque at any time of the day but especially during sunset. This place was great!

Beautiful on a sunny day looking at the paddle boats and birds flying overhead. Parking can be hard to find. Nice walk around the park.

My most favorite park in the Bay area. Clean. I love the lake, so blue. The atmosphere is so relaxing.

As always, a great place to walk or spend sometime with friends and family.

A perfect place for a lunch and a beer next to water, unfortunately foster city administration thinks different. No food places within a mile.

It was beautiful and peaceful. I love everything about it - the blue waters, the rose bushes around the park, the white and blue houses in the backdrop. Theres lots of places to sit. There are some picnic tables and a small ampitheater.

Love this park! Big, grassy, lots of large shade trees, next to large man-made lake. Great for picnics, walks, and a fun time in the sun!

This is a nice park, good natural beauty, only thing which I think is missing here is play area for kids. But overall park is good for Jogg, walk, picnic & rest.

Do they dye the water seemed that way but it was a good place 6 ft distance and was able to get in the water and have a good time.

This is a beautiful place to visit. Its a great place for picnics. The weather is usually very nice. There are tennis courts. You can also rent things like boats kayaks and paddleboards nearby. There are plenty of geese and ducks to see. You can have fun walking skating or riding your bike on the nice paths there. Check the clubhouse there for the many activities available. They even have concerts and carnivals... also, their Fourth of July fireworks night is a cant miss! A great place to be! :-)

Real cool place with wonderful atmosphere at Foster city Lakesides park.I had been there with family and saw many other families also.Saw happy people all around with pets too.A gr8 location for anytime visit.Envy those living beside this awesome place.

I really like it.

Its a pleasant place, but many people werent wearing masks nor practicing social distancing.

The sidewalks are smooth and great for kids and adults to ride their wheels of choice. Dont forget to wear your helmets and protective pads!

Im from San Francisco and it was hot out there. Nice park nonetheless.

A nice park for 4th of July. Real nice fireworks. Lots of boats. Others days, take your lunch break here and see the birds. The City staff keep the park real nice and clean. I even like the roses. I wish they had some restaurants around the water. Good place to walk, run and paddle.

Its a small town neighborhood park, centered around a small lagoon in Foster City, which has many other lagoons, and small islands. It also has many benches to relax, and a gazebo just inside the lagoon. Its nice considering the main thoroughfare in town is on the other side and you can hear the cars mostly either going into San Mateo, or going on the bridge to Hayward.

Lovely boardwalk stroll with tranquil views in the heart of Foster City. Tree shaded picnic spaces as well as outdoor amphitheatre for concerts in the park. Boat and Kayak rental available to public to connect with bay beauty.

This place is the modern future for medical urgent care, I think it’s good idea have such place like this, I am sure the emergency is very pleased with less patients to care for, give the staffs a chance to care for their patient in the timely manner not overwhelmed with patients lign on the gurney in the hallway waiting to be seen any more. Hopefully that will be the plan for the future.

I really enjoyed it here. The park is really clean. There was a nice, cool breeze. This lake is beautiful.

Great place for talking walks with great view of the water and landscape. Area where you can rent kayaks. Theres also a bocce ball courts, tennis courts, tennis wall, basketball court. There are picnic tables and chairs. Shady lawn area to lay a blanket on. Place is very clean and safe.

Good place to sit around and relax or go for a short run. Not sure the crowd on a weekend, but during a weekday it was pretty empty with lots of parking and sitting areas. It can get a little breezy though, so a jacket would be good. Some bird life which included ducks and american coots.

Beautiful park with tons of amenities! Great for a run or a family picnic. They also have tons of events like food trucks, blood drives, etc.

Awesome views of the water, geese and ducks. Also has a gazebo with benches for shade, picnic tables, tennis courts, a rec center, and a separate rec center called the Vibe for teens with a skate park and basketball area. Theres also a place to rent boats, paddleboards, kayaks, etc if you want to explore on the water.

Tranquility and beauty. Great for a walk and the view is so worth it. Not a playground, though plenty of grass. More like going for a stroll. Some kids ride their bikes. Well kept and clean.

Lovely park with sitting benches, washroom, tennis court, library and a lake. Generally very well designed park with interesting monuments. I specifically loved the three girls on a log monument!

This place is good for walking, jogging, mothers with infants can safely use stollers, prams for walking .Scenic beauty of green landscaping and lake view makes this park popular amongst everyone.

Very nice park however, IT IS NOT GOOD FOR WATCHING SUNSETS DUE TO HIGH RISE BUILDINGS. (That was our purpose of going there. This was #1 place when I googled Best place to watch a sunset near me.)

Love this park. Very relaxing, quite and calm. Clean, pet friendly and also has a lagoon. I love coming here for like a picnic or just to watch sunsets. Has a boat ride service I believe, has toilets too.

Nicely maintained Foster City park, water front, plenty of lawn and shade for picnics, rental boats, kayaks, water sports. Also next to tennis courts, skate park, basketball courts, senior center, small amphitheater, includes a short wharf with a large serene gazebo jutting out into the water. Home to city wide events and where the popular city-sponsored fireworks launch from every 4th of July.

The park was amazing and the water was very clear. also did some kayaking ! I wonder how is it living in the houses which face directly towards the water! in fact the water body is the continuation of the ocean!!!I roamed around the city too and everyone who owned houses on the banks had a boat in the backyard and some in the water itself. had a very European feel to it. bay area doesnt stop to amaze me. may be the best city for me so far in bay area and prolly one of the cleanest parks I have been to.p.s I am 28 year old guy who is a gamer too. but no matter where I go everyone is playing pokemon go. nobody pays attention to the beauty of the place. people engrossed in phones all the time everywhere.no offence intended. just sharing my observation.

A fantastic pickleball venue. A great mix of players, and the courts are spectacular. The winds pick up after noon, but calm down in the evening. Definitely worth swinging by for a game.

Its a nice park. Great place to meet other parents so kids can play and parents can chat while easily watching kids. The events that are the are usually really nice and very enjoyable.

I really enjoy the classes offered. The staff is very helpful too. Beautiful views also.

A quiet park by the lake. Popular things to do include kayaking and boating on the lake. Kayaks are available for rent. Checkout for music events in the park. Also it hosts one of the best fireworks in Bay area.

Absolutely beautiful waterfront park that is safe and clean

Great place for wedding photos, taking pictures, or spending time with family. There is a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the lagoon that provides nice shade in the summer. Otherwise, one should explore the amphitheatre and the trees and nature behind it.

Love the view, the events that are organized here. The hidden gem : a boat/kayak rental place. Every weekend there is something to do. And every Wednesday there are food trucks!!

Very clean, blue sky and waters, green colors everywhere, beautiful houses across the lagoon, active flock of birds, men playing toy sailboats, one of the best parks I have ever been too.

Had a great day here. Very relaxing and calming. Quite place to just go for a walk or just have a picnic. There are benches and tables for that. Clean, has toilet facilities too.
