Love this place - caught a few smallmouth here too

There isnt much around the park since its a new park and the trees have not mature yet. Its mainly an open field with a sidewalk around a large manmade pond. It used to be a nice and safe place to walk the dog. Unfortunately, the nice aspect of it has been reduced significantly as more people make a habit of not cleaning up after their dog. Its especially sad since there are dog poop bag and containers every 100 feet or so. I really hope that people would wake up and have pride where they live, and not destroy something out in place for them to enjoy and share with others.

Its very relaxing there. We waited on a bench for the bus and my daughter just loved running around and looking at the water. There were people fishing, walking dogs and jogging around. I would return if I can get a place in the area.

Love this little area! Its nice to find a small bit of nature so close to home. If the clouds are right, you can catch a nice sunset over the water. They also have pet waste bags and garbage stations for those of us that forget to grab our bags.

Love this park. Except it’s not a park. Nice large pond, several ducks, 4-5 benches surrounding and facing the pond, wide walkways, well lit at night, nice little walk for after dinner.

I love walking these trails. Everything is beautifully landscaped and the trails connect to other parks in our area. I would like to note that this is more of a green trail than park. Nonetheless, still beautiful and a great spot to spend with family.

A great little escape in the middle of town - a place of my own (and at least 1,000 other people living in surrounding apartments, but youd never know) - its just peaceful. A great lunch hour escape near the walk path by a pond.

This is just a great park (and area) to spend time with your family. Plus, they have a variety of activities throughout the year. Some of these activities are Egg hunt, Holiday at the Park, and Food Truck Fridays!

We like to go to this park to exercise, but the grounds arent being kept clean by the patrons /animal waste, the trash cams are full, and the trash from the surrounding construction areas blowing in or by the pond is disappointing. Its a beautiful location, it just needs to be maintained properly.
