Good to be back at this theatre. Theyve kept up with covid standards as most places MUST do to stay in business. I enjoy and have always enjoyed the movie going experience. Now that less ppl are going to see films, for a man like me, its AWESOME. Feels as if i have my own personal theatre. No more extra food or nachos or anything not needed to enjoy the film. They have a nice movie theater. There popcorn and drinks are really good. Great prices for food, games and movie tickets. Great customer service, the theater is quiet and clean. Youll always have a great experience at regal cinemas.

Nice theater great reclining chairs that have plenty of space so no one kicking the back of your chair. Pretty empty when we went at 400pm on a Saturday. Cant help but wonder if people still think they are closed

Good food but there was one time while I was watching the movie and the screen got messed up. The movie had no sound but no one came to tell us what happened. We all had to sit there n wait until we realized no one is gonna do anything but us going out and ask for a refund. But good food so i give 4 stars

The worst theater experience in my 58yrs on this planet. Switching from one theater to another because no one esnted to do their jobs. Employees lounging around as if nothing was wrong. We were a group of 8, you would think they wanted our patronage and money. But no, they just kept telling to to move from one theater to another. Manager never showed her face. Horrible!!!And Ive been to Regal theaters in Brooklyn, NY and have never experiencedsuch service. Visiting in Fort Worth, Texas, not very nice. At least our money was refunded.

I come here a lot as a big movie buff. I never have any issues, the place is clean and well kept. Staff is pretty groovy.

My kids and I went to a movie today. Ordered a large popcorn as usual. My daughter for over a decade always gets a large popcorn and takes the refill home and eats it watching shows.Well, we bought the popcorn and after the movie we were told no refills due to COVID. I informed the young lady that it isn’t posted anywhere and I was not told this at time of purchase. I then asked for a new bucket. She said no, the buckets are expensive and if she sold me the popcorn she would have told me.Needless to say it was an expensive bucket of popcorn for them. We will not be visiting this theatre again due to careless customer curtesy and price gouging.

It was nice to go to the movies again! Its a good theater with reclining seats and distanced seating.

They decided to start charging for their unlimited plan without any notification that they were going to do so after 6 months and have refused a refund even though we haven’t been there since COVID started. Disputing the charge and will never return.

Movie theater closest to my place.I like their half priced twilight shows and generally go to those.Cleaning staff is always present, and i see them constantly cleaning the floor ...I find few screens much darker than others, especially #6. This is why i took 1 star out.Staff is courteous, and always smile and greet you.I like the recliner seats they have, pretty spacious for someone like me who keeping moving every 10 mins while watching movie.I like REGAL, rewards system as well. So, once in a while I enjoy freebie popcorn and soda.

I enjoy the comfortable seating. I love how I can kick my feet up and enjoy a great movie, plus the popcorn is just right. I always add extra butter in the middle. The service is not so bad.

I went with my family to watch Marvel Girl and I loved the superior seats and very clean restrooms and whole building. Also very good customer service.

Service was pleasant and friendly. It was easy to get online. Tickets were fair price.

They keep it clean and the staff are courteous. The movies are on time and usually the temperature is comfortable. The last time we were there, on Christmas day, the theater was way too warm.

The best reclining seats! I recently went to a different theatre and was shocked at how little the seats seemed to recline. These were plush and super comfortable, allowing you to recline fully. Another bonus is the deep rows. Even with the chairs fully reclined you are able to walk by other moviegoers easily, so you dont have to climb over other people to get out. This is my go-to theatre!

My boyfriends truck was stolen in this facility Regal Fossil Creek yesterday 11/12/19 around 7:45-9:50 pm. When asked about footage we were told there was no footage showing anything. We weren’t shown the footage just told. I understand it is the not the theaters fault for a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali to be stolen BUT how is it that they don’t have cameras covering parking lots? They have a patrol car too and yet no one saw anything?! How are people supposed to feel safe in leaving their cars in the parking lot and not have the same thing happen to them? Be aware! The cameras do not cover the parking lots and your car can be stolen with no one seeing anything.

Great seats and space. Dont do 3d not everything in focus, regular better. Last time I did 3d was transforms awesome, but now 3d sucks. Maybe glasses .but Im done with 3d. Clean theater too.

The best reclining seats in Ft Worth! The concession stand has just about everything you could ask for at a movie theater! They show all the GOOD latest releases. The workers are very polite and friendly in spite of the crowded weekend lines they don’t rush you but they move quick :) love this theater always clean, never pricey and it’s like two minutes from my house! Thumbs all the way up! Great management keep it up!!

Some improvements should be made, such as privacy barriers between the urinals. Also today in the mens restroom they were out of paper towels and the hand dryer wasnt working. Other than these things fossil creek is a great place to see a movie. Ive been many times over the years.

Use to love this theater. Came for a movie last Saturday and one of the seats was broken. They couldn’t fix it and didn’t seem to care that I would have to sit on a laying down seat the entire time.The people behind us had a bag of food, McDonalds! How in the heck did they get that in! The little girl was throwing fries, the older man was eating a burger, the other little girl was running up and down the stairs, the lady opened a can of Pringle’s. I was livid. It was crazy! We left and complained to the manager. Got future tickets, but it doesn’t make up for the sad look on my kid’s faces. They were so excited to see the movie, but the environment was absolutely horrible. We enjoyed our popcorn and drinks on the way home. We won’t return, Alamo draft house is way better!

Regal is a pretty good movie theater. I usually go to AMC but this theater was closer. I went for a matinee with my brothers to go see Avengers: Endgame. You get your tickets before you walk in the building, which is nice. We went to go get snacks and there wasnt anyone out there to serve us. Finally, an employee came and took our order as well as handled our tickets and directed us to the auditorium. I think staff was low just because it was early afternoon, the employees customer service was nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. The auditorium was comfortable. The temperature, the seats, even the volume. I loved how the chairs reclined. The theater is also wheelchair accesible and has designated wheelchair seating. Overall, I liked my experience and I plan on going back.

Great place to see a movie.I love popcorn and a cold drink. They have free refills on cold drinks and popcorn.Everything is clean and the A/C is cold. Seat are very comfortable.

This place has great food and drink prices. If you go i highly recommend you ask for Makenzie as your waitress. I went in there for lunch with my co workers and she took great care of us.

Im very hard of hearing. I rely on closed captioning at home. When I asked if they had a closed captioning device, they provided me with these amazing glasses that actually showed the closed captioning on the screen! It made a huge difference! Especially with the British accents. Regal Fossil Creek will now be my theater of choice!

Beautifully renovated. Seating is spacious and comfortable. Screens and soundings are excellent.

The late shows are the ones 2 catch because there is plenty of good seats 2 choose from.

Seats are great but last time I was there they had the sound cut off on the previews and hell thats half the fun of going to the movies I think they oughta make it right and give me two free passes since I paid for my son and I to watch a movie and the previews as well

The regular popcorn taste like cheese popcorn if it wasnt it still was horrible.

Had the choice of Regal or Cinemark (same distance, opposite directions) I drove 15 miles for a late showing of a new release. Checked their website and all was well. When I got to the theater, I was told they were not showing the new release today because they were having projection issues. I wish their website reflected that, since online purchases were still available. At that point, it was too late for the other movie theater.. plans ruined. On to Plan B.....

I love everything here but I wish they were faster at the concession stand. It would also be faster if they asked every person that orders hot food to pick it up in the back instead of holding the line up. I missed most of the previews because of the wait and barely got settled before the movie started. I was 30 minutes early to my movie. This has been the situation the last 3 visits.

Just ok. Overpriced for the comfort level of the seating, the location and the lackluster experience. Recliner seating, but have to share an armrest with stranger. Popcorn was also...just ok.

It was serviceable but the seats arent as nice as I am accustomed to in other theatres with a similar billing.

By far the worst theater around. Its overpriced. 7.99 for adult matinee and 7.69 for kids. This theater has upgraded there seats is about the only nice thing they have. Get to the movies with my wife and my 4 and 2 year old. Which 2 year old is free and its wednesday st 11:30. The guy behind the counter says if my 2 year old wants his own seat it will be 7.69 for him. We are now in the movies and we have the whole theater to us. Very out of date theater. I would highly suggest bypassing this exit and going to the AMC heated recliners for a matinee thats only 5 dollars. Only reason we came here is because I was given a gift card of 25 dollars.

Just Pray you arent injured here. I was injured here over a decade ago and Im literally crippled now. Horrible place and a death trap. I wouldnt step foot in there again. Do NOT go here. They cut corners fixing things and their customers suffer! No, this is not a joke. Cant say I didnt warn you.

The first time I ever came here I was excited that a movie theatre like this existed. As the first regal I went to was in Hawaii. But a few years later. It’s gotten really dirty and not kept up. Clean clean cleaning needs to happen. Thank you for the military discount. But I have chosen to not return until it gets cleaner and the worn out seats change. Let me know if this happens.

I love going to this movie theater with family and friends. Today I went with my wife and were approached by two teenagers asking for money for the arcade games. After I politely informed them that I couldnt spare any; they both kept staring at me in a threatening manner. They kept a uncomfortably close distance from my wife and I. I love coming to this theater due to the cleanliness and great customer service but today I felt unsafe. Please do something about the harrassment and solicitation in your theater. Thank you.

Always like seeing the movies here. Staff are nice and friendly. Theaters are clean prior to movies as patrons are the ones that leave a theater messy cause people are too damn lazy to pick up after themself. Sad but true and if you disageee, youre probably someone that believes others should pick up after you. All in all, great place though.

Stopped in here to see Star wars and the seats were amazing and the food was good. And several seats look like they were taken but theater was fairly empty.

Small soda costs $6.59 and every single trash can is overflowing. The only reason we came was because we had free tickets we could only use here. We definitely wouldn’t ever pay to come back.

A very nice theater conveniently located near several restaurants. The seats were comfortable and the food and drink offering were excellent. Although I didnt partake, I did notice they offered alcoholic beverages including wine. The staff was friendly, however the cleanliness of the entire building was lacking to some degree. Other than that it was and enjoyable time.

This is the movie theater we always go to, its a little further from home, but worth it compared to the AMC in Lake Worth. The place is always clean, and staff is friendly. Ive grown accustomed to the recline chairs. Overall this place is great.

All the mens sinks spray horizontal, miss the basin and over the counter. I got soaked right before my movie just trying to wash my hands. Ive never had this happen anywhere! Everything else was fine but it totally ruined my experience.

I have been to the rave movie theater for years now because I have not found another theater that is quite as comfortable. That is, until this past Sunday.The lounge chairs were amazing for me. If youre on the taller side, like my 66 husband, it may not be as comfortable. The head rests do not support your head so you end up basically having to lay your head down just for support. And then, you cant see the screen. That was my major complaint.Everything here is a bit more over priced than a usual movie theater.The do have cups that you can fill up with jalapenos though and that I did enjoy! Love me some spice.

The seats are great. So if your looking for a comfy and assigned seating this is a good place. However do not bye a glass of wine. You know those glasses you get on planes? You get one of those with it ALMOST half way filled for 8.99. Buy soda or beer. Also if you are handicapped the seating is on the second floor. It doesnt make sense but they do have an elevator.

Mens rooms are always disgusting. No dividers between urinals, fluids all over the floors, paper towel dispensers usually empty. 30 - 40 minutes of commercials running after the scheduled start time of the feature. Will never go back there.

Went here with my wife to watch Rocketman and was very impressed with the seats. First time to this cinema and just cant get over the fact that are very comfortable recliners. Almost fell asleep in mine. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed thie theater because you dont have to worry about someone stepping on your feet and the chairs are comfortable. The only thimg that I have a problem with is trying toget out of the chair with the table connected to the chair . It would help if the table could be disconnected when you are trying to get up out of the chair.

Ive been here plenty of times but I dont know what happened to there popcorn combos i used to get a lg bucket and 2 lg drinks for a decent price now they dont have that anymore also the crew there is very slow ( like no one know what was going on at the counter ) But I guess ill have to go to their competitors for the combos and better service

The recliner chairs and distance from my home make me incredibly biased towards this theater. Have grown up going here and am always excited to go to the next showing. Its not the fanciest most beautiful theater but I just want a comfortable viewing experience. I have regal rewards and am able to enjoy a free small popcorn and drink from time to time as well as a 2D film. My only true complaint would be the lack of less commercialized films, that other farther and less comfortable theaters provide. Its just a bummer when I have to plan a 30 mile drive to see more artistic films.

It has great leather reclining seats and has never been crowded. However it seems they operate at a minimal staff level so concessions are slow, not fully open and the theaters are not fully cleaned between shows.

Bathroom was out of soap and we were there at 1pm. The concession area in the back by the theater entrance was closed, but the counters had grease on them; they had not been cleaned since the day before. The recliner seats are okay, but other than that theater chains have superior quality.Enjoyed the Fathom special event.

Great theater, nice sound and film quality. The staff is very nice and friendly. I love that all the seats recline. I’m not going to dock points for this but the front row is unusable. I honestly don’t know why they put seats so close to the screen but you can’t see anything. If they’re sold out except for the front row, go to a later showing.

It was a lot more expensive than I remember a few years ago but it has been upgraded and a great experience. I will be back

First time here. Me and my husband were the only ones in there until 1 other guest arrived. That guest then farted our entire movie ruining the experience for us there. Comfy chairs tho.

Good little theatre. Always seem to have a showtime thats more convenient than others. Doesnt look very nice or new, but inside the Theatres they have recliners. And theyve always been clean.

Usually we like this theater. This is the second time in the last couple of weeks we’ve been here and the theater is filthy. Food everywhere, trash everywhere, just no care whatsoever in the cleaning of the theater. Today, there wasn’t anyone even checking tickets at the entrance. Anyone could just walk right, not safe at all...

Movie was good, snack bar has little to be desired, no Tomatoes for Burgers, and Soft Pretzels but no Pretzel bites. After you order food you go around the corner where no employees work and wait. Wasted wine bar and space!

I dont really like this movie theater. Its pretty small and the food is WAAYYY too expensive. I got a small drink for about 6 dollars! I dont know but this place is really small. The theaters are also small. I wouldnt really recommend this place. I usually would go to the movie theater in alliance town square. I hope this helped!

Went for Avengers Endgame. I love the chairs in this place. The only downer was the limited amount of butter I was allowed on my large popcorn. Im aware there were a lot of movie patrons that evening so Im ok with sharing the butter I guess.

Got to take my grown children and grandson to Toy Story. Great flick. Good time.
