I have been living here for a couple of years and I definitely believe things have improved from when I first moved here. The streets are tidy and there usually isnt any disturbances from other people in the community. Management is nice as well. I have also seen people complaining about the gate a couple years ago, but that usually only happens from people running their cars into the gate. Just because its big doesnt mean its indestructible.

Should be negative 5, again lot 29 gets away with getting their vehicles dropped after they fought with tow truck driver and police told them to drop it. The park managers cant do their jobs they should be fired. Most places would evict their tenants after police show up more than once but this park dont care as long as they get their money on the first and they collect a check for doing nothing every 2 weeks.

Ive been living here for years and Ive enjoyed it so far. Management before used to be relatively neglectful in dealing with tenants, however, now the new management is much better and actually adequate when it comes to fixing things and completing tasks. There have been times where my kids usually break something and management is quick to help, we love it here.

Also seen some people complaining that their cars have gotten towed because the managers make money off it or something when they dont?? Thats not how it works sweetie, maybe you should learn how to park in your driveway . Anyways, the community is nice as well (some of yall though.. yikes). I have some lovely friends here. Another thing i saw was that the gate is broken all the time.. maybe yall should learn how to not ram into it

Been living here a few years now, the only downside I can think of is the Gate always seems to be broken, but that’s because people keep ramming their cars into it ️Management is pretty swaggin, the grass is nice and my children love grazing in the yard. ️

I wonder how much money they make offf the tows they set different rules everyday you pay for a home but live like its apartment living and if there is visitors parking why should you still need a visitors pass they say for safety but the gates are always broke

***Buyer beware***Worse possible place to live, I dont recommend this place even to a dog. The light poles where out for the longest time before finally being fixed it took one year. Bunch of druggies live here. Two break ins, one of which the owner was in critical condition and nearly died after being shot, one house got shot up. The Gates and cameras do not work. The management constantly lies about information. Some of the tenants are wonderful people then you have some very sketchy individuals as well. The pool has not been open since last year, when individuals from the apartment beside Forest Glen messed up the pool. My thought is they do not want to clean it.

Management doesnt not follow their end of the contract. They also feel like it is okay to get rid of your personal property, on your lot, that you PAY for. Then when you ask why, they say its not your lot. I have talked to Fort worth police department. They said I have the grounds to either talk to an attorney, which we are, or take the management company to civil court. Id like to say if yourey thinking about moving to Forest Glen, dont.

I’ve been living here two years!! My first bad experience was buying a brand new home..that had no air conditioner!!!! I had to call corporate and threaten about my attorney!! They got me one within a week! They have signs about towing since I moved in!! Which the office told me they don’t actually tow!! They only tow if it’s been sitting up for a long time and unregistered or if it’s in the way of bringing in a new home!!! I said makes sense!! So less than a month ago MY CAR WAS TOWED!! I pay my rent before time every month! I’m a great quiet neighbor don’t bother anyone!!it was towed right at rent time at 1 am!!! I missed work!!! Even after getting my car out they didn’t have the parking stickers available for longer than a week!! Which put me at another risk for getting towed again! They ask don’t park on street!!! Ok!! THERE ARE NO VISITORS PARKING!! Sometimes my family comes over to watch my kids! If u put notices on door do you consider some people here are gone for weeks and mths at a time for work and come back to no car!!!!! I feel corporate needs to reimburse me my money!!!!not right! This isn’t an apartment complex!!! And they are treating it as such! And why does rent keep going up!! Big dogs running around! Loud music!! Random people walking through here! Gates don’t work! WATERS ALWAYS GETTING SHUT OFF NO NOTICE

Is the worst place to live, they raise the rent every time they want because they say they want improvement the community and since I move 5 years ago they dont fix anything. street are the worst holes everywhere, the pool is the nastiest I ever see in my life and they make the worst stupid rules,they tow you car because you park on the street even went you got your sticker, the shut the water any time they want whit out the notice a t the people work at the office is most incompetent, rude e ignorant so if you thinking to move here DONT DOIT.

Place smell bad most of the time. When it rains it has bad drainage. Pool most of the time is dirty. Parks barely have any grass.

They send out notices about parking on the streets, but do not want to have visitor parking available. They say the visitor parking is the few spots in front of the office for the ENTIRE community. ThePool was not open at all, all summer 2018. Raised rent again, $50/mo. They said it was for the basketball court they built. I rarely see people from our community at it. We had a basketball goal by our driveway before they decided to even build the one by the park. My rental agreement states if there is not a community built basketball court, residents may have their own. With approval of management. One of the managements before the newest one said it was ok to have. Without notice, the new management decided to take ours and throw it away. The office agent said we had no say because we dont own the property. This place really sucks.

They issue you stickers for your car so you dont get towed but still tow you when you have one because youre not allowed to park in the street, even if you own 3 cars. Tons of people park in the street, with or without stickers and they dont get towed. The management picks and chooses when they enforce rules(as ridiculous as they are). They are going to get sued by all the people they have screwed soon, the paperwork is already in order. And they just raised our lot rent from $420 to $470. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Dont move in if disabled, handicap, etc much less single and the only person you have to help you with yard work is only available on the weekend to help. They give you 1 to 2 days to cut, trim etc and it is in the middle of the week. I am disabled with bad back, hips and knee and my son in law is the only one I have to help me. When you tell the office it will be completed on the weekend and they say it has to be done by 5pm. I will be laid up for the next week because I got out there with scissors and my cane to support me and trim as much as I could and if it isnt good enough I will sell my house and get the hell out of here.

Worst mobile home park I have ever lived in. Management is terrible. Water is turned off and dont tell anyone about it. You find out about when you do dishes or try to wash your hands. Cant call office because mailbox is full and won accept any messages. Rent is too high for quality of park. It isnt worth one star. Has really gone down hill in past several years.

Great life with a low life is so much better than the one I was expecting an I am not sure what you mean by trailer trash cause this place is super clean an full of excellent individuals who are more than happy to help you with anything you need to helpin me change a flat to even taking out my trash I have a total new respect for trailer park life know

Everything is great Martha the Manager very helpful. The only thing is neighbors play music so loud.

The pool aint open,and the main gates dont open and close.and a 50 dollar increase on our rent for improvements. Might as well move on theres been TWO shooting in the park.bunch of druggies cant wait to move

Bunch of illegal immigrants that dont listen or follow the rules or the laws and the manager is buddies with all of them. speeding, loud noise all hrs of the night all done by you know who. it is hell here dont come to little mexico p.s. crime is horrible

All these people who say good things about this park are telling lies.Roads are damaged,play ground has gang graffiti on it.The park has thugs and illegals causing crimes.Our light on our corner has been out for over a year and nobody has done anything about it but knock it over and leave it in our yard with rusted sharp edges that could cause you to visit the hospital.Called about removing out of yard over a month ago.Still nothing just a bunch of lies by the lying manager.
