Ive lived here for four years!! I love living here. The rent is very well priced! Management, is wounderful!! Residents, however, have room for improvement!! Some need to learn how to respect the fact that they are not the only ones that live in this park.The negative reviews Ive read about Eastgate, Im sure, are reviews from those who were not approved to move in. The lady who said Eastgate was, rundown? Surely knows management encourages ALL residents to keep their places picked up, cleaned up and keep their yards mowed. Perhaps, if more residents took more pride in where they live and spent less time complaining...they would see things differently!!GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!.

This is an ok place to live, its hard to apply because they have do many hopped to go threw to qualify to rent there

I called middle of the day and shes not in the office shes on the road. Knew of one lady selling her mobile home but didnt have her info. She told me to call back tomorrow.

No comment,, waste of time,, . Just had a bad experience, maybe just a bad time to rent,, either way multiple people were applying for one trailer and was not disclosed at the time,, so dont hand no one any fees unless you got reserved or a hold, save yourself hassle and money
