Love the FWAC! Such a cool center for companies to have conferences!
Great facility. Great collection of local art and good place to buy something special and unique to decorate your house or office.
Not a big collection of artworks, but good for someone who is at a practical beginning. There are things to learn from.
Fort Worth is blessed with SO MUCH art. The Community Arts Council does fabulous work in Fort Worth.
Beautiful art work and amazing people
A beautifully designed and fun place. Great for the picnic or just a quick outing.
Staff was warm and friendly.
Went to see Hay Fever, a Noel Coward. Very well done by a great troup of actors. Also enjoyed the art exhibits.
Went to rhe Sanderss theater, not a bad seat in the house. I was impressed with the performance
First show to see at this theater was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable. Would love to go again for another!
Went for a catered dinner - the BBQ was pretty good. Luckily I wasnt there for the art.
We love to attend live theater productions here. Not only so we get to enjoy the entertainment, but we almost always get to see the beautiful artwork in display throughout the facility.
The eclectic works of art are interesting, bold with colors that make you pay attention. Along with sculptures and a single artist installation, in one room, that is interesting to say the least.
The Fort Worth community Arts Center is a favorite local museum. The first of the month they rotate out exhibits and host an open house that is obviously open to the public. There you can see great local art and meet the artists. March 30th 2019 is there spring gallery night and they can see upward of 3000 people come through their space. I recommend you check it out
Smaller side intimate theatre, makes you feel like you are almost onstage.
This is hands down the most impressive Art Center that I have ever been to. If youre a local artist in the DFW or a supporter of the arts I highly encourage you to head over and get involved!
Nice place to see local artists for free
Loved the Burlesque Show here. The sound system is good and theres no seat with a bad view. You can sit anywhere and see everything.
Ive seen shows in both theatres. The Scott is enormous and all the seats are good. A/C works almost too well ;)The Sanders is the black box and can be set up numerous ways. Great intimate space.
Great place to browse local artists
Always enjoy this venue. Attended the film and music conference hosted by music bed and filmsupply. Lots of excellent spaces and auditorium. Modern minimal architecture.
Great place to see so many talented local artists and photographers. If youve never been here, give it a look. You will be pleasantly surprised.
I think I went here during changeover which was still cool very friendly staff they let me walk around anyway even though most of the art wasnt hung a lot of interesting more modern pieces I liked it very much
Fort Worth has such good museum. I’m very proud of this.
It was fun being there
My husband and i came to see neither wolf nor dog.
Very fascinating place to visit, lovely building with many rooms full of art of all types.
Impossible for me too give a fair rating. We went in to check out the place the first time. They have a piano sales place and local artists work on display. But it was in a transition when I was there. All the at was of the walls and none knew much about the art that was there because of that reason. Everyone was nice though.
Nice free just hard to navigate
My first play at the Scott theater. Very good crew and set up very well! Im in the cast for Man Of LaMancha.
Always a good time
Not what it used to be. New management has drained the life out of monthly gallery receptions. Attendance is dramatically lower than in the past. Also, art is no longer labeled on the wall, making it unfriendly to people who like seeing familiar names. Exhibit quality has also suffered as some better groups have sought more visitor-friendly places to exhibit. Dont go.
Love it
They were changing art exhibits so notging was really on the wall
A great venue for established and up-and-coming artists from the Fort Worth and DFW area.
Great community arts resource, both theatre and gallery in the cultural district
The Fort Worth Community Art Center host a lot of art centric events. An art gallery with pieces from local artist, plays in one of the two theaters, musicals and concerts, and swing Dance lessons on Thursday nights. This is a great place to support and participate in the arts.
Came here for a swing dancing event, which turned out pretty nice. Its great that they let us around the art, which is interesting. And they have a few different rooms for classes and everything
Great, constantly evolving space with diverse programming and events (swing dance lessons, Shakespeare performances, jazz concerts, artist talks, childrens education, food tastings, interactive art, touring exhibits, and the list goes on). Few communities can boast such a high-quality and innovate public space that celebrates truly local art.
You have to pay for parking but a beautiful place.
Amazing Art.
Been here many times. Great place to visit!
Saw The Wedding Singer in the black box theater. Great venue to check out, and the show was great!!
Beautiful venue for a cultural night out.
Very nice
Had a fun time taking a swing dance class. I need to see what else is offered to give a higher rating.
The artworks, here, rotate each month, and many of them are quite good.I actually enjoyed this place more than any art museum Ive ever attended.I look forward to my next visit.
Great exhibits and events
Nice theater and support space but altogether overrun my childrens activities. Parking is a problem as all parking is in paid Lots nearby
You should definitely check this place out for yourself, I really enjoyed coming here.
Certainly the forgotten museum of the arts district. If it wasnt for the Fort Worth Opera, I my self would have never step foot in here. The have two theaters for the performing arts, as well as a gallery of art free if charge. Often, better than the Modern.
Spacious, lots of rooms and a bathroom.
Local theater and a nice art gallery enhance the culture of this area in Fort Worth.
This place is just the right size to take novice art appreciators.
This place never ceases to amaze! The galleries are always full of art, some very very good art.
Great place for figure drawing. A little hard to find where youre going, but youll get used to it.
A great place to chill!
Art Fair was very well coordinated!
This was a paramount venue for our high school formal spring dance.
This complex is great.
Great location for a sub 500 person conference
Great place to see free art
Nice Place There.
Its really nothing like it was. The gallery receptions were a disappointment...no crowds and little food.
When did enjoy Art Exhibit
Kids really enjoyed the interactive theater
Art
Great place!!!!
Service was really slow
Plenty of artwork to look at.
Always our favorite stop on Gallery Night. A true community arts center.
