By far the BEST trampoline park out there. I have taken my kids out here multiple times and yes they have a membership! I signed up with Erika! She’s so great! Customer service is by far the greatest. There is not one thing I can complain about here.

I love this place. Jus dont go in the afternoon on a sunday. The big kids think they rule the place and the girl supervising wasnt doin her job properly but the managers did apologize and gave my daughter a free hour

Brought some of the kiddos that I work with here and it was amazing! The facility was clean and the staff was great with the kids! One of the kids asked them to play tag and they did for about 30 mins straight. Super impressed!

Brought my son and daughter here today and it was pretty packed with so many little ones but that didn’t matter. They had workers watching the kids and interacting with every single one of them! Molly helped my daughter on the wall walk and was so nice. My son had a blast in the dodgeball court with Erika, she was great and actually played with them. We definitely will be in soon. Great service + Fun entertainment for my kids = a happy mom. THANK YOU ALTITUDE.

I’ve been in a couple of times & every single time I am greeted by Erika and Rosa I know it’s going to be a fun day for my kiddos. they are by far the best helpers ever !!! My kids love them! They make you feel at home, and make your kids day so much better. Honestly best costumer service ever! There staff watches the kids great so you can sit back and relax! This place was absolutely amazing! The service was impeccable! Ive done many many birthday parties but never had a place go so above and beyond where when walking in the door with bags they grab themOut of your hand and set them up neatly for you. Briana was absolutely amazing! I didnt have to do a thing, she handled everything from setting the presents up to passing out pizza and lighting birthday candles! Not a negative thing to say about anything. It was the perfect birthday party and cant wait to come back for the kids to jump and then for birthdays next year. I Highly recommend them for birthday parties or even just for fun. The place was so cold and very clean too! I loved it! Thanks again Briana for all your hard work and making Jacksons birthday so perfect!

Such a great fun place! My kids absolutely loved it! I even went and did the zip line and had such a blast! I had been looking for a place that still had the foam cubes and my daughter got invited here for a birthday party and I was so excited to see the cubes! They had drinks and snacks for purchase! You can even have pizza ordered! Which was delicious by the way! There could be more places to sit cause it is very limited! My husband and I just kinda stood around eating our pizza. Lol but staff is great with great attitudes! We will be returning!

The Cityview Altitude Trampoline park is a nice, clean place to play - not so great for parties. We made it clear within the first 30 minutes of the party that we wanted an extra pizza and the 3rd pizza did not arrive until about the last 15 minutes of the party time. We learned from the manager that they rely on an outside company to deliver the pizzas! We cut our own cake and served our own drinks - our party host continued to be gone a lot of the time and was disorganized. He asked us if we wanted more plates when clearly we were out of plates and needed more. We also did not get balloons. The kids had a good time until some of them were hungry because they did not get pizza. The manager did adjust the bill to accommodate for the problems, but that does not overcome hungry kids and the hassle. This park is good for playing, but not so much for a party in my opinion.

So sad to see my kids FAVORITE place to go to is closed at the moment, but other than that I’m always getting great customer service by front desk and management always checking up on me and my kids and I love how molly interacts with the kids best of the best ! Honestly over all service here is amazing and to top it off the place is super clean and I don’t smell feet when I walk in like flight deck

By far the best park in DFW. Altitude was obviously designed specifically for being a trampoline park and the layout is fantastic. Four distinct zones of fun, with PLENTY of empty space for kids to zoom around. The flooring is cushioned (like a gymnastics facility) so its an easy transition to and from the trampoline. The little kids area is actually integrated into the rest of the facility (why is this the first business to figure this out?!) so small kiddos feel like theyre playing with everyone else!I cannot say enough about how well done this park is. Truly great for ALL ages!

This was a very nice place. But like all other places there is always someone that does something wrong. My nephew came all the way from New Mexico for his son party just to be charged extra money for people that signed in and were already paid for. I can say the manager I seen was very involved. Other than that it was awesome. I would bring my grandkids anytime. I started telling friends about this place. Asking if they heard of it or seen it?

The Manager Devontae was very nice helpful and kind. The workers were all nice too. Everyone looked like they were enjoying their job. Except for 1 man he just kind of stood around looked with his hands folded and was not very friendly at all. The white guy in the blue short sleeve shirt.

Cant believe this place is in business. I attended a party here and they way they treat their customers is horrible. They are unorganized and make promises they dont live up to. How do you give up a party room to another party? How do you promise extra 30 minutes to jump and tell them that is cleaning time of their room? Oh also it is their policy kids cant jump after they eat!!!! What????If you plan to book a party here micro manage what do leading up to your day.

This place is amazing. We took my nephews sons there and my whole family had a great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is a great place to bring young kids and adults.

We had to make a last minute change for our son Ryders 3rd birthday party. I chose Altitude because it was conveniently located and Ryder loves to jump! Booking the party online was super easy and when I received a confirmation phone call Cody was extremely helpful and very nice. On the day of Ryders party our party host Isaiah was awesome. He was very friendly and extremely helpful with setting up everything at the table, passing out the pizza and drinks for the kiddos and just making sure everything was perfect for Ryder and his friends and gave us an opportunity to relax and enjoy ourselves too. Such a great place and so much fun we will definitely be back! Our oldest son has already said he wants to have his birthday party here too..lol job well done to Isaiah and Cody!P.s. just watch out for the girl that was running the circle battering ram Ryder accidentally ran in there and got knocked down by the bar she saw him and purposely increased the speed so the bar hit him even harder the second time around when we were trying to get him up and out of there.. really rude

One of the best trampoline parks I have been to. Friendly staff, clean environment, and great A/C. A little hard to find but well worth the search. My family and I are looking forward to going back.

This place is WAY more than just a trampoline park. It has attractions for all ages. This place is worth the money! Im gonna be honest though, this place is OVERLY OBSESSED with the foam cubes. Theyre like a ball pit, it takes you 10 minutes to get out! : )

Great experience overall, the decorations, the service, and of course the cleanliness of the facility. The birthday host, Michael, was so pleasant and helpful. He really made the party run smoothly. Thank you Michael for making my son’s 5th birthday a delight.

I dont want to type out the experience we had because it will be long. What I would say is this place values profit and not customer service. For someone who knows what it takes to run a business knows customer service over greed of money will keep you in business. Owner and management are horrible. Party coordinator Cody is amazing! He knows what how to take care of people. Be careful when booking a party for your child.

It is nice and well mantained. However, the people within it are not the nicest. Several children were cussing, shouting profanities, and flipping people off.

Ok so im super late with this but on Thursday Feb. 20th we went to this location and from the moment we walked in we received the warmest welcome. This wasnt the first time we have gotten good service. On Jan. 3 we celebrated my sons (Joshua G.) birthday and the party attendant(im sorry I dont remember the name) was outstanding! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and felt welcomed. Going back to Feb 20th though, I want to highlight 3 ladies that made our visit the best. Because of these 4 people I recommend this place. I was smart enough to get their names this time so I want to give a huge shout out to Erika, Ashley and Hannah. We will be making more trips there, I can promise you that.

Went today with a group of friends and we had a blast, Huge facility, very clean and super friendly staff. I could literally stay all day if it wasnt for my legs giving up... honestly the BEST trampoline places Ive ever been 10/10. They closed at 8:30pm on Sundays and it was 8:40pm and they told us we could stay for as long was we wanted to.

This by far was the worst trampoline park, I would recommend you go somewhere else. As they say they are owned by different people with different rules and not seem to care for the business they lost. But when you call to ask question they should let you know of the rules before spending your money. They wasted my time and I did as for a refund and made the party somewhere else. The customer service sucks and so does the management, now I know why it was hardly any customers inside.It’s not worth it, stay away from this place!!!

Went to toddler time on a Wednesday (this morning). Kids are $11, parents are $2. Interacted with three employees, all three were smiling, happy, friendly and nice. The employees there today know how to work with and be kind to children.

First time going to a kids place and it was cleanwow. Lots of fun...especially when the lights go out!

If my party is 4-6 I have the party room 4-6.PARTY ROOM WAS READY AT 5:30.WE HAVE HAD PARTIES BACK TO BACK IN TWO WEEKS WE HAVE PAYED ALMOST 3,500$.MAKE SURE TOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE IN FOR WE WERE STILL ASKED TO KEAVE AT 6:00.I think they close at 7 or 8 LET THE KIDS JUMP THEIR IS NO ONE ELSE HERE.WE ARE TO HAVE TWO MORE PARTIES IN NOVEMBER HELL NO WE ARE NOT HAVING ANY MORE PARTIES HERE
