I went to buy lingerie last night and it didnt fit. I took it out of the box and didnt even try it on but I knew that it was not going to fit. I called the place and explained what happened and asked if I was able to return it or exchange it and she said no. They then told me that the sale was final but I was never told that in the store at checkout. Wasted my money and not even cooperative.

I went to the store on Western Center. I looked in side the box of a product that was enclosed in plastic casing. I did not touch the product at all. The male employee rushes over and rudely tells me I can’t open the box. I explained that I didn’t know and that I didn’t touch the product. I asked where the sign was, so he goes to the back of the store and brings a sign up. He then proceeds to tell me that it’s self explanatory. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything, and I will not ever again. I have purchased many products from this location over the years, and have never had an issue. The name has changed, so maybe there’s new ownership. The clerks attitude was awful!

Went in 2 days ago almost 25min before closing. The lady that night was Soo helpful. My friend and I had never purchased anything before and were looking for her. After literally an hour, 25 min after the store technically closed, not only did my friend leave with a new friend but I did as well. The lady running the store (not sure her name but an Asian chick) definitely deserves a raise because without her we wouldve left with nothing as we were so overwhelmed and def. A fish out of water. Definitely will go back soon.

Purchased 2 items in the past 6 months and neither functioned properly. After trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of the store manager, Tracy asked me to bring the items back in (what?!) or she couldnt do anything about it. There are better stores out there with products that actually work

The selection is great with very reasonable prices. The customer service is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. These girls really know their stuff.

My girlfriend and I passed by this store on a road trip from KS to Austin, Texas, and stopped in on a whim. We proceeded to ruin our travel itinerary for the day by spending almost two hours there.Its clean, well-lit, spacious, unintimidating, and best of all the selection is HUGE. Never before in an adult store have I seen so many display models and samples set out for the customers. Most of the high-end toys have display models out so you can hold them and cycle through the settings and whatnot to see how they feel in your hand. And according to the woman that helped us (more on her later), she was willing to pull anything that *wasnt* on display out of the box for us on request. Similarly, most of the lube selections had pre-opened test bottles at the top of the display so we could test the consistency with our fingertips (and smell the flavored lubes.)The woman who helped us was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us space until we signaled that we needed help, and then went out of her way to answer our questions. She went and got additional display models from the back room for us, suggested in-stock alternatives to products we wanted that werent in stock (which led to us discovering a new toy we hadnt ever heard of that were now excited about) and offered suggestions to help us when we couldnt decide between two products. And while she sometimes gently guided us towards higher-ticket items, we never felt that she was being disingenuous or pushing anything on us. And in other cases she straight up suggested the cheaper option.Particularly of note is this stores selection of kink items. I wont go into details here for proprietys sake, but this isnt a store where the selection for [insert your kink here] is a small row of novelty products. All the major varieties of the freaky (in a good way) stuff were represented in the store with respectable variety, high quality brands, and a sense of respect for the respective subculture.
