I grew up here this is one of the most beautiful parks in Fort Wayne a lot of history and the only Park in the city that comes with a hill... Us La Rez boys & girls have done a lot of things there such as: race bikes down, sledding, racing, & running...all types of things you can do there. They also have a lot of amenities; including fishing derbies every year: whoever gets the biggest fish in the reservoir gets prize money...its a beautiful thing, its a Fort Wayne Indiana TRADITION. I love it and you will as well...come check Us out. Its a sight to behold.

Great for family events and place to relax

This park is nice because its a bit smaller than most parks in Fort Wayne...you can walk around the water or up the hill for a better view!!

I love this park I really do but in this entire park the whole area there is not one trash can not one hasnt been for many many years really needs to be kept up better lot of trash lot of bottles and needles but still a beautiful Park

Cooper Community Center is here! We have trained youth workers in our site, ready to engage, interact and mentor your youth. The youth participate in programming daily. The hours vary based on FWCS but standard hours are 3-8pm Mon-Thur and 3-6pm on Friday when school is in session. When school os out for breaks the center is open 12-5pm and during the summer the center is open 9-5pm (Mon-Fri). Youth ages 5-18 still in school are welcomed. THIS IS A FREE PROGRAM! They have various activities and programs for everyone to participate in. They receive a snack and a meal during the time they are at the center. Please stop by and register your youth!

We enjoy this park year round!! Currently sledding and the hills do not diappoint! In the summer it is always fun to climb to the top and sit on the rock with the kids.

Great sledding. Best when theres more snow but there is room for several sledders at once on the lower hill.

The park itself is nice but the water in the reservoir is absolutely disgusting. It looks like a garbage truck crashed into it.

A great area for kids to play around and use that energy they have. And the perfect spot for a picnic. Enjoy basketball at the court and climbing up the huge hill.

Fun hill to go sledding down in the winter. Its also nice to watch the sun set on the top of the hill with an awesome view of the city!
