The children performing were aboslutely awesome! Kudos to them! As for the director (Leslie Hormann) completely disgusting . I work with children who typically have multiple behavioral diagnosis in the community. I was told by Leslie that is so rude for quietly leaving the event to prevent the child I was working with from having an episode(completely unpredictable). The event I attended was actually a free lunch program intended to make sure children receive proper nutrition over the summer months not a play about 3rivers. Upon further researching into Leslie, I found she was an elementary education major which I found a bit ironic as you would assume she might know a little more about children but clearly not as she told multiple children at this even sarcastically youre a great audience. I So Leslie I apologize for leaving your event early as the child I was working with needed medication, also next time I can manage my job. Im happy to read from other reviews that some children are receiving great benefits from the program the ones I work with however did not receive this experience.
