We saw the play Frozen Jr. It was lovely. The play was excellent and well put together. The kids enjoyed it. The theater was comfortable and I would gladly go back to see another play anytime.
Disappointed over the language of the play. One would have expect they the church would be more considerate to the almighty Father rather than let that foul language spill from the actors mouths in front on children no less. I UNDERSTAND it was an actor playing a part of a war story,. We to are veterans yet wheres do you draw you line of your faith where you would allow such blasphemy to the Heavenly Father and no warning aboit language either? The story is powerful yet buy that simple action of allowing those words to be spoken in the basement theater of a church terrible times we live in.
Very comfortable and ample seats. The theater is well set up. Only thing I did not notice any handicap seating. It was probably in the back. Tickets were not cheap but not insanely expensive either. The restroom was a good size and fairly convenient to get to. The sound was easy to hear, loud but not painful. The stage was a good size for a small production.
Attended a performance of Ben Butler. Excellent story and the actors did an excellent job telling it. Once again this theater has provided s great evening of entertainment.
Really cool theater! I was expecting it to be kind of church-y since its First Presbyterian but it was actually a good theater whether youre Christian or not. High quality performance!
Possibly the last place in town that shows real theater and not exclusively musicals.
Very nice once a month food and free bingo there for everyone.
Great theater and great play, but the musty/moldy smell was stronger than I remembered.
Fabulous plays and wonderful people
We saw the play My Dead Clown and it was hilarious! The set was marvelously built and the actors all did an amazing job!!!
Very impressive production!!
Wonderful art showing by Michael Poorman and Steve Skinner.
The production of hamlet was amazing! The theatre is also a beautiful location because of the added gallery.
Always enjoy going to plays here.
A great theater! Congratulations on 50 years!
Wish I could attend more often...they always put on a good show.

First Pres (as it is known locally) includes a theater and gallery space which has been home to most of Fort Waynes arts scene at one point or another.
