Decent selection. This is the only place anywhere that I can walk in and get my ID checked 4 separate times before I walk out. I do not even look remotely young. Other than that it’s ok. Employees borderline harass you with persistence whether it be about your ID, or if you need help finding anything.

Really awesome store with thousands of pieces! Absolutely love the style too. The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly at this location. They have everything and then some. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the items are a bit more pricey than other competitors around town. But still, I recommend them atleast once. The store really is fun to browse through.

Had a really bad experience at this location about maybe eight months ago, havent been back since. I had a really good experience shopping at the North Clinton St location and was in the area, decided to look around at this location. I walked in with my boyfriend (Jesse) and saw all these merchandise which is all beautiful and amazingly crafted and was just delighted with everything; I started pointing out different things I thought were particularly impressive to my boyfriend. At one point, he was at the opposite end of the store and I called him over to look at one that was shaped like an octopus. I couldnt get his attention and called him again; the two young guys behind the counter started giggling uncontrollably and repeating Jesse! Jesse!. Normally I would shrug and say, Eh, its a couple of idiots; theyre disconcerting but harmless, but they started to mock everything I did after that. It just spiraled after that and we left quietly.It was honestly kind of hurtful, and as someone who was new to the store and the products, it was really demeaning. Not saying its all 20 past 4 places, just this location and these employees. Also like.. thats terrible customer service.I think its easy to complain about stuff like that and just insist that the owners snap their employees in line or something, but I think its healthier to address what I would like to see *instead*.I think it would be good to make new customers feel welcome and comfortable and not nervous. I think it would probably be wise to try to hire people who actually know about what theyre selling and who have a real passion for the business instead of a frat boy who thinks working in a shop like this makes him cool. Making people feel like they belong is the first step to making customers regulars.

This is a wonderful store. They have it all and a staff that knows enough about the products to be selling them. If ya want the real deal then dont waste your money on gas station knockoffs and shop here. They got the goods that will guarantee your head will be happy.

Went in for one thing, talked for a bit and found a better, cheaper alternative. The staff I talked to were pretty awesome, in and out super fast.

I wish I could give 0 starThere are only nice to you to get you to buy something the try to sell you something that they dont even really understand and if it doesnt work or find out you dont really need it its too late. They will push you to buy more things you dont need they have a lot of cool things in the store but dont let that fool you shop with Extreme Caution dont trust anyone working there they will lie to your face and take up for each other

I love this location more than the Clinton one because they always greet you with a smile, ask you how you are doing, and they always help you find what you are looking for, even when you are on a budget!

This place sells old tattoo supplies and they do not offer any refunds or exchanges.. do not buy tattoo supplies from these people.

I wish I could give a half star. 99 percent of people who go here smoke weed...420...20 past 4...obviously... They have a marijuana detox...who uses those? Usually people who have to do a drug test...so heres my story.I called and asked for my friend if it would show on a drug test because they needed to rid it out of their system. Once i mentioned drug test the guy I talked to basically cut me off and tried hanging up on my face saying he would not falsify a drug test. All I wanted to know is if it would work meaning it would detox all the marijuana out and how long. Unbelievable...why else would you have that in a store that sells things to smoke marijuana out of...and promotes it with posters and stuff??I get the whole legality thing but to cut me off and try to hang up? Very unprofessional and rude. My friend is trying to rid their system not falsify anything...actually rid it all.Just seems a little backwards when someone can buy a bong in there and buy stuff with people looking like theyre high smoking weed. Yet they will hang up on your face if u mention a drug test. ?????

These guys are the $#@&!^* !@#$!!!!!!!!!!!! Theyre selection is amazing they have everything from legal potpourri, tobacco & water pipes to a huge selection of assorted rolling papers in all shapes and sizes. Not to mention an enormous selection of tattoo accessories. There location cldnt be better either almost right dead center of town. Makes it a breeze for me coming from New Haven down Jefferson Blvd. The other location off N. Clinton blows if you venture over there, you wont have NE1 to blame but yourself for wasting your time and gas going there instead of this here.

They have lost my business. Went in to get a smoke oder candle and the dark haired woman in there was extremely rude and nasty. The one who claimed it was her store. I will tell all my friends to make the drive out north rather than give her unprofessional self anymore business.

Im always in & out of this shop for the past 9years & everytime the service has been exceptional. Staff really has knowladge on the products they are representing in their shop, which is a major part of this business known whats what. Great selection of all kinds of glass & custom glass also!. Carries alot of local blown glass & art pieces which is awesome that they support local glass blowers!. Ive been to alot of head shops in the past years with always traveling & been to some world known ones & 20past4&more on Broadway is definitely in my top 5 favorites!. Love the store & the employees for always being able to meet my needs & wants of course!.

Wanted to grab a quartz banger attachment. After going through sizes and different attachments I had one picked out however I was sold the wrong attachment.. Not only does it not fit the piece that it is needed for but all sales are final, so I cant get a replacement on the size I need. Literally just threw money in the trash can.
